Official channels and social media
Onflow Ads runs a small number of accounts outside the website: a Telegram channel for updates, and profiles on social networks. This page says which accounts are genuine, where to find the list, what each one is for — and what none of them will ever do.
An account is ours only if it is linked from onflowads.com. Not because of its name, its logo, its blue tick or how many followers it has. If the website does not link to it, it is not Onflow Ads.
Where the official list lives
There is one list, and the same list is shown everywhere. You never need to search a platform by hand.
| Where you are | Where the links are |
|---|---|
| Any page of onflowads.com, signed in or not — the homepage, the dashboard, the sign-in pages, the legal pages, the status page | The Follow us row in the footer, under the Onflow Ads name |
| This guide, docs.onflowads.com | The same row at the bottom of every page |
| Any email from Onflow Ads | Follow Onflow Ads in the email's footer, as a row of small labelled pills |
| The Telegram bot | A Follow Onflow Ads row of buttons inside the bot's welcome card — part of the message itself, each in its platform's colour with its own animated icon — and the same accounts as buttons under the message box |
Each entry opens the real account in a new tab. A platform appears in the row only while Onflow Ads has an account there, so if you cannot see a platform in the row, there is no official Onflow Ads account on it — whatever a search turns up.
Because every surface draws from the same list, they always agree. When an account is added or closed, the row changes on the website, in the guide, in new emails and in the bot together, within about a minute.
The buttons under the bot's message box
The bot keeps our official accounts as buttons under your message box, so they are there when you open the chat. You can tuck them away: on Android, press your phone's Back button once (pressing it again leaves the chat, as usual); on any phone, tap the keyboard icon inside the message box. The same icon brings them back. A Telegram button of that kind cannot open a link by itself — pressing it sends its name to the bot, and the bot answers with a card whose button opens the account. They appear the first time you message the bot after an account is switched on. If we close an account or add one, the bot sends you a short, silent message that replaces the buttons, because Telegram does not let a bot change buttons that are already on your phone any other way; if every account is switched off, the buttons are removed.
What each account is for
| Account | Marked as | What you will find there |
|---|---|---|
| Telegram channel | Updates — the blue, labelled button that always comes first | New features, planned maintenance, incidents and changes to how the platform works. This is the only official updates channel. |
| Social profiles — Instagram, Facebook and any others shown in the row | An icon | News and highlights. They may repeat an announcement, but they are not where announcements are made |
Following any of them is optional. No plan, price, limit or feature depends on whether you follow, and Onflow Ads keeps no record of which members do.
The channel is a broadcast you read. The bot is how the platform reaches you personally and runs your campaigns — see Starting the Bot. Joining the channel does not connect your Telegram to your account, and connecting your Telegram does not join you to the channel.
What none of these accounts will ever do
- Give support in direct messages. Support runs through the help widget, the contact form and email, where your request is tied to your account and gets an Onflow Ads ID. A message sent to a social profile may go unread.
- Ask for a password, a one-time code, a two-factor code or a payment detail — on any platform, in any chat, or by email.
- Take a payment. Every top-up, purchase and payout happens inside your signed-in account on onflowads.com. Nobody from Onflow Ads will offer you a "manual top-up", a discount, an investment or a private deal in a message.
- Decide a refund, a dispute or a penalty. Those are decided on the platform and recorded against your account.
Spotting an impersonator
Anyone can create an account with a similar name and a copied logo. The usual pattern is a "support agent" who contacts you first, often right after you post publicly about a problem.
| Warning sign | What to do |
|---|---|
| The account contacted you first | Onflow Ads does not open conversations on social platforms. Do not reply |
| It asks for a code, a password or a payment | Stop. No genuine route ever asks for these |
| It sends you a link to "the Onflow Ads bot" or "the Onflow Ads login" | Ignore the link. Open the bot and the website only from onflowads.com in your own browser |
| The handle is nearly right — an extra letter, an underscore, "support" or "help" added | Compare it with the account the website's footer opens. If they differ, it is not ours |
If you find an account pretending to be Onflow Ads, report it to the platform it is on, and tell us through the contact form with the account's link. We ask the platform to remove it.
A payment or a code handed to an account that is not linked from onflowads.com never reached Onflow Ads, so there is nothing for us to return. The Terms, section 34 set this out in full.
Your privacy
The row is made of plain links. It loads nothing from any social network, so simply seeing it tells those networks nothing about you. A platform only learns of your visit when you choose to click, and what it does with that is governed by its own privacy policy. The links in emails are direct, with no click-tracking redirect, and the bot's buttons are plain links too. The Privacy Policy, section 30 covers this.
