Top Up with Cryptocurrency
The Cryptocurrency method lets you add money to your Onflow Ads wallet by sending crypto β USDT, BTC and other coins β to a hosted checkout. It is billed directly in US Dollars, so there is no currency conversion on our side at all.
It is also the method the wallet page offers first: when both methods are live, the Cryptocurrency card is moved to the top of the list, badged Recommended, and selected for you.
Why you would use thisβ
- You hold crypto and would rather pay with it than with a card.
- You are outside India, where paying by UPI or card is not available to you.
- You want the amount you pay and the amount you are credited to be in the same currency, with no exchange-rate step.
- You want the better deposit-bonus ladder, which usually sits on this method.
If you are paying from an Indian bank account, see Top Up with UPI or Card instead.
Before you startβ
- Signed in, with a verified email β see Wallet Overview.
- Crypto top-ups must be switched on for the platform. If the Cryptocurrency card is not shown, it is not currently enabled.
- Have a wallet or exchange ready that can send the exact invoice amount on the network the checkout names. Enough to cover the network fee on top of the amount you send is essential β see the underpayment warning below.
- Set aside a few uninterrupted minutes: the invoice is valid for 60 minutes from the moment it is created.
At a glanceβ
| Card title on the page | Cryptocurrency β "USDT, BTC & more" |
| Position in the list | First, badged Recommended, and selected by default |
| Billed in | US Dollars (USD) |
| Minimum you can add | $20.00 |
| Maximum you can add | $5,000.00 |
| Platform fee | Your plan's percentage of the amount added β 9% on Free, lower on every paid tier β minimum $2.00, added on top |
| Payment processing fee | 0% today, so the row is hidden |
| Quick amounts | $20 Β· $50 Β· $100 Β· $500 Β· $1,000 |
| Pay button | Pay with Crypto |
| Processed by | OxaPay, on a hosted checkout page |
| Invoice validity | 60 minutes |
| Currency conversion | None β you are billed in USD and credited in USD |
The minimum and maximum apply to the amount credited β the number you type β not to the total you pay. The invoice total lands above the maximum by the amount of the fee, and that is correct.
Step by stepβ
- Sign in and open https://onflowads.com/telegram/dashboard/wallet. The Add funds tab opens by default, with Cryptocurrency already selected.
- Confirm the method is the Cryptocurrency card. The currency symbol reads $ and the field label reads Amount (USD).
- Enter the amount you want added, in dollars β type it into Amount (USD) or tap a quick-amount chip. The hint under the field reads "Min $20.00 Β· Max $5,000.00 credited Β· 9% fee (min $2.00) added on top". The percentage is the one your plan pays β see Deposit Fees and Your Plan.
- Review the breakdown. It ends with a note reading, for example: "You are credited the full $100.00. Fees are added on top β $109.00 is exactly what you will be charged, with nothing added at checkout."
- Press Pay with Crypto. If the amount is outside the limits the button stays disabled and the page shows "Enter between $20.00 and $5,000.00 to add."
- Tick the age confirmation in the Confirm before you pay dialog, then press Continue to payment.
- The page shows "Creating your crypto invoiceβ¦", then "Redirecting you to the secure crypto checkoutβ¦", and takes you to the hosted invoice.
- On the hosted checkout, choose the coin and network you want to pay with. You are shown an address (usually with a QR code) and the exact amount to send. Send it from your wallet or exchange.
- When you return to Onflow Ads, the wallet page shows "Confirming your paymentβ¦" while the outcome is checked, then "Payment successful β your wallet has been topped up. A receipt is on its way to your email." once your transaction is confirmed on the network.
A crypto invoice settles only when the whole amount is confirmed on the network. Underpayment is not partially credited; it is not credited at all, and recovering it needs support to intervene by hand.
This most often happens when a sending exchange deducts its own network fee from the amount you entered, so slightly less than the invoice total arrives. Enter an amount that leaves the full invoice total arriving, or send from a wallet that adds the fee on top. Always send exactly what the checkout asks for.
An invoice is valid for 60 minutes from the moment it is created. If you do not pay inside that window it expires, the top-up is dropped, and nothing is charged β start a new one. Paying to an expired invoice needs support, with your order reference and the transaction hash.
What each breakdown row meansβ
| Row | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Adding to wallet | Your dollar amount, credited in full. |
| Platform fee (N%) | Your plan's percentage of that amount, added on top, floored at $2.00. |
| Payment processing fee | Hidden β it is 0% on this method today. |
| Total to pay | The invoice total. OxaPay's own cut is absorbed by the platform, so the invoice equals this quote. |
| Bonus | A wallet deposit bonus, when your amount reaches a rung. Hidden otherwise. |
| You will receive | Credit plus bonus. |
If your display currency is set to Indian Rupees, an extra line appears: "Shown in USD β β βΉ9,000 total at today's rate (your display currency is INR)." That is a convenience estimate for your own reading; the invoice is in USD.
Which coins and networks can I use?β
The hosted checkout presents the coins and networks it currently supports β USDT, BTC and others. Pick the pair you actually hold, and always send on the same network the checkout shows you.
