Terms and Conditions — plain-language summary
This page summarizes the Onflow Ads Terms and Conditions in everyday language so you know what you are agreeing to before you connect a channel or run a campaign.
This is a summary, not the agreement itself. The full, binding Terms and Conditions are at onflowads.com/terms. If this summary and the full Terms ever differ, the full Terms control. The legal page shows its "Last updated" date at the top, and §26 carries any clause published since the page was last deployed — it is filled from the platform when you load it, so a term added today binds you without waiting for a release.
How to read this page
The full Terms are organised into 34 numbered sections, with a section for each product. This summary covers the same ground in fewer words, so you can find the binding text for anything here in one hop:

This summary cannot substitute for these:
- §4 — what counts as a "channel". Everywhere the platform asks for a channel it means a Telegram channel: not a group, not a user account, not a bot.
- §6.2 — Telegram members boosts. These need the invite link of a public channel. Private channels and groups carry no guarantee of any kind.
- §12.1 — your wallet has two pockets. Money you add is spendable but not withdrawable. Only what you earn can be cashed out.
- §7.8 — Verified Delivery Insurance. On an insured placement, an automated delivery check can refund the advertiser and take the channel owner's deposit with no dispute and no way back.
- §19 — failed orders. Onflow Ads is not responsible for orders that fail for technical reasons outside our control, or because of something you did.
What you're agreeing to
By creating an account, connecting a channel, adding funds or placing an order — on the website or through the Telegram bot — you accept the Terms and Conditions, the Refunds Policy and the Privacy Policy. They apply together as one agreement.
- There is no separate "accept" button to hunt for: using the service is the acceptance.
- If you use Onflow Ads on behalf of an organization, you are agreeing on that organization's behalf too, and you are confirming you have the authority to do so.
- The same Terms cover every surface. Signing in through the Telegram bot is not a different agreement.
What the service is
Onflow Ads is an advertising-placement marketplace and cross-promotion engine for Telegram channels. Once you connect a channel, the platform can match you with other channels for swaps, let you buy or sell paid ad placements, schedule and post agreed placements on your behalf, process payments, report performance, and help with AI-assisted copy and targeting.
Telegram is the platform that is live today. Support for other platforms is planned but not guaranteed — nothing in the Terms promises a future platform will ship. Sections can also be taken offline for maintenance (§5.3).
A task the support chat carries out for you is your instruction (§10.10): it proposes, you confirm with CONFIRM or a yes, and the confirmed task counts as if you had pressed the button yourself. It never moves money or touches security.
AI-generated copy, targeting and match suggestions can be wrong. You are always responsible for reviewing and approving anything published from your channel. The AI support chat is informational and cannot grant a refund, a credit or an exception (§10.7). You can report any reply, or a whole conversation, to us from the widget — a report is read by a person and does not itself change, reopen or escalate anything, and knowingly false reports are a breach in the same way as any other (§16.6). On paid plans it can also read your own account data, read-only, once it has confirmed it is you (§10.8). Where your account has it, the chat can also be shown a screenshot — sent whole to the model provider, so crop before you send (§10.9). That one is earned by lifetime top-ups above a published threshold, can be granted or withdrawn per account, and can be switched off platform-wide; it is not part of any plan's price and never limits your access to support.
The Telegram bot
The bot is the website's presence inside Telegram. §11 gives it three jobs: it notifies you, it carries out what the website already decided, and it checks what actually happened.
It holds no separate account, you cannot create or change an order in it, and it is not a support desk. Every decision that costs you money is made on the website. The only official bot is @OnflowAdsBot.
Signing in with Telegram happens on Telegram's own authorisation screen, never in a chat, and connecting an existing account uses a one-time link created in your own signed-in browser. The bot never messages you first with a sign-in code or a connect link — if anyone sends you one, refuse it: opening someone else's connect link attaches your Telegram to their account (§11.2).
One Telegram account pairs to one Onflow Ads account. Signing in to an existing account from Telegram merges a Telegram-only starter account into it, and that cannot be undone — the merged account keeps the lower reliability score and the longer of any freeze (§11.1).
