Upgrading your tier

An upgrade moves you to a higher tier straight away. It is the fastest change on the ladder β€” everything unlocks the second the charge goes through β€” and it is the only one that destroys something you already paid for, so the checkout makes you confirm it in writing.

The one rule to understand first

An upgrade forfeits the days you have left, permanently

The higher tier starts a fresh full term from today. Every remaining day on your current membership is forfeited: no refund, no credit, no proration, no carry-over, and no way to reverse it once the charge commits. That is exactly what the confirmation checkbox asks you to accept.

Renewals extend. Upgrades replace. If you have a lot of time left, waiting until closer to expiry usually costs less overall β€” and the checkout says so itself, in a grey note right under the warning.

Before you start

  • You must hold a paid tier below the one you want. From Free, buying any tier is an ordinary purchase with no forfeit and no checkbox β€” see Buying a plan.
  • Your wallet must cover the full new term. An upgrade is charged in full; nothing is discounted for the tier you already hold.
  • Know how many days you are giving up. The checkout counts them for you in the warning, but decide before you open it β€” see Upgrade now or wait?.

Step by step

  1. Open onflowads.com/pricing. The status pill shows your current tier and its renewal date.

  2. Choose Monthly or Yearly with the billing switch. This sets the length of the new term you are buying, not the one you are ending.

  3. Press Upgrade on the higher tier's card. Every tier above yours shows that button.

  4. Read the checkout. It is titled Upgrade to Elite (or your target tier) and shows the usual summary β€” Membership, Billing, Total, Wallet after β€” and then two blocks the ordinary checkout does not have.

  5. Read the red warning. It says: "Upgrading replaces your current Plus membership immediately. Your remaining 18 days are forfeited. No refund." The tier named is the one you hold now, and the day count is your own.

  6. Read the grey note under it. This is the page's own recommendation, and it is worth taking seriously: "To keep the 18 days you have already paid for, wait and upgrade after your current membership expires. Nothing is refunded, credited or transferred if you upgrade now."

  7. Tick the checkbox. It reads "I understand my current membership and its remaining days are forfeited." The pay button is disabled until you tick it, and it re-disables if you untick.

  8. Press the pay button. It reads Pay $99 with the exact charge. The full term is taken from your wallet in one debit and every entitlement changes on the spot.

  9. Read the success panel. It is titled "Welcome to Elite!" and reads "Your membership is active until Sep 29, 2026." Choose Stay here or Go to dashboard. The status pill behind it refreshes to the new tier, badge and date.

What happens the moment you upgrade

  • Every entitlement jumps at once, on the website and in the Telegram bot: exchange caps and matching priority, the Boost discount and order ceiling, marketplace listings, placements and owner payout speed, your monthly cross-promotion allowance, AI quota, the deposit and withdrawal fees, analytics depth, your AI support-chat allowance and dispute-resolution target, and the premium interface in the bot.
  • Your term restarts. A fresh 30 or 365 days from now β€” not your old expiry plus a term.
  • Your old term is gone. No credit, no refund, no pro-rated remainder.
  • You get a Premium activated notification in-app, by Telegram if linked, and by email.
  • Nothing you created is touched. Channels, listings, campaigns, orders, templates and wallet balance all stay; only the limits around them change.

Upgrade now or wait?

Two questions settle it:

  1. How many days would I forfeit, and what were they worth? Multiply your current tier's daily cost (monthly price Γ· 30, or yearly price Γ· 365) by the days the warning names. On Plus monthly that is about $0.97 a day, so 18 days is roughly $17 of value destroyed.
  2. What does the higher tier save or unlock per month? A bigger standing discount on the Boost you actually order, a lower withdrawal fee on what you actually cash out, a lower deposit fee on what you actually top up, plus the feature you are after.

If the second number comfortably beats the first, upgrade now. If not, wait until the term is nearly over β€” or simply let it expire and buy the higher tier as a plain purchase, which forfeits nothing.

Upgrading twice in one term forfeits twice

Each upgrade forfeits whatever is left at that moment. If you know you will want Master eventually, going straight there costs less than Plus, then Elite, then Master inside the same month.

Upgrading past Plus releases the legacy $11 price lock

If you are a grandfathered legacy Premium account, upgrading to Elite, Master or above ends your locked $11/month Plus price permanently. Future Plus purchases are at standard pricing, and there is no way to get the lock back. See How billing works.

Rules and limits

  • Only tiers above your current one show an Upgrade button. Lower tiers are disabled; your own tier shows Renew.
  • An upgrade always requires the checkbox. The page never processes one on a bare click, and the server refuses an unconfirmed upgrade even if the request reaches it another way β€” it answers with the forfeit message and waits for a confirmed retry.
  • Ultimate can never be upgraded into. It is application-only β€” see Applying for Ultimate.
  • A lifetime membership can be upgraded, and doing so ends it. The warning names your tier but shows no day count, because a lifetime membership has no expiry date to count down to; the grey note reads "To keep the time you have already paid for…" instead.
  • The first-purchase discount never applies to an upgrade β€” you already hold a paid tier, so you are not a first-time buyer.
  • The billing period is fixed when the checkout opens.

Frequently asked

Is there any proration or credit for my unused days?

No. Upgrading forfeits them entirely. That is what the checkbox confirms and what the grey note warns you about.

Can I upgrade for a few days just to use one feature?

An upgrade always buys a full term β€” 30 or 365 days. There are no partial terms.

Does upgrading change my renewal date?

Completely. The new tier's term starts today and runs a full 30 or 365 days.

Can I upgrade from Free?

If you hold no paid tier, buying any tier is simply a purchase β€” no forfeit, no warning, no checkbox, and you may qualify for the automatic first-purchase discount. See Buying a plan.

Will my channels, listings or campaigns be affected?

No. Nothing you created is touched. Only your limits, fees, priority and available features change.

Can two purchases collide?

No. Concurrent requests are judged one after the other, so the second is measured against the state the first one wrote. You cannot be charged twice for the same upgrade.
