Withdrawing Your Earnings

If you earn money on Onflow Ads as a channel owner through Paid Promotions, you can withdraw those earnings from your wallet to an external destination.

Every plan can withdraw. Your plan changes only two things: the percentage fee, and how many requests you may make in a calendar month.

Why you would use thisโ€‹

  • You have run paid placements for advertisers and want the money out of the platform.
  • You want to move earnings to Telegram Stars, an Indian bank account via UPI, or a USDT wallet.

If your balance is money you added yourself, this flow is not for you โ€” topped-up funds are spendable but not withdrawable. See Refunds for the only route back out for a top-up.

Before you startโ€‹

  • You need a non-zero Withdrawable figure. Only Paid-Promotions earnings count. The Withdrawable stat tile at the top of the wallet page is your ceiling.
  • At least $5.00, the minimum per request.
  • Your destination, copied rather than typed โ€” your Telegram username, your UPI ID, or your USDT BEP-20 address.
  • A request left in this month's allowance. Free gets one per calendar month; higher plans get more.
  • No account freeze in force. A Paid-Promotions concern under review pauses withdrawals until it is cleared.

What can be withdrawnโ€‹

Only your Withdrawable balance โ€” the Paid-Promotions earnings shown in the stat tile โ€” can be cashed out.

Not withdrawable, in any amount:

  • money you topped up yourself,
  • deposit bonuses of either kind,
  • most service refunds credited back to your wallet,
  • promotional, bonus or goodwill credit,
  • Boost Credits, which are a separate pocket that never converts to cash.

This is enforced arithmetically rather than by policy: the debit that reserves your payout is guarded on balance โˆ’ locked, which is precisely the Withdrawable figure. There is no combination of steps that cashes out topped-up money.

Spending earnings on the marketplace can convert them

Paid Promotions credits every refund as locked platform credit, even when the original charge came out of withdrawable earnings. So buying a placement with earnings and being refunded leaves you with the same Total and a lower Withdrawable.

If you are holding earnings you intend to cash out, withdraw them before you spend. Bidding on an auction is safe โ€” a released bid hold comes back exactly as it left. See Where a Refund Lands.

Step by stepโ€‹

  1. Open the Withdraw tab. Sign in, open https://onflowads.com/telegram/dashboard/wallet, and select Withdraw โ€” or press the Withdraw button in the balance panel, or go straight to https://onflowads.com/telegram/dashboard/wallet?tab=withdraw.
  2. Read the hint line. The card is headed Request a withdrawal, with the line "Withdrawable: โ€” ยท Minimum $5.00 ยท 15% fee applies on your plan. Only Paid-Promotions earnings can be withdrawn." The percentage in it is your own plan's rate, printed live, and the Withdrawable figure starts as an em dash and fills in once your balance loads.
  3. Check the Withdrawable figure โ€” that is the most you can request right now.
  4. Choose your Withdrawal method from the dropdown. There are exactly three options.
  5. Enter your Destination. The placeholder changes to match the method you picked. Copy the value from the source โ€” your Telegram profile, your UPI app, or your crypto wallet โ€” rather than typing it by hand. Up to 200 characters.
  6. Enter the Amount (USD) โ€” at least $5.00.
  7. Check the "You receive" preview. For a $50.00 request on a 15% plan it reads "You receive $42.50 after the 15% fee", computed from your plan's real rate.
  8. Press Request Withdrawal.
  9. Keep the reference. A confirmation appears: "Withdrawal requested (ref: OFW-โ€ฆ). Net: $42.50." The form clears, and both the balance and the My withdrawals list refresh.
Double-check your destination before you submit

Payouts go exactly where you tell us. A wrong UPI ID, an incorrect username, or a mistyped crypto address can send your money somewhere unrecoverable โ€” crypto transfers in particular cannot be reversed. The destination cannot be edited after submission; correcting one means contacting support before the payout is made, and there is no guarantee it is caught in time.

What the numbers meanโ€‹

  • Minimum withdrawal: $5.00 per request.
  • A service fee is deducted from the amount you request; you receive the net.
  • The fee is only ever borne on a withdrawal that is actually paid. A rejected request returns the full gross, including the fee, and does not use up a monthly request.
  • Withdrawals are available on every plan.

Referral Premium (๐ŸŒŸ) is an earned status rather than a rung on this ladder: it withdraws at the Free rate, with the Free allowance. An expired paid plan also reads as Free from the moment it lapses.

The "You receive" figure is your real rate, not an estimate

The preview is read from the server against your own plan, and it reproduces the server's arithmetic exactly, so the net it shows and the net you are quoted on submission agree to the cent.

If it shows โ€”, your rate has not loaded yet. It deliberately shows a dash rather than guessing at a rate, because the wrong number here is the last thing you read before pressing the button. Reload the page.