The bot records facts and prices nothing. When it sees a post taken down early, a member who left a partner channel or a placement pulled, it reports that fact to the website, which prices it from the published table in §15.7; it never changes a score itself, and it never moves money — every payout, refund, reward and cross-promotion cover is settled by the website against the one wallet the website holds.
Notifications are best-effort (§11.3). Your order, placement, payout and balance live on the platform, not in the message — check your dashboard rather than relying on a message arriving. Taking a post down at the end of a run is also best-effort (§11.4).
Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live.
- You must be reachable in two places (§3.4). Before you can start anything new in the four products — or connect a channel — an email-registered account must connect its Telegram, and a Telegram-created account must add and verify a real email address. You can still add funds and finish what is already running.
- Keep your credentials safe. You are responsible for everything done under your account.
- Marketing email is opt-in (§23.2). Holding an account never subscribes you to product news. You receive it only if you ticked the optional, unticked "Send me product news and offers" box at sign-up or on a top-up checkout, or switched it on in your notification settings — and every such email carries a one-click unsubscribe. Account, order and payment messages are separate and are not marketing.
- Signing in with Google, Apple or Telegram does not ask for your two-factor code (§3.6). Two-factor protects the email-and-password door only, so secure those accounts too.
- Only connect channels you own or are authorized to manage. Removing a channel is permanent and takes its records with it — do not remove one while anything involving it is running (§4.7).
- One person, one account. A below-baseline reliability record follows the identity across deletion and re-registration — and an unpaid debt follows the device (§12.11, §16.4).
- §3.7 covers sanctions and restricted places; §3.8 covers what happens if you die or lose capacity.
Reputation and standing
§15 is the platform's main non-monetary sanction, and because it decides what you are allowed to do, the Terms commit to telling you exactly how it works. The short version:
- One reliability score per account, shared across every product and both surfaces, starting at the same neutral number for everyone.
- It moves only on published outcomes — an upheld concern, a detected early removal, a confirmed payment reversal, a clean completion — never on an accusation alone. Every movement is written to a ledger you can read, with a reason and its own
OFRE-reference. - One discretionary movement exists, and it is bounded. A Master Admin can move a score by hand for clear abuse nobody filed a concern about — capped at ±2.00 points, with a mandatory written reason stored on the entry, a notification to you, a rate limit on the reviewer, and the same right of appeal (§15.1).
- One cause, one penalty. Where a single act broke several placements in the same campaign at the same moment, that is one incident carrying one penalty — appeal any of those entries and every mark beyond the first is reversed in full.
- "Under Review" is not a finding against you (§15.3). Your score is hidden rather than shown as a tier so an unresolved accusation cannot be paraded against you, and the label clears automatically the moment the concern resolves — in either direction.
- Every standing penalty can be appealed within 30 days of the day it was applied, and a person reviews every appeal (§15.4).
- Closing your account is not a reset (§15.5). A below-baseline record resumes on a re-registered identity — for 90 days after an upheld fraud, 45 days otherwise — and appears on the new ledger as its own entry with its reason.
- The whole table is published (§15.7): every event and its amount, from +0.20 for a clean delivery to −2.00 for an upheld fraud, a chargeback or referral abuse. Cancelling a booking before it is posted is not on it.
- A fraud concern has three outcomes (§15.7): upheld (owner −2.00, advertiser refunded, stake forfeited), rejected (advertiser −0.50, stake returned) or dismissed as inconclusive — nobody's score moves, the stake returns, the payout releases.
- Appeals are limited to three a day, and recovery is severity-aware (§15.8): quiet for 14 to 45 days depending on the worst unforgiven mark, then small steps back towards 8.00 — never past it, slower after a fraud, and never while you are under review.
An overturned mark returns your points and any good-faith deposit the same mark forfeited, and restores your veteran streak on the marketplace fee. It does not refund the difference between the standard rate and the veteran rate on fees already charged while the mark stood, and it does not reinstate allowances already throttled (§15.4, and Refunds §24, which governs if the two ever read differently).

What you must not do
The acceptable-use rules boil down to: no illegal content, no fraud, no fakery. You must not promote unlawful, deceptive or infringing content; advertise scams, malware or phishing; promote adult content, gambling or betting, illegal drugs, weapons sales, extremism, fake documents or anything else Telegram's rules ban (see Prohibited content); share hate speech or any sexual content involving minors; artificially inflate audience numbers; misrepresent your channel; evade limits with a second account; bypass security or rate limits; scrape the service; or manipulate reviews, ratings or referrals.
