Adding Funds

Topping up your wallet takes a couple of minutes. You pick a payment method, type the amount you want added to your wallet, review the exact total, confirm your age, and pay on a secure checkout.

This page covers what is true for every top-up. The exact steps differ by method, and each method has its own detailed page:

Two more pages cover what a top-up costs and what it can earn you: Deposit Fees and Your Plan and Deposit Bonuses.

Fees are added on top β€” you are credited the full amount you type

Top-up pricing on Onflow Ads is additive. If you enter β‚Ή5,000, your wallet is credited the full β‚Ή5,000-worth of USD, and the platform fee is stacked on top of that in the total you pay. Nothing is skimmed off your credit, and nothing extra is added at the checkout β€” the Total to pay shown on the page is exactly what is charged.

Before you start

  • You must be signed in with a verified email. There is no guest top-up; the credit always goes to the account that started it.
  • The dashboard wallet sits behind the onboarding gate. If /telegram/dashboard/wallet bounces you to the link screen, use the Wallet tab at https://onflowads.com/account instead β€” see Wallet Overview.
  • At least one payment method must be live on the platform. If none is enabled, the whole Add funds panel stays hidden.
  • You will be asked to confirm your age on every attempt. This cannot be skipped.
  • You will see an optional, unticked "Send me product news and offers by email" box above the payment button. It has nothing to do with the payment: ticking it opts you in to marketing email (which you can switch off again any time from your notification settings); leaving it blank changes nothing. It never affects an opt-in you gave earlier.

Step by step

  1. Open the Add funds tab. Sign in and open https://onflowads.com/telegram/dashboard/wallet. Add funds is selected by default; the Add funds button in the balance panel also jumps there. The card is headed Add funds, with the line "Pick a payment method, then choose how much to add." and a Secure checkout Β· PDF receipt emailed badge.
  2. Choose a payment method. Under Payment method, two cards are offered when both methods are live. Cryptocurrency is listed first, carries a Recommended badge and is selected for you; UPI / Card is second. Selecting a card switches the whole form β€” currency symbol, quick amounts, limits and the pay button label β€” to that method.
  3. Enter the amount you want added. Type into the Amount (USD) or Amount (INR) field, or tap a quick amount chip. The hint under the field states the rules for the selected method, in the form "Min $20.00 Β· Max $5,000.00 credited Β· 9% fee (min $2.00) added on top". The percentage is your plan's own rate.
  4. Check the deposit bonus ladder, if one is showing. A method with an offer running shows a Deposit bonuses box listing its rungs, tags the one you have reached Applied, and nudges you when the next is within reach β€” see Deposit Bonuses.
  5. Read the breakdown. It appears as soon as the amount is valid, and it ends with Total to pay and You will receive. If the amount is outside the limits, the page shows "Enter between $20.00 and $5,000.00 to add." and the pay button stays disabled.
  6. Press the pay button. It reads Pay with Crypto or Pay with UPI / Card (and Continue before a method is chosen).
  7. Confirm your age. The Confirm before you pay dialog opens. Tick the checkbox, then press Continue to payment.
  8. Pay on the checkout. UPI and card open a Razorpay overlay on the page; cryptocurrency redirects you to a hosted invoice. Follow that method's own page from here.
  9. Watch for the confirmation. On success the page reads "Payment successful β€” your wallet has been topped up. A receipt is on its way to your email.", and the balance and Activity list refresh immediately.
Why cryptocurrency is offered first

A crypto payment costs the business less to process than a card or UPI payment, and the deposit-bonus ladder is the main way that saving is passed back β€” so the strongest bonuses usually sit there. That is why the card is promoted to first place and badged Recommended.

Nothing is locked in. Click UPI / Card and the whole form switches; the presentation is a suggestion, not a restriction.

What each field means

Card titleCard subtitleBilled inAmount you can add per top-upProcessed by
Cryptocurrency"USDT, BTC & more"US Dollars (USD)$20.00 to $5,000.00OxaPay, on a hosted checkout page
UPI / Card"UPI, cards & netbanking"Indian Rupees (INR)β‚Ή1,000.00 to β‚Ή25,000.00Razorpay, as a secure overlay on the page

The minimum and maximum bound the amount credited β€” the number you type β€” not the total you pay. Because fees stack on top, the total for a maximum-sized top-up lands above the maximum. That is correct.

What the breakdown rows mean

RowMeaning
Adding to walletThe amount you asked to add.
Platform fee (N%)The platform commission, added on top. The row names the percentage your plan pays.
Payment processing feeA pass-through payment-processing charge. It is currently zero for both methods, so the row is hidden in practice.
Total to payExactly what the checkout will collect.
BonusExtra wallet credit earned by the size of your deposit. Hidden when none applies.
You will receiveThe credit plus any bonus. When you pay in rupees it carries a "β‰ˆ $X in your wallet" sub-line.

Beneath the rows is a plain-language note confirming the same thing, for example: "You are credited the full $100.00. Fees are added on top β€” $109.00 is exactly what you will be charged, with nothing added at checkout." When you pay in rupees it also names the locked exchange rate.

Where your plan is not the cheapest, a line underneath reads, for example, "Your Free plan pays 9% on every deposit β€” Master pays 4%." with a Compare plans link.

