Troubleshooting Paid Promotions for advertisers
This page covers getting into Paid Promotions and finding channels to book. Find the message you see, or the thing that is not working, and follow the fix under it.
Looking for something else in Paid Promotionsβ
This page stops where booking starts. Problems with composing, paying, campaigns and auctions each have their own page.

Opening Paid Promotions and choosing your sideβ
Paid Promotions opens once you are signed in, your email is verified and your account is connected. You then choose a side once: advertiser or channel owner. The side is permanent.
You are sent to sign in, verify your email or connect your accountβ
-
Where you see it:
Any Paid Promotions page on the website. A page that was already open may instead answer a button with "Please sign in to continue." or "Please verify your email first."
-
Plans affected:
Every plan.
-
Why it happens:
You are signed out, your email address is not verified yet, or your account has not finished connecting. If the page was open for a long time, you may have been signed out while it sat there.
-
How to fix it:
Finish the step the website shows. The page you asked for then opens by itself. If a button gave you one of the two messages, sign in again and repeat the action. Nothing was charged. See Signing in with email and password, Verifying your email and Connecting Telegram and adding your email.
A buying page keeps opening the Paid Promotions homeβ
-
Where you see it:
The website, when you open Cart, Campaigns, Watchlist, Templates, Channel finder, a booking or a campaign's analytics.
-
Plans affected:
Every plan.
-
Why it happens:
These pages are for advertisers. Your account has not chosen a side yet, or it is on the channel-owner side.
-
How to fix it:
If you see the two cards I'm an advertiser and I own channels, press I'm an advertiser, then press the same card again to confirm. If your account is already a channel owner, it cannot buy. Working the other side takes a separate account.
"You're already enlisted, and your role can't be changed."β
-
Where you see it:
The Paid Promotions home, as a short message after you press one of the two side cards.
-
Plans affected:
Every plan.
-
Why it happens:
The account already has a side. This usually means the page was left open in a second tab, or it is an old copy of the page.
-
How to fix it:
Reload the page. You land on the home of the side you already chose. The side is permanent and support cannot change it. To work the other side, use a separate account.
"Please verify your email before enlisting."β
-
Where you see it:
The Paid Promotions home, after you press a side card. An account made through Telegram may instead see "Add your email address first, then choose again. We confirm this choice with a code sent to your email."
-
Plans affected:
Every plan.
-
Why it happens:
Your side is permanent, and we may confirm it with a code sent by email. The account needs a verified email address first.
-
How to fix it:
Verify your email, or add one in your account settings, then choose your side again. No side was chosen by the failed attempt. See Verifying your email and Your account page and settings.
"We couldn't send the confirmation email right now. Please try again in a moment."β
-
Where you see it:
The Paid Promotions home, after you confirm a side card. The same moment can also show "Couldn't set your role β please try again." or "Network error β please try again."
-
Plans affected:
Every plan.
-
Why it happens:
The email with your code could not be sent, or your request did not reach us.
-
How to fix it:
Wait a moment and check your connection. The card has returned to its first state, so press it and then press it again to confirm. No side was chosen by the failed attempt.
"Too many attempts. Please try again in an hour."β
-
Where you see it:
The website, after repeating one action many times in a short period: choosing a side, searching, booking a bundle and others. Variants are "Too many attempts. Please try again in a few hours.", "Too many attempts. Please wait a few minutes and try again." and "Too many attempts. Please wait a minute and try again."
-
Plans affected:
Every plan.
-
Why it happens:
The same action was sent too many times in a row, so it is paused for a while. The "few hours" wording can also follow several wrong confirmation codes. The action did not run and nothing was charged.
-
How to fix it:
Wait as long as the message says, then try once. Pressing again during the wait does not shorten it.
"Incorrect code. number attempts left."β
-
Where you see it:
The Confirm your Paid Promotions role page, under the code box. Related messages on the same page are "Enter the 6-digit code from your email.", "Something went wrong confirming your role. Please try again." and "Network error β please check your connection and try again."
-
Plans affected:
Every plan.
-
Why it happens:
The code you typed does not match the newest code we emailed, the box was not filled in fully, or the request did not get through.
-
How to fix it:
Open the most recent email from us and type its six digits. If you asked for a new code, older codes no longer work. For the two try-again messages, check your connection and submit the code once more.
