Promoting Your Listing

Pricing well is half the job; being seen is the other half. This page covers the ways to put your channel in front of more buyers β€” some earned, some paid from your wallet β€” and the panels that tell you whether it is working.

Before you start

Almost everything here lives on the listing manager, a page nothing in the web interface links to. Reach it with the πŸ“Š Manage channel button on your verification message, or by appending the listing's OFPL- id to https://onflowads.com/telegram/dashboard/paid-promotion/listing/. See The listing manager.

Before you spend anything, take the free one. A live listing has a short public address you can paste anywhere:

https://onflowads.com/pc/6042

It needs no account to read, previews properly when pasted into a Telegram chat, and carries your measured numbers, your rate card, your rules and your reviews β€” with a Book a slot button at the bottom. Copy it from Share this channel on the listing manager, directly under the hero.

This is the thing to send when an advertiser asks "what do you charge?" β€” a link that answers with witnessed numbers beats a number typed into a chat. It exists only while your listing is active, and there is no bidding on it. Full detail: Your public channel page.

Category sponsorship

A live listing with a category can buy the Sponsored slot at the top of its own category page.

Step by step

  1. On the listing manager, find β˜… Sponsor the [your category] category β€” "A labelled Sponsored slot at the top of the [category] page β€” $N/day. The slot is exclusive; if it's taken, your window is queued right after."
  2. Choose a duration: 7 days, 14 days or 30 days. Each button shows its total, calculated from the per-day rate on the panel β€” it ships at $8.00 a day and is set by Onflow Ads.
  3. Press it. The charge comes from your wallet and the confirmation names the exact window you got.

What you are buying

  • Exclusivity. One channel sponsors a category at a time. If the slot is taken, your window is scheduled to start the instant the current sponsor's ends: "Your sponsored slot is scheduled β€” it starts when the current sponsor's window ends." Otherwise: "Your sponsored slot is live now."
  • Your own category only. A channel can sponsor the category it lives in, never an unrelated one.
  • A labelled slot. Buyers see it marked Sponsored, which is the point β€” an undisclosed paid slot would not be worth having.

Windows can be bought up to 30 days at a time. Two owners pressing the button in the same second cannot both win the same minute of the slot.

Priority review

While a new or edited listing is awaiting verification, its manager page offers: "This listing is awaiting verification. Jump the queue β€” a moderator reviews it first, for $5", with a Priority review Β· $5 button.

  • A flat $5.00 from your wallet.
  • Buyable once per pending review, and only while the listing is actually pending.
  • Once bought the panel turns green: "βœ“ Priority review purchased β€” a moderator will look at this listing first."

It buys queue position, not a different decision. A moderator looks at your listing sooner, and concludes exactly what they would have concluded a day later β€” so if the listing has a real problem, paying $5 gets you the same answer faster.

Your Standing score

Every listing carries a Standing score out of 100, recomputed from real activity, and it feeds the marketplace's recommended sort β€” stronger Standing means more visibility among comparable channels.

ComponentHow it is earnedMaximum
Verified and liveBe live in the marketplace20
Completed placements2 points per delivered booking20
Feedback ratingYour average star rating, scaled15
Feedback volume1 point per review10
Placement formats1.5 points per priced format10
Buyer perks3 points per enabled perk9
Profile completenessYour listing's description, category, subscriber source and accepted topics, each filling part of the score8
ResponsivenessThe share of decided requests you accepted rather than declined8
Spotlight runningA live spotlight earns points while it runs5

Read that as a to-do list. The cheapest points on it are the ones you can take today: complete your profile, switch on a perk, price one more format, and answer requests rather than letting them expire.

The letter grade is coarse β€” the table is the real scorecard

The Performance panel on your listing manager condenses Standing to a single letter, and almost every live listing sits at the top of that scale. Read the grade as "listed" rather than as a ranking, and work the table above directly: it is the breakdown the score is actually built from.

A listing cannot be inflated by buying from itself, or by one friendly reviewer

Two background passes police the numbers above, and both are flag-only β€” nothing is cancelled, refunded or hidden, the figures stop counting.

Self-dealing. A booking where the buyer and the seller are the same account, or two accounts sharing a Telegram identity, is flagged automatically. It still pays out the escrow normally, but it is excluded from your completed count, your earnings total, your Standing and your reliability, and its review is dropped from your rating average.

Review rings. A review is flagged as a ring when one reviewer has left three or more reviews on your listings and accounts for half or more of your total reviews. Ring-flagged reviews stay visible but drop out of the aggregate.

Performance and analytics

The listing manager reports platform-witnessed performance: "every figure comes from placements our monitor measured, not self-reported."

  • Stat tiles β€” Subscribers, Avg views (marked "measured"), Engagement, From price, and your star Rating with its review count.
  • Performance β€” the Standing grade, a market position, placements delivered, earned to date, live chips for how many requests await your accept and how many placements are in progress, and an Open bookings β†’ shortcut.
  • Slot occupancy β€” how many of the last 30 days carried a booking, shown as a count above the line "No per-day cap set β€” every day is open."
  • Buyer funnel β€” Shown, Views, In cart, Checkout, Booked, with the conversion rate between each stage and a cart-abandonment figure. This is the panel that tells you whether your problem is discovery or price.
  • Channel P&L β€” earned, in escrow and platform fees for this channel. Included from the Master plan; below it the panel reads "πŸ“Š Channel P&L unlocks on Master".

Panels with no data show a designed empty state rather than zeros.

β€œRank in category” counts the whole marketplace

The number beside the Standing grade is your position by subscriber count among every live listing in the marketplace β€” the count of active listings with strictly more subscribers, plus one. It does not narrow to your category, and it does not move when your Standing does.

Performance Passport

On the Elite, Master and Ultimate plans your channel publishes a Performance Passport β€” a public, platform-witnessed record buyers read before booking. It carries your measured average views, click-through rate, delivered against promised as a percentage, clean-delivery percentage, completed and failed counts, average turnaround in hours, your reliability score and your review average.

It publishes only once the channel has at least three monitored placements. Below that it says so: "Not enough monitored placements yet to publish a witnessed record. Numbers appear once this channel has delivered three."

On a plan without it, buyers see "This channel's owner doesn't publish a Performance Passport." Viewing your own unpublished passport after a strong 30 days shows you what you would be publishing.

The passport is the best sales page a channel can have

Precisely because none of it can be self-reported. Three clean deliveries is a low bar and it converts a rate card into a record β€” so take the first three bookings you can honour comfortably, whatever the price, and get past it.

Reviews

Advertisers can leave verified feedback β€” 1 to 5 stars plus up to 1,500 characters β€” once a booking they placed with you has completed, one review per order. Reviews appear on your public channel page and in the Reviews panel of your listing manager, with the average and count in the header.

  • Ratings feed Standing twice: the average and the volume both count.
  • Each card carries the review's OFPV- reference. If a review genuinely needs an answer, contact support quoting it.
  • With no reviews: "Advertisers can leave feedback once a placement they booked with you has been delivered and verified."

Auction a prime slot

On the Plus plan and above you can put a premium window up for bidding instead of selling it at your fixed price β€” escrow-backed bids, anti-sniping, and a winning bid that books itself as an ordinary placement at the clearing price. A live auction also earns your channel a gold auction strip on its marketplace page, which is attention in itself. Full walkthrough: Running auctions on your slots.
