Onflow AI context for longer conversations
Every conversation with Onflow AI holds a number of messages set by your plan. When one is full you can start a new conversation at once, at no cost. Onflow AI context is for the times you want to keep the same conversation going: messages you buy in packs, signed in on onflowads.com, that let a conversation go past your plan's number, up to the longest a conversation can be.
Every plan except Ultimate can buy Onflow AI context, at the same prices. Ultimate already holds the longest conversations, 300 messages, so packs are not sold to it. Signed out there is nothing to buy: sign in for your plan's longer conversations.
What Onflow AI context isβ
Onflow AI counts a conversation in messages. Your message counts as one and its answer counts as one, so each answer uses two. An "I'm not sure" answer counts like any other answer. A notice, a line that says Onflow AI could not answer, a task it carries out for you and a hand-over to a person count nothing.
Your plan sets how many messages one conversation holds. Your plan does not limit how many conversations you start.
| Who you are | Messages per conversation |
|---|---|
| Signed out | 10 |
| On the careers site, signed in or out | 16 |
| Free | 40 |
| Lite | 100 |
| Plus | 140 |
| Elite | 180 |
| Master | 240 |
| Ultimate | 300 |
No conversation goes past 300 messages, with or without context.
Onflow AI context is a balance on your account, your context balance. A conversation uses it only after it has used your plan's messages, only after you choose to continue that conversation with your balance, and only in the chat on onflowads.com. Section 10.11 of the Terms of Service sets the rules.
Onflow AI context is not an AI allowance and not an add-on to your plan. It has no cash value, and it cannot be withdrawn, transferred or exchanged for money.
The packs and their pricesβ
A pack costs the same on every plan, and no plan discount or coupon applies to it.
| Pack | Price | Per message |
|---|---|---|
| 100 messages | $5.00 | 5.0Β’ |
| 300 messages | $12.00 | 4.0Β’ |
| 1,000 messages | $35.00 | 3.5Β’ |
| 3,000 messages | $90.00 | 3.0Β’ |
Not every pack is on sale at all times. The sheet you buy from lists the packs on sale that day, with their prices, before you pay. A pack taken off sale changes nothing for the messages you already bought: you can use them, and refund them, as before.
Buy a packβ
You buy Onflow AI context signed in, in the chat on onflowads.com. On this guide and on the blog, Get more context opens onflowads.com with the packs. Signed out, it asks you to sign in first and brings you back with Onflow AI open. The careers site has no packs.
- Sign in on onflowads.com and open Onflow AI with the round button in the bottom corner.
- Press Get more context. It is on the card of a conversation that is full, and under an answer when you ask Onflow AI how to get more messages.
- Read the sheet Get more context. It shows your balance, as "Your context balance: number messages", and each pack on sale with its price per message and how it would be paid, for example "$3.00 from Onflow Credit, $9.00 from your wallet".
- Choose a pack. The button under the packs names its price, for example Pay $12.00. Press it.
- Read the line that confirms it, for example "300 Onflow AI messages added to your context balance." Press Receipt to open the receipt, or Back to the conversation to carry on.
The bell on the website also tells you, under the title "300 Onflow AI messages added", and links to the receipt.
How a pack is paidβ
The Onflow Credit you can spend pays first, as far as it goes, and your wallet pays the rest. From the wallet, money you can spend but not withdraw goes first, then the earnings you can withdraw. See Onflow Credit and Your wallet balance and activity.
If your Onflow Credit and your wallet together do not cover a pack, the sheet says "You need amount more." under that pack. Pressing Pay then charges nothing and offers Add funds, which opens the Add funds tab of your wallet. Once the funds are in, press Back to Onflow AI on that tab to return to the packs.
Continue a full conversation with your context balanceβ
When a conversation has used your plan's messages, the line above the message box reads "This conversation is full", the box stops taking messages, and a card in the conversation says "This conversation is full: it has used all number of its messages." It always offers Start a new conversation and Talk to a person. Signed in on onflowads.com, while packs are on sale, it also offers one of these:
- Continue here with my context balance (number left), when your balance holds at least two messages. Press it once: the conversation goes on, and the line above the box reads "Using your context balance Β· number left". Each answer from then on takes two messages from your balance.