"That code expired. Tap βResend codeβ to get a new one."β
-
Where you see it:
The Confirm your Paid Promotions role page. You may also see "That code has already been used." or "Your verification session expired. Please sign up again."
-
Plans affected:
Every plan.
-
Why it happens:
A code works once and for a limited time. If the page itself has been open too long, it stops accepting codes and returns you to the Paid Promotions home.
-
How to fix it:
Press Resend code and use the new code. If you are returned to the home, choose your side again there; a fresh code is emailed. Your side is not set until a code is accepted.
"Too many incorrect codes. For your security this is locked for 6 hours."β
-
Where you see it:
The Confirm your Paid Promotions role page, after several wrong codes. A second wording is "Too many attempts. For your security this is locked for a few hours."
-
Plans affected:
Every plan.
-
Why it happens:
Too many wrong codes were entered, so confirming is locked for a while to protect the account. The form stops accepting codes.
-
How to fix it:
Wait for the time the message states. Then open Paid Promotions and choose your side again from the home. Use only the newest code. Your side has not been set, and nothing else on your account is affected.
"Please wait numbers before requesting another code."β
-
Where you see it:
The Confirm your Paid Promotions role page, after pressing Resend code. The page also counts down with "You can resend in numbers". Other wordings are "We couldn't resend the email. Please try again shortly.", "Could not resend. Try again." and "Network error. Try again."
-
Plans affected:
Every plan.
-
Why it happens:
Resend code was pressed before the countdown finished, or the new email could not be sent.
-
How to fix it:
Wait for the countdown to end. Check your spam folder for the first email in the meantime. Then press Resend code once.
"Paid Promotions needs JavaScript."β
-
Where you see it:
The Paid Promotions home, with the line "Enable JavaScript to browse the marketplace, book placements and manage your channels." A channel page says "This page needs JavaScript." and the composer says "The composer needs JavaScript." A page may also stay as grey placeholder blocks. The channel page adds "Enable JavaScript to see this channel's live rates, record and availability."
-
Plans affected:
Every plan.
-
Why it happens:
Your browser has JavaScript switched off, or a content blocker stopped part of the page from loading.
-
How to fix it:
Switch JavaScript on in your browser settings, pause any blocker for onflowads.com, then reload the page.
"This feature is temporarily unavailable. Please try again shortly."β
-
Where you see it:
Any action on the website. Two related messages are "The site is busy right now and this did not go through. Please try again in a moment." and "Something went wrong on our side and this did not go through. Nothing was changed. Quote reference if you tell us about it."
-
Plans affected:
Every plan.
-
Why it happens:
Part of the website could not be reached, the site was very busy, or something unexpected went wrong on our side.
-
How to fix it:
Try again in a moment. Nothing was changed or charged. If the third message keeps coming back, send support the reference it quotes.
A short message says the action did not go throughβ
-
Where you see it:
The website, as a brief line after pressing a button. It often appears when the page has been open for a long time, or when a button was pressed twice.
-
Plans affected:
Every plan.
-
Why it happens:
The page was out of date. The channel, bundle or saved item you acted on had changed since the page loaded.
-
How to fix it:
Reload the page and try once more. Nothing was charged. If the same line returns after a reload, send it to support with what you were doing.
Browsing the marketplaceβ
The Marketplace lists every channel open for booking. These cards cover a list that will not load, an empty list, the filters, Compare and the heart that saves a channel.
"We couldn't reach the marketplace just now β check your connection."β
-
Where you see it:
Marketplace, in place of the channel list, with a Retry button. The Filters button stays grey until the list has loaded once.
-
Plans affected:
Every plan.
-
Why it happens:
The list of channels did not load. The usual cause is a dropped connection.
-
How to fix it:
Check your connection and press Retry. If it keeps failing, sign out and sign in again. Also confirm that your email is verified.
"No channels are listed yet"β
-
Where you see it:
Marketplace, with no filter applied. The count line reads "Verified Telegram channels, listed by their owners. None live yet β check back soon."
-
Plans affected:
Every plan.
-
Why it happens:
No channel is open for booking at this moment. Nothing is wrong with your account.
-
How to fix it:
Check back later. Channels appear here as their owners' listings go live.
