Payouts, disputes and early release
Payout dates, disputes and early release work the same way on every plan.
The fee for each channel in your poll is held while the poll runs. It goes to the channel owner's wallet a set time after that channel's poll completes. Until then you can see every channel's payout date, and you can dispute a payout inside the dispute window.
When each channel is paidβ
A channel's fee lands in its owner's wallet 7 days after its poll completes, unless you open a dispute within 72 hours of that time. If the owner's reliability band is lower when the fee is due, it waits longer: 10 days (Watch), 14 days (Restricted) or 21 days (Frozen, for polls already running). No plan, support request or admin action pays a channel sooner.
Open a poll's report or progress from Polls or Reports. Under it, Payouts to channels lists every channel with its payout date, the end of your dispute window and why the payout waits.

The channel owner sees the same date and reason on their offer. See Pulse payouts.
Dispute a payoutβ
You can dispute one channel's payout when something went wrong with its poll, as long as the window is still open.
- In Payouts to channels, press Dispute on the channel's row.
- Say what went wrong, in at least a sentence.
- Add your evidence: what you saw, or https:// links, one per line.
- Press Open the dispute.

The payout is held until our team decides. The decision pays the channel, splits the host fee, or refunds you the host fee; Onflow keeps its 15% in each case. A dispute after the window closes is refused. See Dispute a Pulse payout.
Release a payout earlyβ
Once a check has confirmed a channel's poll live, and while the poll is live or completed and the fee is not yet paid, you may release that channel's fee to its owner straight away. This is the only way a payout moves sooner, and only you can do it.
It is a deliberate choice that cannot be undone, by you, by support or by anyone. For that order you give up disputes, refunds, make-goods, guarantees, Brand Safety Shield pause refunds, any Brand Lift wave refund, and Onflow's help with fraud: the money has left Onflow's hands. Only cash whose deposit has cleared is released. Host fees are paid in cash; on a poll bought before the current rules, the part you paid with Onflow Credit is never released early and is paid on the normal date.
- Press Release early⦠on the channel's row.
- Check the amount and the channel.
- Tick every item you give up, and press I understand, continue.
- Type RELEASE, enter your password, and the code from your authenticator app if you use one.
- Wait for the short countdown, then press Release now.

A receipt goes to you by email and Telegram, and both you and the channel owner see Released early on the order. Early release is not offered for a channel whose owner, or your own account, is on the Restricted or Frozen band, or between linked accounts.
