Syndicate licence terms
Each post in your library carries its own terms. Hosts see them before they ask, and a licence keeps the terms that applied when it was requested, even if you change them later.
The terms you can set are the same on every plan.
Priceβ
Set a price for each licence, or set it to free. A free licence costs the host nothing, and the post still carries the attribution line with its tracked link to your channel. On a paid licence you receive the price less the Syndicate fee. The fee and price are frozen when the host asks, so a later change does not touch a request already made.
Languagesβ
Choose the languages the post may be republished in. The post's own language is always allowed. Any other language needs a translation that you approve before it is published. See Syndicate translations.
Host categoriesβ
Choose the channel categories a host may belong to. A host channel outside them cannot request the post. Leave the list empty to allow every category the platform permits.
Maximum hostsβ
Set how many host channels may hold a licence for the post. Once that many licences are live or waiting, new requests are refused until one ends.
Exclusivity windowβ
Optionally set a number of hours. Once a host publishes the post, no other host can take a licence for it until those hours have passed. Leave it empty for no exclusivity.
Auto-approve rulesβ
Turn on auto-approve to grant licences without answering each request. A request is approved at once if the host channel meets every rule you set:
- a minimum Onflow Verified score
- a category from your list
- no more than a set number of auto-approved licences a day
Any request that misses a rule waits for you as usual. See Approving requests and getting paid.