"Nothing matches those filters."β
-
Where you see it:
Marketplace, in place of the channel list, with a Clear filters button.
-
Plans affected:
Every plan.
-
Why it happens:
Your search words, collection and filters together leave no channel.
-
How to fix it:
Press Clear filters to start again, or remove the filter pills one at a time until channels appear.
"Your watchlist is empty."β
-
Where you see it:
Marketplace with the Watchlist switch on. The full text adds "Tap the heart on any channel to keep it here and get told when its price drops."
-
Plans affected:
Every plan. Being told about a price drop needs Lite or above.
-
Why it happens:
The switch shows only channels you saved, and you have not saved any yet.
-
How to fix it:
Press Browse all channels, then press the heart on each channel you want to keep. See Watchlist and price-drop alerts.
"Your minimum price is above your maximum, so nothing can match."β
-
Where you see it:
The Filters dialog on the Marketplace. The same warning appears for subscriber count when its minimum is above its maximum.
-
Plans affected:
Every plan.
-
Why it happens:
A minimum was typed higher than the maximum beside it. Show channels still works, but the list comes back empty.
-
How to fix it:
Correct one of the two boxes, then press Show channels.
The count line says more channels than the page showsβ
-
Where you see it:
Marketplace, when a search or filter matches a large number of channels.
-
Plans affected:
Every plan.
-
Why it happens:
The page shows the first matches in the order you chose and has no next page. The remaining channels are not lost; they are only not displayed.
-
How to fix it:
Narrow the list with search words, a category or price limits. You can also change the order in Filters to bring different channels to the top.
A channel someone shared is missing, or the First look filter is not thereβ
-
Where you see it:
Marketplace. A channel you were told about is not in the list, or the First look filter is absent.
-
Plans affected:
Free, Lite, Plus, Elite and Master.
-
Why it happens:
The channel was verified very recently. Ultimate members see newly verified channels first, for a short early-access period. After it, the channel opens to every plan.
-
How to fix it:
Wait and look again, or keep the link and open it later. Nothing is wrong with the channel or your account.
"Compare up to 3 channels at once."β
-
Where you see it:
Marketplace, when you pick a fourth channel to compare. With only one channel picked, the Compare button in the tray stays grey.
-
Plans affected:
Every plan.
-
Why it happens:
A comparison holds two or three channels. The fourth is not added.
-
How to fix it:
Remove a channel from the compare tray to make room, or pick a second channel so the button becomes active.
"Your watchlist is full (your limit channels). Remove one to add another."β
-
Where you see it:
Marketplace and Watchlist, as a short message after pressing a heart. Other heart messages are "That channel isnβt open for bookings right now.", "That channel is no longer listed.", "Couldn't update your watchlist." and "Network error β your watchlist didn't change."
-
Plans affected:
Every plan.
-
Why it happens:
Your watchlist has reached its size, the channel was paused or removed by its owner, or the request did not get through. The heart returns to how it was. Nothing was saved or removed.
-
How to fix it:
Open Watchlist and remove a channel to make room. Its top line shows how many you have saved out of the maximum. For a paused or removed channel, reload to see its current state. For a network message, check your connection and press the heart again.
"No live spotlight deals right now β check the marketplace for verified channels."β
-
Where you see it:
The advertiser home, under Spotlight deals. If the deals did not load, the line reads "We couldnβt load spotlight deals just now." with a Browse the marketplace link.
-
Plans affected:
Every plan.
-
Why it happens:
No channel owner is running a spotlight deal at the moment, or the list of deals did not load.
-
How to fix it:
Open the Marketplace to see every channel at its normal price. Reload the home later to check for new deals.
Reading a channel pageβ
A channel page shows one channel's prices, record and free days. These cards cover a page that will not open, missing panels, voting and the availability calendar.
"This channel isn't available in the marketplace."β
-
Where you see it:
A channel page, with the line "It may have been removed or paused by its owner β the rest of the marketplace is still open." and a Back to marketplace button. On Free, Lite, Plus, Elite and Master, a card titled "Ultimate unlocks this" may also slide in. A screen reader announces it as "Channel not found."
-
Plans affected:
Every plan. The early-access case affects Free, Lite, Plus, Elite and Master.
