The support link

onflowads.com/support is one address that opens the support chat for anyone who follows it. Use it yourself, or paste it wherever someone asks where to get help.

Available on every plan

The link works the same for a signed-out visitor and for all six plans. What Onflow AI can do inside the chat depends on your plan, and Chatting with Onflow AI covers that.

Open the support chat with one address

  1. Follow onflowads.com/support from a message, an email or a bookmark.
  2. You land on the Contact page with the support chat already open. You do not have to find or press Help.

Signed out — the support link: the Contact page with the chat open This is what a visitor sees after following the link, once the cookie choice is made. 1 The notice Before we start opens every new chat. 2 Accept and start chat begins the conversation and gives you a ticket ID. 3 Decline ends it without a chat. 4 The contact form is still on the page behind the chat, if you prefer to write an email.

  1. Read the notice Before we start. It says the chat is answered by AI and what is sent and saved.
  2. Press Accept and start chat to begin, or Decline if you would rather not chat.

If this browser already has a chat in progress, the link opens that chat instead of a new one. The address with a slash at the end, onflowads.com/support/, leads to the same place.

What happens when you are already on onflowads.com

A link to onflowads.com/support pressed on any page of the website opens the chat on the page you are reading. You do not leave that page. If you open the link in a new tab, the new tab shows the Contact page with the chat open.

What a first-time visitor sees first

Two things can come before the chat on a first visit.

The cookie banner. While the banner is on screen, the Help button and the chat are hidden. Press Accept all or Reject all and the chat appears at once. Either choice works. The banner also offers Manage preferences, and the chat stays hidden while that dialog is open. On a later visit the choice is already made, so the chat opens immediately.

Signed out — a first visit on a phone: the cookie banner comes before the chat The chat is waiting, but you cannot see it yet. 1 The cookie banner covers the place where the chat opens. 2 Accept all and 3 Reject all both let the chat appear. Your cookie choice does not change the help you get.

The welcome intro. A signed-out visitor sees a short welcome intro for the first seconds on the site. The chat opens by itself when the intro finishes. Press Skip on the intro to get there sooner.

Each time you follow the link, the chat opens once. Refreshing the page you landed on, or bookmarking it, does not open the chat again. To reopen it, press Help in the bottom corner or follow onflowads.com/support again. Your conversation is not lost: it is under Help, on the Messages tab.

Where the chat cannot open

  • Inside Telegram's in-app view. The chat is not shown there. You are on the Contact page, so use its form, or open onflowads.com/support in your normal browser.
  • While the support chat is switched off. The link still takes you to the Contact page. Use the form on it.
  • During maintenance of the whole site. The link shows the maintenance page until the work is finished. Email [email protected] if you cannot wait.

Signed-in members and email buttons

Signed in, the link behaves the same: the Contact page opens with the chat on it, and the chat can read your own account.

A support email carries a button to its conversation: View your conversation in the email that confirms your message, and View & reply in a reply. The button opens the website with that conversation loaded. If you are signed in, you land on your dashboard with the conversation open.

A conversation started from a signed-in account opens only while you are signed in to that account. A conversation started signed out opens for whoever holds its email button, so do not forward that email.

Paste https://onflowads.com/support wherever someone asks how to reach Onflow Ads: a message, an email or a post. The person who follows it needs no account and no plan. It is also the address to give anyone who cannot find the Help button.

If something goes wrong

Find what you see after following the support link among the cards below. Each one says why the chat did not open as expected and what to do next.

  • Where you see it:

The Contact page, straight after following the support link.

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan, and signed-out visitors.

  • Why it happens:

On a first visit the cookie banner is still on screen, and the chat stays hidden until you answer it. If there is no banner, the support chat may be switched off at the moment.

  • How to fix it:

Press Accept all or Reject all on the banner. The chat appears straight away. If there is no banner and no Help button, use the form on the Contact page.

The chat did not open during the first seconds

  • Where you see it:

Any page the link lands on, on your first visit while signed out.

  • Plans affected:

    Signed-out visitors only.

  • Why it happens:

The welcome intro is still playing. The chat waits for it to finish, so that it opens in front of you.

  • How to fix it:

Wait for the intro to end, or press Skip. The chat then opens by itself.

No chat inside Telegram's in-app view

  • Where you see it:

The Contact page, when you followed the link inside Telegram and it opened in Telegram's own in-app view.

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan, and signed-out visitors.

  • Why it happens:

The support chat is not shown inside Telegram's in-app view.

  • How to fix it:

Use the form on the Contact page, or open onflowads.com/support in your normal browser.

Refreshing the page does not reopen the chat

  • Where you see it:

The page the link landed on, after a refresh or after opening a bookmark of it.

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan, and signed-out visitors.

  • Why it happens:

The link opens the chat once. A refresh or a bookmark shows the page without it.

  • How to fix it:

Press Help in the bottom corner, or follow onflowads.com/support again. A chat you already started is on the Messages tab.

  • Where you see it:

The home page, or your dashboard if you are signed in, after following the support link.

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan, and signed-out visitors.

  • Why it happens:

The chat is not offered on the Contact page at the moment, so the link takes you to a page where it is. This is not an error.

  • How to fix it:

Use the chat on the page that opened. It works the same there.

"You can still reach a person — email the team and we will reply to your inbox."

  • Where you see it:

In the chat, after pressing Decline on the notice Before we start. The line above it reads "Sending messages is closed for this conversation."

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan, and signed-out visitors.

  • Why it happens:

You declined the notice, so no chat with Onflow AI was started. A declined conversation cannot be accepted later.

  • How to fix it:

Press Email the team under the message to write to a person. To chat after all, open the Home tab, press Start new support chat and accept the notice.
