Wallet and Payments FAQ

The questions we are asked most about money on Onflow Ads, answered in a line or two. Every answer links to the page that covers the topic in full, so start here when you want a quick check rather than the whole guide.

Balances

What currency is my wallet in? US Dollars, always. You can display the Total balance in another currency, which changes nothing about the money — see Currencies and Exchange Rates.

What is the difference between Total, Withdrawable and Boost Credits? Total is everything in the wallet. Withdrawable is the part of it that came from Paid-Promotions earnings and may be cashed out. Boost Credits are a separate promotional pocket spendable only on Boost orders. Full explanation: Your Balance and Transaction History.

Why is my Withdrawable balance zero? Because your balance is money you added, refunds credited back, or promotional credit. Only earnings from running paid placements are withdrawable.

Why can't I spend my whole Total? Something is frozen or held. An open top-up refund request is the one that does not show as a debit — the frozen figure is printed only on the Refunds tab. See Frozen and Held Funds.

My Withdrawable dropped and I did not withdraw. Why? You spent earnings on the marketplace and were refunded, and a Paid-Promotions refund comes back locked. See Where a Refund Lands.

Does my balance expire? No. Unused balance stays in your wallet.

Can my balance go negative? Not from anything you buy — a purchase that exceeds your spendable balance is refused, and the checkout offers to top you up first. It can from two things you owe someone else: a paid pin you took down early, and a cross-promotion insurance cover you declared and then forfeited. Both are collected whether or not the money is there; while the balance is below zero you cannot start anything, and every credit comes off the debt first. See Owing Money.

The one habit worth forming: withdraw before you spend

Paid-Promotions earnings are the only cashable money on the platform, and spending them on the marketplace can permanently convert them — a refund there comes back as locked platform credit whatever paid for it. Bidding on an auction is safe; buying is what converts. See Where a Refund Lands.

Adding funds

How do I top up? Wallet page, Add funds tab, pick a method, enter the amount, read the breakdown, confirm your age, pay. See Adding Funds.

What payment methods can I use? Cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC and more, billed in US Dollars) and UPI / Card (UPI, cards and netbanking, billed in Indian Rupees). Cryptocurrency is listed first, badged Recommended and selected by default; you can switch freely. A method appears only while it is enabled on the platform.

What are the limits? Per top-up: $20.00 to $5,000.00 in crypto, ₹1,000.00 to ₹25,000.00 by UPI or card. The limits apply to the amount credited, not to the total you pay.

What does it cost? A platform fee, added on top of the amount you add, worked out as a percentage set by your plan and subject to a minimum of $2.00 or ₹200.00 depending on the method. The current rates run from 9% on Free down to 4% on the top two rungs — see Deposit Fees and Your Plan. The exact total is always shown before you pay.

Is there a payment processing fee? It is 0% for both methods today, so the row is hidden and nobody is charged it.

Is the fee taken out of my credit? No. You are credited the full amount you type; the fee is added to what you pay.

Why does my invoice show a higher percentage than my plan's rate? The per-method minimum fee binds on small top-ups, so the effective percentage is higher. The PDF invoice prints both — the effective figure, with your plan's own rate on a sub-line beneath it. The email body shows the effective figure alone.

Does upgrading my plan lower the deposit fee? Yes, from your very next top-up. See Deposit Fees and Your Plan.

What is a deposit bonus? There are two, from separate ladders. The wallet bonus is quoted on the payment page before you pay. The boost-credit bonus is granted at settlement, is shown on the payment page in its own Boost Credits bonus box, and currently pays +5% of a $50.00-or-larger deposit and +10% of a $200.00-or-larger one as Boost Credits. See Deposit Bonuses.

Do I have to confirm my age every time? Yes. Every top-up raises the Confirm before you pay dialog, and it is enforced on the server as well, so it cannot be skipped.

Can my payment be credited twice? No. Confirmation arrives from two independent directions but always results in exactly one credit.

Does topping up do anything else? It raises your lifetime funding, which earns a standing volume discount on the slot prices in a Paid-Promotions cart — it is a percentage, so it does not touch a fixed extra such as the pin charge — and it pays whoever referred you 5% of the deposit in Boost Credits at no cost to you. See Adding Funds.

