The Listing Manager
Every listed channel has a control room of its own. It holds nine settings that exist nowhere else in the product β booking lead time, blackout dates, auto-accept, dynamic pricing, spotlight deals, category sponsorship, priority review, your per-channel analytics and your reviews β plus the public link you hand to advertisers, and it is the only page that saves changes to a live listing without sending it back through verification.
It is also the hardest page on the platform to find, so start there.
Before you startβ
- Your account must be on the channel-owner side, and the listing must be one of yours. Anyone else gets "This listing isn't one of your channels, or it's no longer available."
- Most panels need a LIVE listing. Booking lead time, category sponsorship, spotlights and the public share link are hidden or disabled while a listing is pending; priority review is shown only while it is pending.
- Your Telegram account should be linked, because the verification message is the only in-product route to this page.
Step by step β reaching the pageβ
The Manage listing button on your owner desk opens the pricing wizard, not this page, and the subnav has no pill for it. The one route in is the Telegram message below, so read the four steps before you go looking.
- Link your Telegram account from https://onflowads.com/account, before you publish a listing.
- Publish the listing and wait for its verification result. When it passes you get a message from @OnflowAdsBot headed "β
Your channel is live!" (or "β
Channel re-verified" on a re-check), quoting the listing's
OFPL-reference. - Press π Manage channel on that message. It opens the listing manager for that listing.
- Bookmark the page. Its address is
/telegram/dashboard/paid-promotion/listing/followed by the listing'sOFPL-id β the same id printed on the channel's card on your desk. Once you know the id you can type the address by hand at any time.
Copy the OFPL-β¦ reference from the channel's card on your desk and append it to https://onflowads.com/telegram/dashboard/paid-promotion/listing/. That is exactly what the button does. A listing whose verification message you never received β because your Telegram was not linked at the time β is reachable this way and no other.
What each panel doesβ
The page renders top to bottom in this order. Panels that do not apply to the listing's current state are absent.
The heroβ
Avatar, channel name and the status badge (LIVE in green, otherwise IN REVIEW, NEEDS CHANGES, PAUSED or DRAFT in gold), the @handle, and chips for category, language, your turnaround label and Links OK where you allow links. On the right, the "from" price buyers see and three buttons:
| Button | What it does |
|---|---|
| Preview public page | Opens your own channel page inside the dashboard, exactly as a signed-in buyer sees it β rate card, availability calendar, reviews and Performance Passport included. This is not the link you share with a stranger; that one is the panel below |
| Remove channel | Arms in place to "Remove β bookings & earnings kept?" with Yes, remove and Cancel. Confirming deletes the listing and returns you to your desk |
| Edit pricing & rules β | Opens the four-step wizard in edit mode, at the pricing step. This is the route that re-runs verification |
Share this channel β active listings onlyβ
Directly under the hero. On a LIVE listing it prints the channel's short public address β /pc/ followed by the channel's short numeric code β with a Copy link button and a note saying that anyone holding it can read the channel's page and book a slot after signing in.
On any other status there is no button, only the reason: a channel gets a shareable link only while its Paid Promotions listing is active, because the page renders an active listing and nothing else. A link offered at any other moment would be a link to a "not found". Full detail: Your public channel page.
Priority review β pending listings onlyβ
"This listing is awaiting verification. Jump the queue β a moderator reviews it first, for $5", with a Priority review Β· $5 button. It charges a flat $5.00 from your wallet and flags the listing for a moderator to take first. Once bought the panel turns green: "β Priority review purchased β a moderator will look at this listing first."
β Sponsor the category β live listings with a categoryβ
Buys a labelled Sponsored slot at the top of your listing's own category page. Three buttons β 7 days, 14 days, 30 days β each showing its total at the per-day rate the panel prints (it ships at $8.00 a day and is set by Onflow Ads). Full behaviour in Promoting your listing.
Booking lead time β live listings onlyβ
Three chips: 2h Β· same-day, 12h, 48h. This is the control that decides how soon an advertiser may schedule a placement on this channel, and it is the one that puts you in the marketplace's Available today filter. It saves instantly with no re-verification. Full detail in Managing your availability.
The five stat tilesβ
Subscribers, Avg views (marked "measured"), Engagement, From price, and Rating with its review count or "No reviews yet". Every one is measured by Onflow Ads, not entered by you.
Re-read from Telegramβ
Directly under the tiles, a strip saying when those numbers were last read β "Subscriber and view counts last read from Telegram 15 days ago" β with a Re-read from Telegram button beside it.
