Help & Support
This section documents every way of getting help from Onflow Ads, and every page you might land on when something is not working: the help widget and its AI chat, support tickets and their reference codes, the contact form, the status page, the maintenance holding page, the cookie preference centre and the installable app.
Each route is written up end to end — what it is, when to use it, exactly what to click, what it costs you, and what to do when it goes wrong.
Who this section is for
Everyone: advertisers, channel owners and signed-out visitors. Nothing here needs an account except the Boost order report, which is filed against the order it names.
A ticket is a support conversation with its own reference code. You do not create one deliberately — one is created the moment you send your first message, whether that message goes to Onflow AI in the chat or to the team through Email the team.
Ways to get help at a glance
| Route | Where it lives | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| Onflow AI chat | Start new support chat in the help widget | A general "how does this work?" question, at any hour |
| Email the team | The Email the team card in the help widget | Anything a person has to look at or act on |
| Report a problem | The Report a problem button on any order at https://onflowads.com/telegram/dashboard/boost/orders | One specific Boost / SMM order |
| Contact form | https://onflowads.com/contact | Longer enquiries, partnerships, press, Ultimate applications |
| [email protected] | Writing from your own inbox, including during maintenance | |
| System status page | https://onflowads.com/status | Checking whether the platform itself is having a problem |
| Cookie preferences | The Cookie preferences entry in the Legal column of every page footer | Turning advertising cookies on or off |
| Install app | The Install app entry in the Product column of the footer, where your browser supports it | Running Onflow Ads in its own window |
How replies reach you
Every reply reaches your email inbox. What differs is whether you also see it on the page:
| Conversation kind | Where the team's reply appears |
|---|---|
| A live chat with Onflow AI (subject Live chat) | Inline in the panel, live, within about eight seconds — and by email |
| A ticket opened through Email the team | By email only. The panel tells you a reply exists and points you at your inbox |
| A contact form enquiry | By email only. There is no thread page for it |
| A Boost order report | By email only, to the address on your account |
The chat answers from the live guide and the published policies, reads your own account and carries out routine tasks on your confirmation, and it can hand the whole conversation to a person without you retyping a word. Every chat is already a ticket, so nothing is lost if you escalate later. See What Onflow AI knows.
The Onflow Ads bot runs product features only. It has no support command and no help handler, and nobody from the team will message you there about a ticket. Anyone contacting you on Telegram offering Onflow Ads support is not us. The same is true of every social network: Official channels and social media lists the accounts that really are ours.
Two pages people miss
- Cookie preferences — the two-category preference centre reachable from every footer. It is the only place you can refuse advertising cookies, and it explains honestly why the Essential row has a tick instead of a switch.
- Installing the app — Onflow Ads installs to a home screen, a dock or a desktop as a real app. The footer entry that starts it is hidden on devices that cannot install, which is why you may have read about it and never seen it.
In this section
The pages run in reading order: the widget and the AI chat first, then tickets and what happens to them, then the other routes to the team, then the pages you land on when something is wrong or you are changing a setting.
The help widget
The Onflow AI messenger — the Help pill, the three tabs, the page card, Start new support chat, times in your own zone, delivery ticks, the command palette, cards, alerts, transcripts, and every other part of the panel.
What Onflow AI knows
The product brief and the four published sources every Onflow AI answer is built from, how they stay current on their own, the read-it-yourself buttons under an answer, and why it says it does not know rather than inventing something.
Chatting with Onflow AI
The Onflow AI conversation end to end — the ticket it creates the moment you start, the message allowance and its rolling cycle, screenshots, tasks it carries out on your confirmation, how a person is fetched only when you ask, human takeover, failures, and privacy.
Answers about your own account
Signed in, on every plan, Onflow AI can look up your own references, reliability ledger, refund standing and partner candidates — the four rules that govern it, who gets what, and why it explains but never decides.
What the assistant can do for you
Onflow AI does not only answer — signed in, it looks up your own records and carries out routine tasks across Boost, Paid Promotions, the Subscriber Exchange and Cross Promotion, always proposing first and acting only after you confirm.
Sending a screenshot
Attaching, pasting or dropping a screenshot into the AI support chat — who has the paperclip, the $800 threshold and the two admin overrides, the limits, what reaches the model provider, and how long a picture is kept.
Reporting an answer or a conversation
The Report control under every reply and the whole-conversation report in the menu — the reasons you can pick, what a report sends, how it differs from the thumbs and from the end-of-chat rating, what the team does with it, and how long a reported conversation is kept.
Opening a support ticket
The Email the team route in the help widget — picking a topic, filling the message form, the guided email flow, your reference code, and the emails that follow.
The instant first reply
What happens in the seconds after you write in — who gets an instant Onflow AI answer on a ticket, how it appears and is emailed, why follow-ups get one too, and how it gets out of a teammate's way.
Ticket statuses and threads
Reference codes, the five Onflow Ads status chips, reading a conversation, sending follow-ups, closing and reopening, message limits, retention and the support-access wall.
Reporting a problem with a Boost order
How to flag a problem on one specific Boost / SMM order from the orders page — what the dialog asks, what gets attached for you, and where the reply arrives.
The contact form
The write-to-us form on the Onflow Ads contact page — its fields and limits, the anti-spam check, the OFM reference you get back, and the acknowledgement email.
Choosing the right support channel
A decision guide to every way of contacting Onflow Ads — which route to pick, what each one gives you, what it costs, and how fast to expect a reply.
Official channels and social media
Which Telegram channel and social media accounts really belong to Onflow Ads, where the official list lives, what each account is for, and how to spot an impersonator before it costs you anything.
The system status page
How to read the live Onflow Ads status page — the headline, each monitored component, incident notices, how often it refreshes, and what it cannot see.
Maintenance windows
What the Onflow Ads maintenance page looks like, how it reconnects you on its own, which six sections can be paused individually, what stays reachable, what happens during a short pause in messages and posts, and why your data is never at risk.
Installing Onflow Ads as an app
Install Onflow Ads to your home screen, dock or desktop from the Install app button, update it in place with Update app, and what to do inside Telegram's browser.
Troubleshooting & FAQ
Quick fixes for the most common Onflow Ads problems — getting help, replies, conversations, the app and offline page, sign-in, payments, orders, the line under an ad, pinning, reliability marks and site availability.
Next: Using the Get help widget — the panel every other route starts from.