-
Why it happens:
The owner paused or removed the listing, or the listing is not open for booking right now. If the card slides in, the channel was verified very recently and is still in the early-access period for Ultimate. The card states the hours.
-
How to fix it:
Press Back to marketplace and choose another channel. For the early-access case, come back after the period the card names. A copy you saved stays on your watchlist, marked Unavailable.
"We couldn't reach this channel just now."β
-
Where you see it:
A channel page, with the line "The connection hiccuped β nothing was charged or changed. Try again in a moment." and a Retry button.
-
Plans affected:
Every plan.
-
Why it happens:
The page's request did not complete, usually because the connection dropped.
-
How to fix it:
Press Retry. If it fails again, check your connection and reload the page.
A panel on the channel page is missing or nearly emptyβ
-
Where you see it:
A channel page. Examples are "No price history yet β snapshots begin once this channel has been listed a few days.", "This channel's owner doesn't publish a Performance Passport.", "Not enough monitored placements yet to publish a witnessed record. Numbers appear once this channel has delivered three." and "This channel hasn't published its rate card yet." Some sections, such as audience, reviews or similar channels, are absent without a message.
-
Plans affected:
Every plan. What a channel publishes depends on its owner, not on your plan.
-
Why it happens:
The listing is new, the owner does not publish that record, or the channel has too little history to show.
-
How to fix it:
There is nothing to fix. Your protection does not depend on these panels: every placement is monitored for its full run and paid for through escrow. A channel with no rate card has nothing to book yet. See Reading a marketplace channel page.
"Your account sells slots, so booking is not available on it."β
-
Where you see it:
A channel page, where the booking button would be.
-
Plans affected:
Every plan.
-
Why it happens:
You are viewing the page from a channel-owner account. Only advertiser accounts can book.
-
How to fix it:
Book from an advertiser account. The side of an account is permanent, so buying and selling take two separate accounts.
"Voting is unavailable right now. Please try again in a moment."β
-
Where you see it:
A channel page, under the thumbs up and thumbs down buttons, for a few seconds. Other vote messages are "You canβt vote on your own channel.", "This channel is no longer taking votes.", "Choose thumbs up or thumbs down." and "That didnβt save. Check your connection and try again."
-
Plans affected:
Every plan.
-
Why it happens:
Voting was briefly unavailable, the listing has gone, the channel is your own, or your vote did not reach us. The tally is unchanged.
-
How to fix it:
Try again later, and check your connection first. You cannot vote on your own channel, and a removed listing takes no more votes.
A day in the calendar reads "closed", "too soon" or "full"β
-
Where you see it:
The Availability panel on a channel page.
-
Plans affected:
Every plan.
-
Why it happens:
"closed" means the owner takes no bookings that day. "too soon" means the day is nearer than the notice the owner needs. "full" means the owner's daily limit of paid posts is reached.
-
How to fix it:
Choose a day marked "open", or one that shows a number left, before you write your ad. A booking for a closed or full day is refused when you pay, not earlier. Days in this calendar are UTC days, so check the date if your local time is far from UTC.
The channel page does not say whether the pin is offeredβ
-
Where you see it:
A channel page. There is no line about the pin among the prices.
-
Plans affected:
Every plan.
-
Why it happens:
The pin is offered during booking, not on the channel page.
-
How to fix it:
Start a booking for the channel. If the owner offers the pin, Pinned for the whole campaign appears in the Price panel of the Review step. See Booking a paid placement.
Using the watchlistβ
The Watchlist keeps the channels you saved with the heart and shows each price beside the price on the day you saved it.
"Nothing saved yet"β
-
Where you see it:
Watchlist, with the line "Tap the heart on any channel and it lands here β we'll track its price for you, snapshotted daily." and a Browse the marketplace button.
-
Plans affected:
Every plan.
-
Why it happens:
You have not saved a channel yet, or you removed the last one.
-
How to fix it:
Press Browse the marketplace and press the heart on each channel you want to follow.
"We couldn't load your watchlist just now"β
-
Where you see it:
Watchlist, with the line "Nothing was changed. Try again in a moment." and a Retry button.
-
Plans affected:
Every plan.
-
Why it happens:
The list did not load, usually because the connection dropped. Your saved channels are still saved.
-
How to fix it:
Press Retry. If it fails again, check your connection and reload the page.
