Renewing your membership
Renewing means buying another term of the tier you already hold. Nothing on Onflow Ads auto-renews, so a membership only continues if you renew it yourself — and because renewals extend rather than replace, doing it early never costs you anything.
Before you start
- You must already hold the tier. The Renew button only appears on your own tier's card, and only when that membership has an expiry date.
- Your wallet must cover the price. Top up on the wallet page if it does not — the checkout links you there.
- A lifetime membership cannot be renewed. Its card reads Current plan and the button is disabled. See Lifetime memberships cannot be renewed.
Step by step

Open onflowads.com/pricing. The status pill under the billing switch shows your standing — for example "You're on Plus 🔸 · Active until Aug 30, 2026 · Wallet $42.10 · Top up". The date is the end of your current term; there is no days-remaining number on the page.

Choose Monthly or Yearly with the billing switch, tagged Save 15%. This is the term you are about to add. It does not have to match the term you originally bought.

Press Renew on your own tier's card. Under the button sits the note "Extends your term — no days lost."

Read the checkout. It is titled Renew Plus (or your tier) and carries no descriptive sentence — the summary rows are the whole story: Membership, Billing ("Monthly · 30 days" or "Yearly · 365 days"), a Legacy price lock — Applied row if you hold the legacy $11 lock, Total, and Wallet after.

Press the pay button. On a renewal it reads Renew $29 rather than "Pay". Whole-dollar amounts print without cents. The charge leaves your wallet in one debit.

Read the success panel. It is titled "Welcome to Plus!" and reads "Your membership is active until Sep 29, 2026." — the new end date, with your added term already included. Choose Stay here or Go to dashboard. Behind it, the status pill refreshes to the extended date.
What renewing does to your dates
The new term is added to whatever you have left. If your term has already ended, it starts from today instead.

There is no penalty and no lost time for renewing three weeks ahead of expiry — the days you already paid for are carried forward. Renewing early is simply insurance against forgetting.
No expiry reminders
Nothing messages you before a membership ends — not the website and not the Telegram bot (its old reminder sequence was retired with its in-chat plans menu). Your end date is on the pricing page's status pill, "Active until [date]". Since the new term always stacks on top of the days you have left, renewing early is free insurance against a lapse.
Rules and limits
- Nothing auto-renews. You are only ever charged when you press a pay button.
- Renewals extend, never overwrite. Remaining days are always carried forward.
- The billing period is fixed when the checkout opens. Flipping the switch behind an open panel cannot change what you are billed.
- The renewal price is the standard price for your tier, unless you hold the legacy $11 lock on Plus, in which case the locked price applies and renewing keeps the lock. See How billing works.
- The first-purchase discount never applies to a renewal. It is granted only on a genuinely first premium purchase.
- Renewing does not change your entitlements. Same tier in, same tier out; only the expiry date moves.
- There is no cap on stacking terms. Each completed renewal adds another full term.
Lifetime memberships cannot be renewed
Some accounts hold a membership with no expiry date. The status pill shows Lifetime where it would otherwise show Active and a renewal date, and your tier's card button reads Current plan, disabled.
If a renewal request reaches the server anyway, it answers "Your Plus membership is already lifetime — there is nothing to extend." and nothing is charged. A lifetime membership can still be upgraded — read Upgrading your tier first, because the upgrade replaces it permanently.

Frequently asked
Do I lose days if I renew early?
No. The new term is added on top of the days you already have.
Can I switch from monthly to yearly when renewing?
Yes. Flip the billing switch to Yearly before pressing Renew. It adds 365 days at the 15% yearly discount on top of whatever is left.
Can I renew from the Telegram bot?
No. Any plan button the bot shows opens the website pricing page, which is the only place a membership can be bought or renewed.
What if I forget and my plan expires?
Nothing is deleted — your account, channels, listings, campaigns, history and wallet balance are untouched. Only the tier benefits stop, and limits and fees fall back to Free values. Renew whenever you are ready and the tier comes back on immediately. See Downgrading and letting a plan lapse.
Two renewals at once — can I be charged twice?
Each completed purchase charges once. Concurrent requests are judged one after the other, so the second one sees the term the first one just wrote and extends it again rather than doing anything unexpected.
I am a legacy $11 Premium account. What do I pay?
While your legacy membership is active — or has lapsed less than 30 days ago — Plus renews at the locked price and the checkout shows a Legacy price lock — Applied row. Renewing keeps the lock. Lapsing for 30 days or more, or upgrading past Plus, releases it permanently.
