What Each Plan Includes

The gates in this section are scattered across a dozen pages as "a paid feature" or "higher plans". This is the whole advertiser-side ladder in one place, so a plan decision can be made from one screen.

Every figure here is the shipped default. An operator can move some of them at runtime, and where the interface shows you a number it is always the live one — so if a message on your dashboard disagrees with a row below, believe the message.

Referral Premium tracks Free on every Paid Promotions limit

Referral Premium is an earned status, not a purchase, and earned status never satisfies a paid gate. On every row in this section it gets exactly what Free gets. It is listed separately below so you never have to guess.

The marketplace fee is the same on every plan. It is folded into every price you see — the catalog card, the channel page, the composer, the cart, the Channel finder and your watchlist — and the standard rate is 9% on top of the owner's list price. The only lower rate is earned, never bought: the veteran rate is 7% once you have completed 100 clean placements, counted from your most recent reliability penalty. No plan changes either number. See Escrow and buyer protection.

Placements are counted over the orders you created in the calendar month, minus any that ended cancelled or refunded — so a booking that never ran never costs you allowance.

Cart sync puts your cart lines on your account so the same basket follows you between devices and into Telegram's in-app browser. Below Lite the cart still works — it just lives in that browser.

Three money facts that are not plan-dependent: the marketplace fee above, the volume discount ladder, which is earned from lifetime wallet funding, and the reliability floor of 4.0 needed to book or bid.

Saved ad posts is your template library — posts you chose to keep for later campaigns, under Templates in the Paid Promotions bar and behind Save as template in any booking. The working draft a booking writes into is not a template and is never counted. If a plan change leaves you over the allowance, the oldest templates up to the new limit stay usable and the rest lock — kept, visible, read-only — until you upgrade again. See Saving and reusing templates.

Button colours let each button carry one of blue, green or red instead of Telegram's default. One colour per button, and every button your plan allows may have its own. It is the gentlest gate in the table: below Plus a colour is dropped, not refused, so a creative written on a paid plan still saves and still books after a downgrade — minus its colours, never its buttons. See Booking a promo slot.

Private Telegram links are invite links (t.me/+…, /joinchat/…) in a rich link or a button URL. Public t.me links work on every plan.

External links — any http(s) destination outside Telegram, in a rich link or a button — are not a plan feature. They need the External Links add-on, bought once for $1 and scoped to your current plan. A URL simply typed as plain text in the caption is not policed by that gate.

Photos are up to 2 MB each (JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF); a video is up to 20 MB (MP4, MOV, WebM) and takes the whole creative. See Booking a promo slot.

Monitor cadence is the floor on how often your delivered post is re-checked, and it is frozen onto each order at purchase — a plan change later cannot downgrade a placement already running.

Verified Delivery Insurance turns a monitor-verified failure into an automatic refund plus a 10% goodwill credit, with no dispute needed.

Dispute resolution target is stamped onto the dispute at the moment you raise it. Plans without one are handled in queue order, and the interface says so rather than inventing a deadline.

The Channel finder needs both the feature flag and a channel cap above zero, which is why it unlocks at Plus. The cap limits what one plan proposes, not what your cart may hold.

Price-drop alerts are the notification, not the watchlist. Every plan keeps a watchlist of up to 200 channels and sees the green −N% since saved badges; from Lite up, you are told when a price falls at least 5%.

First-look inventory is the 48-hour early-access window on newly verified listings, and it is the one entitlement that works by withholding: on every other plan those listings are hidden from the grid, from the facet counts and from the Channel finder, so nobody is shown a count that leads nowhere.

Analytics and exports

The rollup itself is open to every plan, including Free. What a plan buys is the exports.

Any plan can also buy both exports for one campaign — the CSV and the PDF report — for a one-off $5 from the wallet, permanently. That is often the cheaper answer than a plan change for a single report. See Analytics and reporting.

What is the same on every plan

Worth stating, because it is most of the product:

  • Escrow on every dollar, and the automatic refunds: a declined booking, a lapsed accept window, a non-delivery.
  • Delivery monitoring on every placement — the cadence differs, the coverage does not.
  • First-party click tracking on every campaign — every link its own short link, up to 50 in the text plus one per button — and the click analytics panel that breaks the taps down.
  • The delivery-proof archive on every delivered order, signature-checked on every view.
  • The right to raise a dispute, within 14 days of delivery.
  • The reliability floor of 4.0 to book or bid.
  • The marketplace fee — the standard rate is 9% on every plan, and the veteran rate is earned by clean placements, not by a plan.
  • Auction bidding — every plan may bid; only the proxy maximum is gated.
  • Curated bundles — every plan may book one.
  • The watchlist — every plan may keep up to 200 channels.
  • The cart's Audience overlap check, and the composer's pre-flight.
  • Cancellation rules: free at any time before the post goes live — whether or not the owner has accepted — with a full refund, the owner's deposit returned, and no reliability change on either side. There is no cancellation fee at any rung.
  • The ad label under your post — and this one is worth reading twice.

The one thing your plan cannot buy you out of

Every placement the platform delivers carries the line advertisement via onflowads.com under the copy. It is dropped on Plus and above — but the plan that decides is the channel owner's, never yours. The line is a mark on somebody's feed, so the person who earns its removal is the person whose feed carries it.

So for an advertiser this belongs in the "same on every plan" list, not in a table: upgrading changes your buttons, your monitoring and your exports, and it changes nothing at all about the line under your ads. It also costs you 33 characters of caption on every channel that carries it, and no plan buys those back either. Which channels those are is published per listing — see What you are actually buying.