A watchlist card is dimmed and marked "Unavailable"β
-
Where you see it:
Watchlist, on one saved channel.
-
Plans affected:
Every plan.
-
Why it happens:
The owner paused or removed the listing after you saved it. Opening the card shows "This channel isn't available in the marketplace."
-
How to fix it:
Leave the card in place if you want to see whether the channel returns. Press its heart to remove it and free the space.
A saved channel's price fell but no alert arrivedβ
-
Where you see it:
No notice in the site bell, by email or in Telegram, although the card shows a green "since saved" chip.
-
Plans affected:
Free never receives alerts; they start at Lite. The other causes apply to every plan.
-
Why it happens:
On Free the watchlist shows drops but sends no alert, even though the card carries an "alerts" chip. On other plans, a small price change does not send an alert, and one fall is announced once. Marketplace notices may also be switched off, or your Telegram may not be linked.
-
How to fix it:
Open the account menu, press Notifications, then open the Settings tab. Check the Email and Telegram switches on the Marketplace row. Open Watchlist at any time to see every current price and drop. See What each plan gives advertisers.
Searching with the Channel finderβ
The Channel finder builds a shortlist of channels that fits a budget. It is included on Plus and above. Curated bundles on the same page are open to every plan.
"The channel finder isn't included on this account."β
-
Where you see it:
The Channel finder page, with the line "You can still browse and book every channel in the marketplace." and a Browse the marketplace button. A card titled "Plus unlocks this" slides in. After a refused search, that card may read "The media plan builder is a paid feature." or "Your plan doesn't include multi-channel bundles." A different sentence, "The channel finder isn't available on this account right now.", means the refusal is not about your plan. A screen reader announces the locked page as "The channel finder is not available on this account."
-
Plans affected:
Free and Lite for the plan lock. Every plan for the "right now" sentence.
-
Why it happens:
The Channel finder is part of Plus and above. If your plan ended while the page was open, the page changes to this state. The "right now" sentence usually appears with a reason, such as an unverified email or a channel-owner account.
-
How to fix it:
Press Browse the marketplace and build a cart by hand, or book a curated bundle lower on the page. To use the finder, press See plans on the card and move to Plus or above. For the "right now" sentence, act on the reason shown with it.
"That brief is too short to read β write a sentence, or clear it and search by targeting alone."β
-
Where you see it:
The Channel finder, under the What are you promoting? box, after pressing Find channels.
-
Plans affected:
Plus and above.
-
Why it happens:
The box holds only a few characters, which is too little to read as a brief. No search ran and no AI action was used.
-
How to fix it:
Write at least one full sentence about what you are promoting. Or empty the box and set Targeting yourself, then press Find channels.
"Set a budget β the search is sized to fit it."β
-
Where you see it:
The Channel finder, after pressing Find channels. Other wordings are "Describe your campaign and set a budget." and "Set a budget for the plan."
-
Plans affected:
Plus and above.
-
Why it happens:
The Budget (USD) box is empty or zero.
-
How to fix it:
Type the amount you want to spend in Budget (USD), then press Find channels.
"No channel fits that yet"β
-
Where you see it:
The Channel finder result. A second line says which limit was in the way, for example "There are channels for this placement, but none this budget reaches. Raise the budget, or pick a shorter placement." or "Nothing in the catalogue fits that brief yet. Try widening the category, the budget, or the CPM ceiling."
-
Plans affected:
Plus and above.
-
Why it happens:
No channel passes your targeting and also fits the budget. Nothing was saved or charged.
-
How to fix it:
Follow the second line. Depending on what it says, pick another Placement, raise the budget, choose a wider Category, or raise or clear Max CPM. Then press Find channels again.
"That's a lot of searches in one hour β give it a minute and try again."β
-
Where you see it:
The Channel finder, after pressing Find channels many times. You may see "Too many attempts. Please try again in an hour." instead.
-
Plans affected:
Plus and above.
-
Why it happens:
A large number of searches were run in a short period, so searching is paused for a while. Nothing was charged.
-
How to fix it:
Wait as long as the message says, then search once. Set the budget and targeting the way you want them before pressing the button.
