How billing works
Every Onflow Ads membership is a prepaid term charged from your Onflow Ads wallet. There are no cards on file, no external payment provider for plans, and no automatic renewal. You are only ever charged when you press a pay button.
This page is the rulebook. For the click-by-click flows, see Buying a plan, Renewing your membership, Upgrading your tier and Downgrading and letting a plan lapse.
Payment source: your walletโ
Plans are paid from the same wallet you use everywhere else on the platform. When you confirm a purchase on the pricing page:
- The full price of the term leaves your wallet balance in one debit.
- A wallet transaction is written naming the tier and the billing period.
- Your tier is active immediately, on the website and in the Telegram bot.
- A Premium activated notification is sent in-app, by Telegram if your account is linked, and by email โ but only after the charge has actually committed, so you never get an activation message for a purchase that rolled back.

Plus plan ยท Advertiser. The wallet a membership is charged from. The Top up link in the pricing page's status pill and the Top up wallet button in the checkout both land here.
If your balance does not cover the price, nothing is charged. The checkout becomes a panel titled Top up to continue with Cancel and Top up wallet in place of the pay button, and it tells you the exact shortfall.
Non-withdrawable promotional balance sitting in your wallet counts toward a plan's price and is drawn down by the charge. Boost credit is a separate pot and cannot pay for a membership โ it can only be spent on Boost. If your wallet total looks big enough but the checkout says otherwise, that is usually the reason.
While a refund request on a top-up is being decided, the amount it covers stays on your balance but stops being spendable. A plan purchase during that window can be refused for insufficient funds even though the number on screen looks large enough.
The price listโ
| Plan | Monthly | Yearly (15% off) | Effective per month, billed yearly |
|---|---|---|---|
| Lite | $11 | $112.20 | $9.35 |
| Plus | $29 | $295.80 | $24.65 |
| Elite | $99 | $1,009.80 | $84.15 |
| Master | $349 | $3,559.80 | $296.65 |
| Ultimate (application only) | $1,200 | $12,240 | $1,020 |
Prices are in USD. Free is $0 and has no term. You do not need dollars to pay: from India you can top up your wallet in rupees by UPI, card or netbanking. The exchange rate and the exact total are shown before you pay, and the wallet is credited in US dollars. See Top up with UPI or card.
The yearly price is twelve monthly payments less a flat 15%, rounded to the cent. It is charged once, for the whole 365 days.
Term lengthโ
| Billing period | Term |
|---|---|
| Monthly | 30 days |
| Yearly | 365 days |
Terms are fixed windows, not billing anchors. A monthly purchase buys 30 days from the moment it applies; a yearly purchase buys 365. Nothing recurs at the end of one.
The period you are charged for is the one selected when the checkout opened. Changing the switch behind an open panel never changes the charge.
Nothing auto-renewsโ
A membership runs out at the end of its term. When it expires your account reads as Free again โ you keep your account, your channels, your wallet balance and your history; only the tier benefits stop. To stay on a tier, renew whenever you like, before or after expiry.
Expiry remindersโ
There are none. Neither the website nor the Telegram bot messages you before a membership ends โ the bot's old reminder sequence was retired with its in-chat plans menu. Your end date is always on the pricing page's status pill ("Active until [date]"). Because renewals extend rather than overwrite, renewing early costs nothing: it is the reliable way not to lapse.
Renewals extend โ never overwriteโ
Renewing the tier you already hold adds the new term on top of your remaining time. Twelve days left on Plus plus a monthly renewal is 42 days. If the term has already lapsed, the new one starts from today instead. Renewing early never costs you a day.
The one exception is a lifetime membership: there is nothing to extend, so a renewal is refused with "Your [tier] membership is already lifetime โ there is nothing to extend."
Upgrades are immediate โ and replace your current termโ
Buying a higher tier while a lower one is active is an upgrade:
- The higher tier starts a fresh full term from today.
- Every remaining day on the old tier is forfeited, with no refund and no proration.
- Because that trade is real, the site never does it on a bare click. The checkout shows the exact membership being replaced and the exact number of days being lost, adds a note recommending you wait if you can, and keeps the pay button disabled until you tick "I understand my current membership and its remaining days are forfeited."
- The server refuses an upgrade that has not been confirmed that way, even if the request arrives from somewhere else.
Downgrades are blocked mid-termโ
While a higher tier is active, lower paid tiers cannot be purchased. Their buttons keep the ordinary Get [tier] label but are disabled, with the note "Available after your current plan expires โ no mid-term downgrades." The server refuses the purchase too. Once your membership expires, every tier becomes purchasable again.