Invoices

Do I get a receipt? Yes — a branded email with a PDF invoice attached, sent automatically the moment your top-up is credited. See Invoices and Receipts.

Do I get an invoice when I spend my balance? No. Spends are recorded in Activity, and each service sends its own confirmation.

I have lost a receipt. Can I get it again? Yes. Ask [email protected] to re-send it, quoting the invoice number.

Withdrawals

Who can withdraw? Every plan. Your plan changes only the fee and how many requests you may make in a calendar month.

What can I withdraw? Only Paid-Promotions earnings, shown as the Withdrawable figure.

Where can it be paid? Telegram Stars, a UPI ID, or a USDT BEP-20 (BSC) wallet address.

What is the minimum? $5.00 per request.

What is the fee? It depends on your plan, from 15% on Free down to 5% on Ultimate. The "You receive" preview on the form uses your own plan's real rate — it is not an estimate. See Withdrawing Your Earnings.

How many withdrawals can I make? Between 1 and unlimited per calendar month, depending on your plan. Declined requests do not count, whether their money is back in your wallet or its return is delayed.

Why did my balance drop before I was paid? The gross is held as soon as the request is accepted, and appears in Activity as "Withdrawal hold OFW-…". It returns in full — including the fee — if the request is rejected.

Will I see an "approved" status? No. Approval flips a request from pending straight to paid in one step.

Can I cancel a withdrawal? Not from the wallet page. Contact support with the OFW- reference.

Refunds

Can I get a top-up back? You can ask, within 12 hours of it being credited and only if none of it has been spent. It is reviewed manually and may be declined. See Requesting a Top-up Refund.

Where does an approved refund go? To an external destination, never your wallet: back to your original payment method for UPI and card, or to a fresh USDT BEP-20 address you supply for crypto. Fees are deducted.

What does asking cost me in the meantime? The requested amount is frozen — the top-up plus any wallet deposit bonus that came with it. It stays in your Total but cannot be spent until our team decides. There is no self-service way to lift it.

What if I spent part of the top-up? Then it is not refundable at all. A top-up must be completely intact, and any wallet spend since it was credited disqualifies it.

Does an approved refund take anything else back? Yes. The wallet deposit bonus leaves with the deposit, the boost-credit deposit bonus is clawed back (clamped to what you still hold), and your referrer's commission on that deposit is reversed.

What about refunds for services? Those are automatic and land back in your wallet without you asking — but "in full" depends on the service. A late cancellation of an accepted placement carries a fee, currently 15% of the charge, paid to the channel owner. A partly-delivered Boost order refunds only the undelivered portion. And a Paid-Promotions refund comes back as locked platform credit — spendable, not withdrawable — even when you paid from earnings. See Refunds and Where a Refund Lands.

Are Boost Credits refundable? No. Promotional credit has no cash value and is neither refundable nor withdrawable. Where an order was partly paid with credit, that part comes back as credit.

Can the Telegram bot handle a refund? No. The bot cannot take or return a payment at all. Refunds are requested, reviewed and paid on the website side only.

Asking for a top-up refund costs you access to the money while you wait

Lodging a request freezes the top-up and its wallet bonus immediately, and nothing lifts that freeze on a timer — only an approval, a decline, or an explicit release by our team. There is no cancel button. Decide before you submit, not after.

Problems

I paid but my balance has not updated. Wait a few minutes and reload; crypto in particular waits for network confirmations. If money left your account and nothing appears within a few hours, contact support. Full guide: Payment Troubleshooting.

I sent less than the crypto invoice asked for. Underpaid invoices are not credited at all. Contact support with your order reference and transaction hash.

I see "Too many attempts." The message always says "wait a minute", but most of these limits are hourly. See the table in Payment Troubleshooting.

The wallet page keeps redirecting me to a link screen. The dashboard wallet is behind the onboarding gate. Use the Wallet tab on your Account page, which is not — see Wallet Overview.

Who do I contact? [email protected], or the contact form at https://onflowads.com/contact. Include the invoice number, deposit reference, OFW- or OFR-. See Contact Us.