"Couldn't reach the marketplace β check your connection and try again."β
-
Where you see it:
The Channel finder, after pressing Find channels. Related messages are "The marketplace didn't answer just now. Nothing was charged β try again in a moment.", "We couldn't search the catalogue just now. Nothing was charged β please try again in a moment.", "Couldn't search from that brief. Nothing was charged." and "Couldn't run that search. Nothing was charged."
-
Plans affected:
Plus and above.
-
Why it happens:
The search did not complete. Your connection dropped, the website did not answer, or the search was refused without a reason.
-
How to fix it:
Check your connection and press Find channels again. If a search from a brief keeps failing, empty the What are you promoting? box and search with Targeting alone. Nothing was charged.
"Read from the words in your brief as β¦"β
-
Where you see it:
The line above the Channel finder result. When the AI read your brief, the line starts with an AI badge and "read your brief as" instead.
-
Plans affected:
Plus and above.
-
Why it happens:
The AI did not read this brief, so the finder matched the words in it directly. Your AI allowance may be used up, AI requests may have come too close together, or the AI returned nothing usable. The search still ran and no AI action was used.
-
How to fix it:
Check the targeting the line lists. If it is wrong, open Targeting, set it by hand and press Find channels again. See AI allowance and limits by plan.
"β nothing fitted that narrowly, so this searched wider"β
-
Where you see it:
The end of the line above the Channel finder result.
-
Plans affected:
Plus and above.
-
Why it happens:
The targeting read from your brief matched no channel, so the finder searched every channel once instead. The shortlist may include other categories.
-
How to fix it:
Review each pick before adding it to the cart. To narrow the result, open Targeting, choose the category and limits yourself, and search again.
"This AI feature isnβt included on this account."β
-
Where you see it:
The Channel finder, on a card that slides in after a search that used the What are you promoting? box. The page then changes to its not-included state.
-
Plans affected:
Plus and above, where the account does not include the AI reading of a brief.
-
Why it happens:
Reading a brief with AI is not part of what your account includes at the moment. Searching by targeting is not affected.
-
How to fix it:
Reload the page, leave the What are you promoting? box empty, set Targeting and press Find channels.
"This basket is N placements, but your plan allows M per month and you've used U β checkout will only clear R. Trim the basket to fit."β
-
Where you see it:
Under the Channel finder shortlist, beside Add all to cart. The message carries your own four figures.
-
Plans affected:
Plus, Elite and Master. Ultimate has no monthly limit on placements.
-
Why it happens:
The shortlist holds more channels than the placements you have left this month. Each channel is one placement, and checkout would refuse the whole order.
-
How to fix it:
Press Add all to cart, then remove lines in the cart until the order fits. Or change to a plan with more placements a month. See What each plan gives advertisers.
"Those channels are already in your cart."β
-
Where you see it:
The Channel finder, after pressing Add all to cart, or the add-to-cart link on a saved shortlist.
-
Plans affected:
Plus and above.
-
Why it happens:
Every channel in the shortlist is already in your cart with the same placement. Nothing was added twice, and the cart opens.
-
How to fix it:
Continue in the cart. See Paid Promotions cart and checkout.
"No category matches βyour textβ."β
-
Where you see it:
The Channel finder, in Targeting, under the Search categories box.
-
Plans affected:
Plus and above.
-
Why it happens:
No category name contains the text you typed.
-
How to fix it:
Clear the box to see every category again, or type a shorter, more general word.
Part of the budget is left "Unspent", or a channel you expected is missingβ
-
Where you see it:
The Channel finder result. The Unspent tile shows money, or the shortlist leaves out a channel you know.
-
Plans affected:
Plus and above.
-
Why it happens:
The next channel in line cost more than what was left of the budget. A channel is also left out if it fails your targeting, does not offer the chosen placement, is your own, or is still in early access for Ultimate. A shortlist also has a maximum number of channels on your plan, stated under the form.
-
How to fix it:
Raise the budget or loosen Targeting and search again. Raising the budget only adds channels; it does not reshuffle the ones already found. You can also add the missing channel to your cart from its own page.
"Per-channel pricing is still being quoted β the allocation appears once each pick is priced."β
-
Where you see it:
The Budget allocation panel of a Channel finder result, in place of the chart.
-
Plans affected:
Plus and above.
-
Why it happens:
Too few of the picks carry a price the chart can use at this moment.