What happens if you break these rules
Onflow Ads may review channels and campaigns, remove content, pause matches, restrict features or suspend accounts. Three things worth knowing:
- We decide when two accounts are the same hands (§16.4), from technical signals, and strip credit earned between them. The exact thresholds are deliberately not published — a test whose numbers are public is a test that gets designed around.
- We can block a connection, not just an account (§16.5) — before sign-in, without notice, with a bare refusal that gives no reason and no expiry, and it can catch other people sharing that address. Because the block covers the contact form and the support desk too, contesting one has to happen from a different connection. See Account standing.
- Anyone can report content (§16.6). Email support with a link to the exact post or listing, what is wrong with it, the right you rely on if any, and how to reach you. Knowingly false reports are themselves a breach.
| Consequence | Where it is described |
|---|---|
| A fixed reliability penalty on your record — appealable within 30 days | Your reliability score |
| A change to what your account is allowed to do | Account standing |
| Automated blocking of scraper and script traffic | Fraud and bot protection |
| Rate limits and automated protections, stated in plain terms — a few hundred requests a minute per address, tighter budgets on sign-in and money, capped counting on links, throttles inside the bot; all fail open, none leaves a mark | Terms §16.7 |
| Permanent payout freeze, account deletion or legal action, for deliberate abuse | Trust and safety |
Cross-promotion and paid campaigns
| Cross-promotion (§8) | Subscriber Exchange (§9) | Paid Promotions (§7) | |
|---|---|---|---|
| The swap itself | Free — neither side pays the other | Free — nobody pays to be carried | Priced per deal |
| What happens | Two matched channels publish each other's post | You host others' ads; yours runs across the network | You buy or sell placements, with payment held in escrow |
| Optional paid extras | Featuring a listing, boosting a request | A delivery upgrade, Priority Review | Auctions, bundles, paid visibility, guaranteed views, the pin (§7.15) |
| If someone doesn't deliver | Reliability penalty, plus the cover your partner declared for the campaign — paid from their wallet, into debt if it is empty (§8.7) | A strike and a cooldown | Reliability penalty, escrow protection, refunds and the concern process |
§8 and §9 are free to take part in — but both sell optional extras from your wallet. Those buy visibility only: they never override a host's controls or guarantee you a place in any particular channel. Campaign insurance is not bought at all — each side of a cross-promotion declares its own cover (up to $500) while the campaign is being agreed, it locks at confirmation, and on a confirmed breach the party at fault pays it to their partner out of their own wallet.
In Paid Promotions your side is chosen once and is permanent (§7.1.1): an account takes part as an advertiser or as a channel owner, and that choice cannot be changed later. The rate is the rate (§7.3): an owner accepts a booking or declines it — there are no counter-offers and nothing re-prices a booking after you pay. Either side may cancel an accepted booking before it is posted, for a full refund, with no fee and no penalty (§7.11). The pin (§7.15) is the one platform-priced extra: the advertiser pays $6 and the owner receives $4. If the owner unpins before the campaign ends, the whole $6 is taken back from them — withheld from their escrow, or from their wallet even into debt — and returned to the advertiser as non-withdrawable wallet balance — spendable anywhere on the platform, not withdrawable as cash — when the campaign finishes or within 48 hours, whichever comes first, rather than the instant the unpin is found. Our team may hold, release early or reverse that settlement while it is pending. The owner's reliability mark for an early unpin is not recorded at the time: re-pin the post before the campaign ends and no mark is recorded at all; the money is not returned either way (§7.15.1).
You are solely responsible for the content you supply, including having the rights to use it, and for disclosing a paid promotion as one (§7.5.1). Onflow Ads is the marketplace: it does not author the ads, does not endorse any channel or advertiser, and does not guarantee any reach, growth or result.
Payments
Onflow Ads runs on a prepaid wallet with two pockets (§12.1):
- Withdrawable Balance — what you have earned here, principally Paid Promotions payouts. This is the part that can be paid out.