- Get more context, when your balance is empty. It opens the sheet described above.
A conversation that reaches 300 messages cannot go further, with any balance. Its card reads "This conversation is as long as a conversation can be: 300 messages." Press Start a new conversation to carry on.
On this guide and on the blog, the card of a full conversation offers Continue on onflowads.com instead when you are signed in. It opens the same conversation on onflowads.com, where you can continue it with your balance.
Which messages are used firstβ
Messages our team gives you are used before the messages you bought. Within each kind, the messages that expire first are used first. So the messages you could still have refunded stay in your balance the longest.
How long a pack lastsβ
The messages of a pack expire 12 months after you buy it. Fourteen days before a pack expires, when 20 or more of its messages are left, the bell on the website tells you, under a title such as "120 Onflow AI messages expire on 3 November 2027". It reminds you once and in the product only, not by email or Telegram.
Expired messages are not refunded.
Refund the messages you have not usedβ
You ask for a refund in your wallet, never in the chat. Onflow AI cannot refund anything.
- Open your wallet on the website and find the section Onflow AI context. It lists every pack with what is left of it, its expiry date and its receipt.
- Within 14 days of buying a pack, it carries a button such as Refund $10.00 until 9 Nov 2026. Press it.
- Read the terms in the window that opens and confirm, or press Keep the pack.
- The section confirms the refund in a line such as "Refunded $10.00: $2.50 as Onflow Credit and $7.50 to your Locked Balance."
You can refund each pack once, and the refund ends its unused messages. Each message you used is charged at $0.05: the refund is the price you paid less that charge, never below zero. If you bought 300 messages for $12.00 and used 40 of them, the refund is $10.00.
The refund is shared between Onflow Credit and your wallet in the proportions you paid them. The wallet part comes back as Locked Balance, money you can spend but not withdraw, even if you paid it from earnings. The Onflow Credit part comes back as Onflow Credit. In the example above, a pack paid with $3.00 of Onflow Credit and $9.00 from the wallet returns $2.50 as Onflow Credit and $7.50 as Locked Balance. Where a refund lands in your wallet explains the parts of your wallet.
When the messages you used already cover the price, the pack shows "The messages you used cover the price, so a refund gives nothing back." in place of the button.
What is not refunded, and the exceptionsβ
These are never refunded: the messages you used, which are charged as above; messages that expired; a pack bought more than 14 days ago; and messages our team gave you. Section 22.6 of the Refund and Cancellation Policy is the full rule, with three exceptions:
- A failure on our side. If a message used one of your messages because something went wrong on our side, and we uphold your complaint, we give the message back. If its pack has already ended, we pay it back instead.
- While your plan is Ultimate. You can refund a pack's unused messages at any time, in proportion to the price you paid. A pack of 1,000 messages bought for $35.00 with 400 left returns $14.00.
- If we stop offering Onflow AI context, or you leave because of a material change to the Terms, unused messages are refunded in proportion to the price you paid.
Your receiptβ
Every pack has a receipt you can print. Open it with Receipt in the sheet, in the wallet's Onflow AI context section, or from the bell. It shows the receipt number, which starts with OFXC, the date and time in UTC, your account ID, the pack and its price, what Onflow Credit and your wallet each paid, the date the messages expire and the last day to ask for a refund. A refund adds a credit note under it with the messages refunded and used, the amount and where it went. Neither is a tax invoice.
If you close your accountβ
Unused messages end with your account. If you ask to delete your account, the deletion tells you how many unused messages you have and the last day you can still refund a pack, so ask for any refund before the deletion takes effect.
What your plan changesβ

| Onflow AI messages per conversation | 40 | 100 | 140 | 180 | 240 | 300 |
| Onflow AI context packs | Yes | Yes | Yes | Yes | Yes | β |
These are the current published figures; the figure shown on your own screen is always the one that applies to you.
A pack costs the same on every plan. Signed out, a conversation holds 10 messages and there are no packs: sign in for your plan's conversations.