Pressing it makes Onflow Ads open your channel's own public preview and take the measurements again: subscriber count, average views across the sampled posts, engagement, the media mix and the sample itself. Nothing you type is involved; the page sends no figures and is told none it could have invented. When something has moved you get the before and after β "Updated β subscribers 96K β 97K, avg views 22.8K β 23.3K." When nothing has, it says so.
| Rule | Why |
|---|---|
| Measurements only. Your title, description and any avatar you uploaded yourself are left alone | Those are editorial. An owner who rewrote their description must not lose it to a stats pull |
| The Telegram avatar is refreshed | If you never uploaded one, the cached Telegram image self-heals to the current one |
| Not offered while a listing is in review | Those stats are what the moderator is looking at. The strip reads "Locked while this listing is under review" instead |
| Rate limited | Twenty re-reads an hour. It reaches a third-party service on every press |
The strip turns gold once the numbers are more than a month old and adds a line: "Buyers price against these β a stale count costs you either way." That is the honest framing. An undercount loses you money on every placement; an overcount is a claim an advertiser can disprove after a campaign, which is a dispute you lose.
Re-verification is the platform's own scheduled re-check of a live listing, and it can raise a public crater note. This button is you asking for a fresh measurement. It never touches your rate card, your rules or your listing's status β see Listing your channel for the scheduled one.
Who this channel reachesβ
Two editable columns β Interests and Where they are β each a list of up to ten rows of a label and a percentage, with + Add a row, an β on each row, a running total under the column, and one Save audience button for both.
This is your declaration, and it is labelled that way everywhere it appears. Telegram does not hand anyone a channel's member list β not you, not an advertiser, not Onflow Ads β so no measurement and no AI could produce these splits. They sit on your public page under the heading Who this channel reaches with the badge Declared by the owner, directly below the subscriber, view and engagement figures the platform measured, and the page says out loud which is which.
| Behaviour | Detail |
|---|---|
| Up to ten rows per column | Labels are trimmed to 40 characters, duplicates (ignoring case) are dropped, rows are sorted highest share first |
| A row needs a share | A label with no percentage is refused before the save, naming the row, rather than being silently dropped |
| Totals over 100% are allowed | Members overlap two interests genuinely. The column says so rather than refusing: "4 rows Β· 164% of the audience β more than the whole channel. Overlapping groups are fine; a typo is not." |
| Clearing a column is a save | Empty both columns and save, and your public page simply stops showing an audience split |
| Rows redraw from the server's answer | What comes back after a save β sorted, capped, de-duplicated β is what you see, so the page can never show a row that was not stored |
An honest blank costs you nothing: buyers judge a channel on the measured numbers and on its delivered record. A split an advertiser can disprove after a campaign is a dispute you will lose, and losing one costs reliability. See Disputes.
Performanceβ
Headed "Platform-witnessed β every figure comes from placements our monitor measured, not self-reported." It shows a Standing letter grade, a market position, Placements delivered, Earned to date, gold and green chips for how many requests await your accept and how many placements are in progress, and an Open bookings β shortcut that filters your queue to this channel.
The panel prints "Rank in category", but the number is not per category: it is your position by subscriber count among every live listing in the marketplace, computed as the count of active listings with strictly more subscribers, plus one.
The Standing letter grade is a coarse scale that almost every live listing sits at the top of, so read it as "listed" rather than as a ranking. The component weights behind it are published in Promoting your listing, and that table is what actually moves your position in the recommended sort.
Analyticsβ
Three blocks, all over the last 30 days:
| Block | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Slot occupancy | How many of the last 30 days carried a booking, as a count above the line "No per-day cap set β every day is open." |
| Buyer funnel | Shown β Views β In cart β Checkout β Booked, with the conversion rate between each stage, plus a cart-abandonment line ("N% of carts with this channel were abandoned before checkout"). Marked "counts, not uniques" |
| Channel P&L | Earned, In escrow and Platform fees for this channel, with the number of delivered placements. Included from the Master plan; below it the panel reads "π Channel P&L unlocks on Master" |
Panels with no data show a designed empty state rather than zeros. A number Onflow Ads could not measure is shown as absent, never as a fabricated zero.
Rate cardβ
A read-only list of every format you have priced, each with its buyer-facing description and price, plus Edit pricing & rules β.