-
How to fix it:
Press Find channels again. The shortlist and its totals are still correct; only the chart is waiting.
Booking a curated bundleβ
A curated bundle is a set of channels booked together at one price, from the Curated bundles section of the Channel finder page. Every plan can book one. A bundle is paid for like a cart order, so a refusal not listed here is covered in Troubleshooting advertiser booking and checkout.
The Curated bundles section is not on the pageβ
-
Where you see it:
The Channel finder page. There is no Curated bundles heading.
-
Plans affected:
Every plan.
-
Why it happens:
No bundle is on offer right now, the channels of every bundle are unavailable, or the list did not load.
-
How to fix it:
Reload the page later. In the meantime, choose channels in the Marketplace and book them from your cart.
"You need a saved ad creative first. Write one on the booking page, then reopen this bundle."β
-
Where you see it:
A bundle card, after pressing Book bundle.
-
Plans affected:
Every plan.
-
Why it happens:
A bundle runs one saved ad post in all its channels, and you have none saved yet.
-
How to fix it:
Open Templates, press New template, then write and save your ad post. You can also save one while booking any channel: press Save as template on the last step. Then return and press Book bundle again. The Write one on the booking page link opens the booking page with no channel chosen, which shows "We couldn't load that channel to book." See Booking a paid placement.
"Pick a start date and time."β
-
Where you see it:
The bundle form, after pressing Book for and the amount. Related messages are "Pick an ad creative." and "That date didn't parse β try again."
-
Plans affected:
Every plan.
-
Why it happens:
Ad creative or Start (your local time) is empty, or the date could not be read.
-
How to fix it:
Choose a saved ad post under Ad creative, pick a full date and time under Start (your local time), then press the button again.
"The compliance check couldn't finish for channel β try again in a moment."β
-
Where you see it:
The bundle form, after pressing Book for and the amount. If a channel's check found a problem, the message is "The compliance check flagged this creative for channel: reason Edit it on the booking page, then book again."
-
Plans affected:
Every plan.
-
Why it happens:
Your ad post is checked against each channel's rules before a bundle is booked. For the channel named, the check could not complete, or it found something that may break that channel's rules. Nothing was charged.
-
How to fix it:
If the check could not finish, wait a moment and press the button again. If it flagged the post, edit the ad post to remove what the reason describes, save it, then book the bundle again.
"You've run a lot of compliance checks in a short time β wait a few minutes, then book again."β
-
Where you see it:
The bundle form, after pressing Book for and the amount. A different sentence, "Your account can't run the compliance check yet.", may appear instead.
-
Plans affected:
Every plan.
-
Why it happens:
Many checks were run close together, so they are paused briefly. The second sentence means the account is not ready to book, for example because its email is not verified. Nothing was charged.
-
How to fix it:
Wait a few minutes, then book again. For the second sentence, verify your email and make sure you are using an advertiser account.
"Top up your wallet to book this bundle."β
-
Where you see it:
The bundle form, after pressing Book for and the amount.
-
Plans affected:
Every plan.
-
Why it happens:
Your spendable wallet balance is lower than the bundle price. Held funds do not count. Nothing was charged.
-
How to fix it:
Add at least the difference to your wallet, then book the bundle again. See Adding funds to your wallet.
"Some channels went unavailable β reopen the bundle and try again."β
-
Where you see it:
The bundle form, after pressing Book for and the amount.
-
Plans affected:
Every plan.
-
Why it happens:
An owner paused or removed a channel between the page loading and your booking. Nothing was charged.
-
How to fix it:
Reload the page. The bundle is shown again with a new price that leaves that channel out. Check the price, then book.
"This bundleβs channels are no longer available."β
-
Where you see it:
The bundle form, after pressing Book for and the amount. A retired bundle answers "That bundle isnβt available."
-
Plans affected:
Every plan.
-
Why it happens:
Every channel in the bundle has been paused or removed, or the bundle itself is no longer offered. Nothing was charged.
-
How to fix it:
Reload the page and choose another bundle, or book channels one by one from the Marketplace.
"Monthly ad placement limit reached: this account books up to N placements a month."β
-
Where you see it:
The bundle form, after pressing Book for and the amount. A card slides in that names the plan with a larger allowance.