Discountsโ
First-purchase discountโ
A genuinely first premium purchase gets an automatic 10% first-purchase discount.
- It is applied automatically. There is no code to enter.
- When it applies, the checkout adds a List price row and a First-purchase discount โ10% row above the Total.
- It requires all three of: no active paid tier, no membership expiry date ever recorded on the account, and no previous premium charge anywhere in your wallet history.
- It never stacks with the legacy price lock below.
- It never applies to a renewal or an upgrade.
The wallet check is a scan of your whole ledger for any premium debit, however long ago it was written. If you have ever paid for a membership on this account, you are not a first-time buyer and the discount will not appear.
Yearly discountโ
Yearly billing is a flat 15% off twelve monthly payments, at every tier, selected with the Monthly / Yearly switch on the pricing page.
The legacy $11 Premium price lockโ
If your account holds the legacy $11/month "Premium" membership, you are grandfathered:
- Your legacy Premium counts as Plus everywhere, with every current Plus benefit.
- While the membership stays active โ or has lapsed less than 30 days ago โ Plus renews at your legacy price: $11 monthly or $104 yearly.
- The lock is visible in exactly two places on the pricing page: the status pill gains "ยท legacy $11 price lock", and the checkout gains a Legacy price lock โ Applied row. The Plus card itself simply re-prices to the locked amount, and its billing line reads "legacy price โ locked in" instead of "billed monthly".
- Renewing Plus at the locked price keeps the lock. The stored marker survives the renewal.
- The lock applies to Plus only. Every other tier is full price for everyone.
- A still-active legacy holder also keeps the unlimited cross-promotion initiations they were originally sold. Once the membership expires, that ends with the rest of the paid benefits.
Upgrading past Plus โ to Elite, Master or above โ releases it the moment the charge commits, and so does letting the membership lapse for 30 days or more. There is no way to get it back afterwards, and Plus then renews at standard pricing.
Lifetime membershipsโ
Some accounts hold a membership with no expiry date. The status pill shows Lifetime where it would otherwise show "Active until [date]".
There is exactly one way to get one: an operator grant. Onflow Ads staff can set an account's tier from the admin panel with a number of days; a grant of zero days writes no expiry at all, and that is a lifetime membership. A grant with days on it writes an ordinary dated term instead, and a grant of the Free tier clears the membership entirely. Lifetime memberships are never sold, never awarded automatically, and cannot be requested through the checkout.
A lifetime membership behaves like any other tier in every other respect. It cannot be renewed โ there is nothing to extend โ and it can be upgraded, which permanently ends it in exchange for a dated term on the higher rung.
Refundsโ
Membership charges are final. There is no refund, no proration and no credit for:
- an upgrade that replaces a running term,
- a term you stop using before it ends,
- or a tier bought by mistake.
The confirmation panels exist precisely so that nothing is charged without you first seeing the exact amount and the exact consequence. Refunds on other products โ wallet top-ups, marketplace disputes โ are covered in their own sections of this guide.
One membership, two surfacesโ
Your tier lives on your account, not on a device or an app. The mechanism matters, because it is what makes "one membership everywhere" true rather than aspirational:
- The website owns your tier. It is a value on your account record together with its expiry date, written in exactly three situations: a purchase or renewal you make, an operator's manual grant, and an operator's testing flag.
- The Telegram bot reads that same record out of the same database. It is an executor: it never decides your tier and it cannot charge you for one. It keeps a local mirror of the benefit table so it can answer instantly and keep working if the website is briefly unreachable, and that mirror is kept identical to the website's table release by release.
- Prices in the bot come from the website's published catalogue. The bot fetches it, caches it briefly, and falls back to an identical offline copy on failure โ so it can never quote a price the website did not publish.
- The bot cannot sell a membership. Every plan button and upsell it shows opens the website's pricing page.
- Buying in one place activates in both. There is nothing to sync, no cache to clear and no session to refresh, because both surfaces read your tier live and honour its expiry date.
A purchase locks your account record before it decides anything, so two requests arriving together are judged in sequence rather than both applying. The second one sees what the first one wrote โ which is why a race extends a term rather than double-charging you into an accidental override.
Prices can changeโ
The prices in this guide reflect the ladder at the time of writing. The authoritative prices are the ones on the pricing page and in your checkout โ the site never charges a price it did not show you first. If you ever see "Pricing has been updated โ refresh the page.", an old page was holding out-of-date prices. Refresh and the current ones load. You were not charged.