Under the format rows sits your priced extra: Pinned for the whole campaign, at +$N, described as "A fixed extra on any slot β the ad stays pinned until the run ends." An extra you saved and then switched off is still shown here, dimmed and badged Not offered β this is your own view of your own rate card, and losing sight of a half-finished edit is worse than seeing it marked off. Buyers only ever see it when it is on.
Beneath that, chips summarising your rules β Links OK, "Marks the post as an ad" and your turnaround label β and the fee note: "Buyers are quoted your price plus Onflow's N% fee; your payout lands in your wallet after each verified placement."
That chip is a listing setting of your own. It is a different thing from the advertisement via onflowads.com line Onflow Ads adds under ads it publishes into your channel, which is decided by your plan rather than by this switch. A buyer reading your public page sees both stated separately. See The line under the ad.
β‘ Spotlight dealβ
A limited-time flash discount on one format. Format (a dropdown of your priced formats and their prices), Discount %, Runs (hours), a live preview reading "Buyers pay $40 $28", and Launch spotlight. A running deal instead shows its discount, format, struck-through and deal prices, end date, its OFPS- reference and End early. The header shows your plan's remaining concurrency as "N slots available". Full rules in Prices and offers.
Auto-acceptβ
A checkbox, Auto-accept new bookings on this channel, a floor β Only when they pay at least $ N β and Save. Qualifying bookings are accepted for you, good-faith deposit included. See Managing your availability.
Dynamic pricingβ
A checkbox, Track demand automatically, a band β Swing at most Β± N % between 5 and 50 β and Save. Turning it on snapshots your current prices as an immutable base; turning it off restores that base exactly. See Prices and offers.
Blackout datesβ
Existing closed ranges list first, each with a Reopen button; underneath, From, To, an optional Note (optional) up to 200 characters, and Close these dates. With none set: "No blackout dates β every open day is bookable." See Managing your availability.
This is the panel to reach for when you need a break. Remove channel in the hero deletes the listing outright; a blackout leaves it live, so your marketplace rank, your reviews and your history all survive the pause.
Reviewsβ
Verified feedback from advertisers whose bookings completed β 1 to 5 stars plus up to 1,500 characters, one per order. The header carries the average and the count. Each card shows the advertiser by their display name, the format badge, the stars, the body, the date and the review's OFPV- reference. With none: "No reviews yet. Advertisers can leave feedback once a placement they booked with you has been delivered and verified."
OFPV- if a review needs an answerThe panel is a record, not a conversation. Where a review genuinely misstates what happened, contact support with its OFPV- reference and the booking's OFO- β both are printed on the card and the trail behind them is already on file.
Member votesβ
Under the share panel, a read-only strip: π 34 π 3, and a line saying how many of the people who voted would recommend the channel.
It is read-only for you by design β you cannot vote on your own channel, and a control that refuses everyone who can see it is worse than a plain number. Members vote from the channel's marketplace page or from its public link.
Votes are not part of your reliability score and change no price. They feed one thing: the Most liked order buyers can browse by. Reviews β which only advertisers who actually ran a campaign here can write β are further down the page, and your replies to them appear signed with your channel, never with your name or email.
If something goes wrongβ
| What you see | What it means | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| "This listing isn't one of your channels, or it's no longer available." | Wrong id, wrong account, or the listing was removed | Copy the OFPL- from your desk card and rebuild the address |
| "We couldn't read that listing's id." | The address has no id on the end | The path must end in the OFPL- reference |
| "That channel isn't in your pool." | A save reached the server for a listing you do not own | Check which account you are signed into |
| "Only a verified, live channel can run a spotlight." | The listing is still pending, paused or a draft | Get it verified first |
| "Only a live listing can sponsor a category." / "Set this listing's category before sponsoring it." | Sponsorship needs a live listing with a category | Publish it, or set a category in the wizard |
| "Priority review applies while a listing is awaiting verification." | The listing is not pending | Nothing to buy β it is already decided |
| "Top up your wallet to buy priority review." / "β¦to sponsor this category." | Wallet balance is short | Top up, then retry |
| Whole panels missing | They are state-gated | Lead time, sponsorship and spotlights need a live listing; priority review needs a pending one |
| "No public link" where the share panel should be | The listing is not active, or the channel has no share code yet | Put the listing back on sale. See Your public channel page |
Pause my listing, relist my channel, refresh my listing figures and turn auto-accept on for orders over $50 all work from the chat β each proposed first, then run after a yes. Ask my listings for the figures buyers see. What the assistant can do for you has the full list and the confirmation rule.