- Locked Balance (also called platform credit) — your top-ups, bonuses, promotional and goodwill credit, and most refunds. Fully spendable across the platform, never withdrawable.
Money you add therefore cannot be cashed out. A recent, completely unspent top-up can be requested back — a request, not a right. Which pocket a refund lands in is set by the Refund Policy, not by you: across the marketplace a refund comes back as platform credit even where you paid out of earnings.
Other things worth knowing: top-up pricing is additive (our fee is added on top of what you are credited); we do not charge tax and no receipt we issue is a tax invoice (§12.7); crypto sent on the wrong network can be lost permanently (§12.4); every withdrawal passes a manual review (§12.6); and a long-dormant account is dealt with under §12.10.
Only two settlements can overdraw a wallet: a declared cross-promotion cover you owe a partner, and the pin charge on a pin you unpinned early (which is taken when the unpin is confirmed, whether or not you later re-pin). From that moment the account cannot start anything new, has 14 days to clear the balance, and every credit — including payouts you earn — goes to the negative first. Adding funds, reading your account and support always stay open. The debt follows the device: another account used from the same device is blocked (not billed) until it is cleared.
Plans are prepaid fixed terms charged from your wallet. Nothing renews automatically. A yearly term is one payment for the whole year. Upgrading mid-term forfeits the days left on your current tier — so unless you need the higher tier now, upgrade after your current membership expires (§13.1).
Your content and Onflow Ads' content
- You keep ownership of your channel content and creatives. You grant Onflow Ads a licence to host, store, schedule, publish and display that content as far as running the service requires — including into a partner's channel and into the delivery-proof archive.
- Every link in an ad is planned by one rule for every engine (§17.4): a link to a channel you connected becomes a per-campaign invite link (Telegram counts the joins); a web link becomes a first-party redirect
onflowads.com/rr/…carrying campaign tags (every tap counted, once per reader per day, crawlers excluded); everything else is published exactly as you wrote it. The optional Onflow tag on your own site counts landings and conversions on top. - We add our own attribution line under a published post in every engine (§17.5). Whether it appears depends on the plan of the channel the post lands in — Plus and above carry none — never on the advertiser's plan, and no add-on removes it.
- The Onflow Ads software, design and brand belong to Onflow Ads. Feedback you send may be used freely.
Developer tools
§30 governs the API and webhooks. In short: an API key acts as your account and spends your wallet, so treat it like a password; the Boost API is for Telegram bot integrations only; we may change or withdraw an endpoint and revoke a key; and order-event webhooks push order records — including the target link — to an endpoint you choose, which is your authorisation to send that data there, with a failing endpoint disabled automatically.
Referrals and rewards
§31 governs the one referral programme. Every account has a share code and a link (onflowads.com/i/<code>); a visitor who opens it gets a 90-day first-party cookie, and if they create an account while it is live — by any sign-in method — they are attributed to you permanently. You then earn 5% of every top-up they actually pay us (a settled UPI or crypto deposit), for as long as they keep depositing, paid as Boost Credit — never cash, never withdrawable. Nothing else earns: not bonuses, not admin credits, not reversed deposits, and not a referral between accounts that are the same hands. The marketplace fee-share, the Boost affiliate code, the exchange invite bonus and the earned "Referral" status are all retired (§31.5). Where you have agreed with us to promote the platform, §31.8 lets us attach a partner link to your account: it can carry conditions a referred person must meet before the referral counts, and it can be set to pay the reward only on deposits made once the referral counts — a deposit made before that point earns nothing and is not paid later (see Partner links). Programmes are promotional: we set the terms and may change or withdraw them, and we may withhold, reverse or recover a reward obtained through self-referral, fake sign-ups or linked accounts — including after it has been spent.
What we publish about you
§32 sets out the signals other members see: your reliability score, ratings, reviews, and figures we measure ourselves. Reviews come from verified buyers, are screened, and may be quarantined or removed. Ratings run in both directions and nobody can delete one. We may re-measure a listed channel and publish our figure over the owner's, including a note where an audience has fallen.
All of it is an operational record kept for running this marketplace. It is not a credit reference, not a character reference and not a statement about anyone's business, and it must not be presented as one. If something we publish about you is factually wrong, §32.6 is the route to correct it.
