Pulse payouts
Your fee is paid to your wallet as normal earnings, a set time after the poll completes in place and its totals are recorded. The same rule covers Brand Lift waves you host.
Pulse payouts work the same way on every plan. No plan, perk, support request or admin action pays a fee sooner.
When you are paidβ
The brand's money is held in escrow while the poll runs. When the poll completes, the clock starts:
- Your fee lands 7 days after the poll completes, as money you can withdraw.
- The brand can dispute within 72 hours of the poll completing. A dispute holds the fee until our team decides.
- If your reliability band is lower at the moment the fee is due, it waits longer. The band is read at that moment, not when the poll ran, so a score that recovers in time gets the shorter wait and one that drops gets the longer one.
| Your band when the fee is due | What it means | The fee lands after the poll completes |
|---|---|---|
| Good | A score of 5.0 or more, or a new account | 7 days |
| Watch | A score in the Building tier, 4.0 to 4.9 | 10 days |
| Restricted | A score in the Low tier, under 4.0 | 14 days |
| Frozen | Your account is Under Review | 21 days |
These are the current published figures; the figure shown on your own screen is always the one that applies to you. A fee is never paid sooner than 7 days after the poll completes.
Brands pay host fees in cash; Onflow Credit never pays them. Only on a poll bought before these rules, if the brand paid part of your fee with Onflow Credit, may that part be held longer before it is paid. The Pulse page shows the date for each part.
What the offer shows youβ
Each completed offer in your Pulse offers shows Lands in your wallet with the date, the reason it waits (for example "Every payout waits 7 days after the order completes, so the advertiser can dispute it."), and The brand may dispute until with the end of the dispute window.
Elite plan Β· Channel owner β when a completed poll's fee lands, and why 1 Your fee, the date it lands in your wallet and the end of the brand's dispute window. 2 Why it waits: here the receiving account's reliability band is Watch, so it waits 10 days instead of 7.
If the brand released your fee early, the offer says Released early by the advertiser and the date.
Elite plan Β· Channel owner β what your channels earned from polls 1 Held until its payout date. 2 Paid into your wallet.
If the brand disputesβ
Only the brand that ran the poll can dispute your fee, only within the window, and only with a reason and evidence. The offer then reads Dispute: Open: held until our team decides. A person on our team looks at the evidence and decides one of three outcomes:
- Paid to you. The fee is paid on its normal date, or at once if that date has passed.
- Split. You get part of the fee on its normal date, and the brand gets the rest of the fee back.
- Refunded to the brand. The brand gets your fee back and no fee is paid.
You are told the outcome. A dispute about your payout is not a penalty: your reliability score moves only for your own proven breach, such as deleting the poll early. See Pulse penalties and appeals.
Released early by the advertiserβ
A brand may choose to release your fee early, once our check has confirmed the poll is live in your channel, while it is live or completed and your fee is not yet paid. The offer then shows "Released early by the advertiser" with the date. Only cash whose deposit has cleared is released early. Host fees are paid in cash; on a poll bought before these rules, any part paid with Onflow Credit is paid on its normal date. See Release a payout early.
Where it arrivesβ
The fee arrives in your wallet as earnings, the same as a Paid Promotions payout. You can withdraw it like any other earnings, under the usual withdrawal rules. See Withdrawing earnings.
When there is no payoutβ
There is no payout for a poll deleted before it closed, or one the bot could not send.
There is also no payout when a poll fails on Onflow's side: our systems failed to send, run, close or read it, or Telegram had an outage. The brand gets its money back, and Onflow does not pay hosts from its own money. It is not your doing, so nothing changes on your reliability, and you get a notice, "A poll failed on our side", that says what went wrong. When the cause is not clear yet, the money stays held while our team reviews it. See Keep the poll up.