A rate change never reprices a request already in the queue

The withdrawal fee for each plan is set by us and can be changed. The percentage that governs your request is the one resolved and stamped onto it at submission, so an edit to the ladder afterwards leaves your queued request alone. The table above is accurate as published; if it ever disagrees with the figure in your wallet, the wallet is right.

How the monthly allowance works:

  • The count runs over the current calendar month and resets at the start of the next one.
  • Requests that end up Declined (returned to your wallet or not) do not count against your allowance.
  • If you hit your limit, your balance stays fully spendable on the platform in the meantime, and upgrading your plan raises the allowance immediately.

What happens after you submitโ€‹

  1. The gross amount is held immediately. It leaves your available balance the moment the request is accepted, and appears in Activity as a debit reading "Withdrawal hold OFW-โ€ฆ". This is why your balance drops before any money arrives.
  2. The request enters the payout queue with the status pending and is reviewed by our team.
  3. On approval it goes straight to paid, in one step, and the net is sent to your destination by hand.
  4. If the request is rejected, the held gross is returned to your wallet โ€” you will see a credit reading "Withdrawal refund OFW-โ€ฆ" and the request reads Declined, returned to wallet.
A returned hold comes back withdrawable

The hold could only ever have been taken out of your withdrawable balance, so it returns the way it left: cashable, not locked. A rejected withdrawal costs you nothing, not even flexibility.

Withdrawal statusesโ€‹

Your requests appear in the My withdrawals rail with a coloured pill naming the status.

StatusMeaning
PendingSubmitted and awaiting review. The gross amount is on hold.
PaidApproved and sent to your destination. Approval writes this directly โ€” there is no intermediate step.
DeclinedThe request was declined; the held amount is being returned.
Declined, returned to walletThe request was declined and the held gross has been returned to your wallet. The reason is shown under the request.
Declined, return delayedReturning the hold hit a problem, and it is flagged for a manual credit. Contact support with your OFW- reference.
You will not see an "approved" status

Approving a withdrawal flips it from pending straight to paid in a single step, because the money was already held at request time โ€” approval is a status change and a manual payout, not a second reservation. Nothing in the product writes an intermediate "approved" state.

Each row also shows the method, the destination you entered, the request date, the OFW- reference, the gross as a debit, and the net figure. The list shows your 25 most recent requests.

Edge casesโ€‹

My balance dropped but I have not been paid yet. That is the hold. The gross leaves your available balance the moment the request is accepted, so it cannot be spent while the payout is arranged. It comes back if the request is rejected.

I withdrew the wrong amount. Requests cannot be edited or cancelled from the wallet page. Contact [email protected] with the OFW- reference as soon as possible.

I entered the wrong destination. Contact support immediately with the OFW- reference. Once a payout has been sent โ€” especially a crypto payout โ€” it cannot be reversed.

Can I withdraw to a currency other than USD? Requests are made and quoted in USD. The receiving service (your bank, UPI provider or exchange) converts at its own rate on the day.

Why is my Withdrawable figure zero when I have a balance? Because your balance is money you added, refunds credited back, or promotional credit โ€” none of which are withdrawable. Only Paid-Promotions earnings are.

Can I withdraw Boost Credits? No. Boost Credits are promotional and can only be spent on Boost orders โ€” see Boost Credit and Referrals.

FAQโ€‹

How long does a payout take? Requests are reviewed by our team and paid after approval. Once sent, arrival depends on the method โ€” Telegram Stars and USDT are typically quick, while a UPI transfer depends on your bank.

Does a rejected request use up my monthly allowance? No. Declined requests are not counted.

Can I make several requests in one month? Yes, up to your plan's allowance. Each request must be at least $5.00.

Where can I see how I earned this money? In Activity, look for credits reading "Paid promotion payout:" followed by the channel's name. There is also a lifetime money card on each channel's own dashboard, which splits the same story per channel โ€” see A channel's own dashboard. For the full earnings picture, see Escrow and Getting Paid.

A channel's dashboard shows more "earned" than my wallet does. Which is right? Both, and they are counting different things. The channel dashboard names "In escrow on live placements" as its own line: money owed to you on bookings that are published but have not finished their run. That money is not in your wallet balance yet, so it is not in your Withdrawable figure either, and it cannot be requested. It moves into the wallet when the placement completes and escrow releases. A channel card can also carry an "at least" caveat when the history it read hit a row cap, so treat its lifetime totals as a floor on a very busy channel.

Is there a maximum withdrawal? There is no fixed per-request maximum beyond your Withdrawable balance and your plan's monthly request count.

Is a withdrawal a refund? No. A withdrawal moves your own earnings out; a refund reverses a payment. They have different rules, different fees and different queues.

From the support chat

Ask my withdrawals and the assistant lists your requests, this plan's fee and how many requests are left this month. It cannot lodge a withdrawal โ€” that stays here. What the assistant can do for you has the full list and the confirmation rule.