Official channels and social media
§34 says which outside accounts are ours. An account is Onflow Ads only if it is linked from the website — the Follow us row in every footer, repeated in our emails and as buttons inside the bot's messages, all drawn from one list. The Telegram channel is the only official updates channel; other profiles may repeat news but nothing posted anywhere changes the agreement (§25 governs that). On no platform do we give support in direct messages, ask for a password or a code, take a payment, or decide a refund or a dispute. Money or information handed to an impersonator never reached us and cannot be refunded by us. See Official channels and social media.
Third-party platforms
Onflow Ads runs on top of services it does not own — Telegram, boost providers, payment processors (Razorpay, OxaPay and the Binance account a crypto refund leaves through), AI providers, storage, identity providers, analytics and more, each named in §18. Onflow Ads is an independent product, not affiliated with or endorsed by Telegram or any other platform.
- If a platform changes its API or restricts your account there, features tied to it may stop working.
- Each connected platform has its own terms, which Onflow Ads does not control.
- We may add, change or replace any provider at any time.
The legal fine print, briefly
- The service is provided "as is" — no guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce any particular growth or revenue, and no figure, projection, score or AI output is warranted (§20).
- Liability is limited to the maximum extent the law allows. The full Terms cap total liability in any twelve-month period at the greater of what you paid to fund your wallet in the twelve months before the first claim, or USD 100 (§21.2).
- You indemnify Onflow Ads for claims arising from your content, your use of the service and your breaches — but not for our own fraud or wilful default (§22).
- Our contemporaneous records — the proof archive, monitor readings, the reliability ledger and the wallet ledger — are what a dispute is decided on (§28.10).
- Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits, so parts of this may not apply to you. Nothing in the Terms takes away rights you have under applicable law that cannot be excluded.
Ending the agreement
You can stop at any time. Disconnect your channels and write to [email protected] from the address on the account. If your account was created through Telegram and still has a placeholder address, you prove ownership through the linked Telegram instead (§24.1).
Before you close it: withdraw any withdrawable balance you want to keep (promotional and locked credit is not paid out), and finish or cleanly cancel anything in flight. A below-baseline reliability record does not disappear with the account.
Onflow Ads can end it too — for a breach, for risk or legal exposure, or if the service is discontinued. §24.5 covers what happens if we wind a service down; §24.6 lists what survives.
When the Terms change
When there is a material change we give at least 30 days' notice by email and in the product, and the change applies going forward only — it never re-writes an order already placed. Operator-set values such as fees, quotas and limits can change without an amendment; the figure shown in the product when you act is the one that governs.
We also publish Additional Terms under §26 from time to time. They bind you exactly as the numbered sections do, and they take effect when published.
Frequently asked questions
Do I have to accept the Terms separately in the Telegram bot?
No. One account, one agreement — the Terms cover the website and the bot together.
Can Onflow Ads post to my channel whenever it wants?
No. The platform posts only the campaigns and slots you set up. Recurring swaps (§8.5) are the one standing authority, and you set them up yourself and can stop them.
Why can't I withdraw the money I added?
Because a top-up is spending money, not earnings. Only what you earn here — principally Paid Promotions payouts — is withdrawable. See §12.1.
Why am I being asked to connect Telegram before I can order?
Because every product here sends you things you must actually receive. See §3.4 — it applies to accounts created after 24 August 2026.
Who owns the ad copy the AI wrote for me?
You keep ownership of your creatives. AI assistance does not change that — and it does not shift responsibility either.
I run channels for a client. Is that allowed?
Yes, provided you are authorized to manage them. You are agreeing to the Terms on behalf of whoever you are acting for.
Does breaking a rule always cost me my account?
No. The consequences are graded. Most breaches produce a fixed, published reliability penalty you can see and appeal.

Questions about the Terms? Email [email protected] or use the form at onflowads.com/contact, which returns an OFM- reference you can quote if you follow up. A security vulnerability goes through the route published at onflowads.com/.well-known/security.txt (see the disclosure route) instead. We do not take enquiries over Telegram. The operator's registered name, address and Grievance Officer are stated in §2, §23.5 and §33 of the full Terms.