-
Plans affected:
Free, Lite, Plus, Elite and Master. Ultimate has no monthly limit on placements.
-
Why it happens:
Each channel in a bundle is one placement. The bundle holds more channels than the placements you have left this calendar month. Nothing was charged.
-
How to fix it:
Book the bundle next month, pick a smaller bundle, or change to a plan with more placements. Cancelled and refunded bookings do not count toward the limit. See What each plan gives advertisers.
"Bookings must start at least N hours from now."β
-
Where you see it:
The bundle form, after pressing Book for and the amount. Related messages are "Bookings can start at most N days from now." and "Choose a start date and time for your promotion."
-
Plans affected:
Every plan.
-
Why it happens:
The start time is too soon or too far ahead. In a bundle, the channel that needs the longest notice sets the earliest start for all of them. Nothing was charged.
-
How to fix it:
Choose a start inside the range the message states, then book again.
"One of these channels isnβt taking bookings on that date. Please pick another day."β
-
Where you see it:
The bundle form, after pressing Book for and the amount. When a channel is full, the message names it: "@channel is fully booked on date (UTC) β the owner takes a limited number of paid posts a day. Please pick another day."
-
Plans affected:
Every plan.
-
Why it happens:
One owner closed that day, or one channel has reached its daily limit of paid posts. A bundle needs every channel free on the same day. Nothing was charged.
-
How to fix it:
Choose another start day and book again. The date in the message is a UTC date.
"Channel was verified in the last N hours. It opens to every plan once that early-access window has passed."β
-
Where you see it:
The bundle form, after pressing Book for and the amount. A card titled "Ultimate unlocks this" slides in.
-
Plans affected:
Free, Lite, Plus, Elite and Master.
-
Why it happens:
One channel in the bundle was verified very recently and is still in the early-access period for Ultimate. Nothing was charged.
-
How to fix it:
Book the bundle after the hours the message names have passed. Members on Ultimate can book it straight away.
"That didn't go through β try again."β
-
Where you see it:
The bundle form, after pressing Book for and the amount.
-
Plans affected:
Every plan.
-
Why it happens:
The booking did not get a clear answer, most often because the connection dropped.
-
How to fix it:
Press the same button once more without changing the bundle, the ad post or the start time. That repeats the same booking; it does not make a second one. If it fails again, open Campaigns and check whether the bundle is already there before a third try.
Notices that did not arrive in Telegramβ
Every notice about your bookings reaches the bell on the website. It also arrives by email and in Telegram, unless you switched that kind of notice off. Nothing in Paid Promotions is done inside the bot itself.
A notice is in the bell or your email but not in Telegramβ
-
Where you see it:
Telegram, in your chat with @OnflowAdsBot. An order update, refund notice or price alert that you can see on the website did not arrive there.
-
Plans affected:
Every plan. Watchlist alerts need Lite or above.
-
Why it happens:
You have not started the bot, your Telegram is not linked to this account, or the Telegram switch for that kind of notice is off.
-
How to fix it:
- Open the account menu on the website and press Notifications, then open the Settings tab.
- If you see "Want alerts on Telegram too?", press Connect your Telegram and link Telegram on your account page.
- If you see "Your Telegram is linked, but the bot can't message you yet.", open the bot and send
/startonce. - Turn on the Telegram switch for Orders, Payments, Marketplace and Account as you need. Changes save at once.
The bell on the website carries every notice in the meantime. See Messages the Telegram bot sends you.
"This button has retired. Manage everything on the Onflow Ads website."β
-
Where you see it:
The Telegram bot, after pressing a button on an old message in the chat.
-
Plans affected:
Every plan.
-
Why it happens:
The button belongs to a menu the bot no longer has. Browsing, booking, paying, confirming and disputes all happen on the website.
-
How to fix it:
Send
/startto the bot and press Open Onflow Ads, or go to Paid Promotions in your browser. Use the View order button on newer notices to open a booking directly.

The fastest way to reach support is https://onflowads.com/support. It opens the support chat whether you are signed in or not. Include these four things so the first reply can be the answer:
- What you were doing, and on which page: the Marketplace, a channel page, the Watchlist, the Channel finder or a bundle.
- The exact message you saw, copied word for word.
- The reference shown on the campaign, order or bundle, if there is one.
- The time it happened, with your time zone.