How the fee is calculated

commission = max( amount you are adding Γ— your plan's %, the method's minimum fee )
processing = (amount + commission) Γ— 0% ← zero for both methods today
total = amount + commission + processing ← what the checkout collects
  • The percentage is set by your plan β€” Free pays the most, the top two rungs the least. The full ladder is in Deposit Fees and Your Plan.
  • Whatever your rate, the fee is subject to a per-method minimum: β‚Ή200.00 on a UPI or card top-up and $2.00 on a crypto top-up. On a small top-up the minimum can bind, so the fee works out higher than your plan's percentage in effective terms.
  • The preview is not an estimate. The server re-derives the identical integers from the same rules before charging anything, using the same rounding, so the figure you approve and the figure collected agree to the sub-unit.
  • Your rate and any wallet bonus are frozen onto the order the moment the payment is created, so nothing that changes while you are at the checkout can reprice a payment already in flight.
If the page has gone stale, the payment is refused rather than repriced

Leave the wallet page open long enough and it can fall out of date. Starting a payment from a stale page returns "Please refresh the page and try again." rather than quoting you one total and charging another. Refresh and start the top-up again.

The age confirmation

Every top-up raises a Confirm before you pay dialog before any order is created:

  • Lead text: "Before continuing to the payment page, please confirm the following."
  • A checkbox: "I confirm that I am at least 18 years old, or that I have reached the age at which I am legally allowed to make real payments online to merchants in my jurisdiction."
  • Buttons: Cancel and Continue to payment. Continue to payment stays disabled until the box is ticked.

Pressing Escape or clicking outside the dialog cancels it, and nothing is charged. The confirmation is also required by the server on the create call, so it cannot be bypassed by scripting the API β€” an attempt without it is refused with "Please confirm you meet the minimum legal age to pay online before continuing."

What a settled top-up sets in motion

A credited top-up does more than move your balance. All of it happens in one atomic step, so a payment can never be half-applied.

  1. Your wallet is credited the full amount you entered, in USD, as an Activity credit reading "Wallet top-up". On a UPI or card top-up the conversion uses the exchange rate locked when you started the payment.
  2. Your lifetime funding rises by the deposit. See below.
  3. A wallet deposit bonus is credited, if one was matched when the order was created β€” as its own separate credit reading "Deposit bonus".
  4. Boost Credits may be granted, from a completely different ladder decided at settlement: +5% of the deposit on a $50.00-or-larger top-up, +10% on a $200.00-or-larger one, highest threshold only. These land in the Boost Credits tile, not your cash balance. The payment page shows this ladder too, in its own Boost Credits bonus box, with a Boost Credits row in the breakdown once your amount qualifies.
  5. Whoever referred you earns a commission β€” 5% of your deposit, paid to them as non-withdrawable Boost Credits. It costs you nothing and is never taken out of your credit.
  6. A receipt is emailed with a PDF invoice attached β€” see Invoices and Receipts.
  7. A notification is recorded in your notification centre, and delivered to Telegram if the bot is linked.
Your lifetime funding, and why a bonus does not count toward it

Every deposit adds to a running total on your account called lifetime funding. It only ever goes up, and it earns a standing volume discount on the slot prices in a Paid-Promotions cart: 3% from $50, 6% from $200, 10% from $500 of lifetime funding, with the highest threshold you have passed applying permanently.

The odometer counts money that actually arrived. A deposit bonus is credit you were not charged for, so it raises your balance without raising your lifetime funding. If a bonus did not move the figure, that is by design.

A percentage discount only moves percentage-priced things

The volume discount is a percentage, so it comes off the slot prices and nothing else. The fixed, platform-priced pin is added to the cart after every percentage lever has already been applied β€” your volume discount, the owner's own discount and a promo code β€” so none of them touches it, in either direction. A $6.00 pin charge is $6.00 whether you have $0 or $5,000 of lifetime funding.

That is deliberate: the extra is a fixed price set for a specific promise, and no percentage lever on the cart is allowed to move it. See What You Are Buying.

The referral commission is paid by us, not by you

If someone referred you when you signed up, they earn 5% of every deposit you make, for as long as you keep depositing. The base is the deposit, never the bonus stacked on top of it β€” and nothing is added to your total. It is only ever triggered by a real, re-verified payment, so an admin hand-crediting a wallet never pays a commission.

If that deposit is later refunded, the commission is reversed. See Boost Credit and Referrals.

Topped-up money is spendable, not withdrawable

Funds you add can be spent on any paid service on the platform, but they cannot be cashed back out through a withdrawal β€” only Paid-Promotions earnings can. If you change your mind shortly after a top-up and have not spent any of it, see Requesting a Top-up Refund.

Rules that apply to every top-up

  • Age confirmation is mandatory on every attempt.
  • Limits are per top-up, not per day. To add more than a method's maximum, make more than one top-up.
  • Payments are confirmed twice over. The provider notifies our servers directly, and your return to the wallet page triggers a second check. Neither trusts a signature for the amount β€” both re-read the order from the provider. The two converge on a single credit, so a payment can never be credited twice or lost between them.
  • Top-ups keep settling during maintenance. Verification runs on the payment credentials alone, so a payment already in flight still credits even if top-ups are switched off mid-flow.

FAQ

Which method should I choose? If you are paying from an Indian bank account, UPI or card is the simplest. If you hold crypto, or you are outside India, paying in cryptocurrency avoids currency conversion entirely because it is billed in USD β€” and it usually carries the better bonus ladder.

Can I top up an exact amount like $47.50? Yes, as long as it is inside the method's limits. The quick-amount chips are shortcuts, not the only choices.

Is the fee taken out of what I receive? No. You always receive the full amount you typed; the fee is added on top of what you pay.

Why is my fee percentage different from someone else's? Because the deposit fee follows the plan on your account. See Deposit Fees and Your Plan.

Will my card statement match the total shown? Yes. The Total paid on your invoice is the figure your bank, card or crypto statement should show, to the cent.

Can someone else top up my wallet? The payment can be made from any payment instrument, but the top-up credits the account that is signed in and started it.