Sending on a different network, or sending a different coin to an address, can lose the funds permanently. Crypto transfers cannot be reversed by us or by the processor. Check the network selector on the checkout against the one your wallet is sending from, every time.
What happens after you payβ
- Once the network confirms your transaction in full, your wallet is credited the exact dollar amount you entered.
- Activity gains a green credit reading "Wallet top-up".
- A branded receipt email with a PDF invoice attached is sent to your account email β see Invoices and Receipts.
- A notification is recorded in your notification centre, and delivered to Telegram if the bot is linked.
- If your amount reached a wallet bonus rung, that credit lands in the same moment, as its own Deposit bonus line.
- If your deposit reached $50.00 or $200.00, bonus Boost Credits are granted too β see Deposit Bonuses.
- Your lifetime funding rises by the deposit, and whoever referred you earns 5% of it in Boost Credits.
- The credited money is spendable but not withdrawable β see Your Balance and Transaction History.
Confirmation time depends on the coin and network you chose, not on Onflow Ads. Some settle in under a minute; others take longer.
Outcomes and what they meanβ
| Message on the page | What happened | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| "Payment successful β your wallet has been topped up. A receipt is on its way to your email." | Paid in full, confirmed, and credited. | Nothing. |
| "Payment received β we're still confirming it. Your balance will update shortly." | You completed the checkout but network confirmation has not finalised. | Wait, then reload the wallet page. |
| "You left the checkout before it finished. If you've already sent the payment it will credit once the network confirms it β otherwise you have not been charged." | You used the browser Back button instead of finishing at the checkout. | If you sent the payment, wait for it to confirm. If not, start again. |
| "That payment didn't go through. You have not been charged." | The invoice failed or expired without a full payment. | Start a new top-up. |
| "Confirming your paymentβ¦" | The outcome is being checked with the processor. | Wait for it to resolve. |
The wallet page never guesses. When you come back it asks our servers what actually happened to your order, so you are told the truth either way: if you had already sent the payment it credits once the network confirms it, and if you had not, you were not charged.
If something goes wrongβ
| Message | Why | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| "Enter between $20.00 and $5,000.00 to add to your wallet." | Your amount is outside the limits for the amount credited. | Enter an amount inside the range. Remember the invoice total will be higher. |
| "Enter a valid amount." | The amount could not be read as a number. | Re-type it using digits only. |
| "Please sign in to continue." | Your session expired. | Sign in again and restart the top-up. |
| "Please confirm you meet the minimum legal age to pay online before continuing." | The age confirmation was not given. | Tick the box in Confirm before you pay. |
| "Please refresh the page and try again." | The page had gone out of date and was refused rather than repriced. | Refresh and start again. |
| "Crypto top-up isn't available right now." | Crypto top-ups are not currently switched on. | Try UPI or card, or check back later. |
| "Couldn't start the payment: β¦" / "Couldn't start the payment. Please try again." | The invoice could not be created at the processor. | Retry in a moment; if it persists, contact support. |
| "Network error β please try again." | Your connection dropped mid-request. | Check your connection and retry. |
| "Too many attempts. Please wait a minute and try again." | Starting a top-up is limited to 20 per account and 40 per IP address per hour. | On an hourly bucket, a minute is not enough β see Payment Troubleshooting. |
Edge casesβ
I sent less than the invoice amount. Underpaid invoices are not credited at all. Contact [email protected] with your order reference and the transaction hash so it can be looked into.
I sent slightly more than the invoice amount. A small overpayment is tolerated and the invoice settles normally. You are credited the amount you asked for, not the overage.
I paid after the invoice expired. Contact support with your order reference and transaction hash. Do not assume it will credit automatically.
I sent on the wrong network, or sent the wrong coin. Crypto transfers cannot be reversed. Contact support with the details straight away; recovery may not be possible.
I closed the tab right after sending. Your payment still credits. The processor notifies our servers independently of your browser, so closing the tab cannot lose a confirmed payment.
Can I get crypto back out again? Only through a top-up refund request, only within 12 hours of the top-up being credited, and only if none of it has been spent β and a crypto refund is paid to a fresh USDT BEP-20 (BSC) address you supply, net of fees. See Requesting a Top-up Refund.
FAQβ
Is there an exchange-rate risk? Not on our side. The invoice is denominated in USD and your wallet is credited in USD. The processor handles converting whichever coin you send.
Does the processor add its own fee to my invoice? No. The invoice is created for exactly the total shown on the wallet page β the processor's cut is absorbed by the platform rather than passed to you.
Why is the fee more than my plan's percentage on a small top-up? Because of the $2.00 minimum fee. Your PDF invoice shows the effective percentage with your plan's own rate named beneath it.
How long until my balance updates? As soon as the network confirms your transaction in full. That is usually minutes, but it depends entirely on the coin and network you chose.
Where is my invoice? Emailed automatically, with a PDF attached, the moment the credit lands. See Invoices and Receipts.
