Troubleshooting Onflow Verified
This page lists what can go wrong with an Onflow Verified score or an audit report. Find what you see and follow the fix under it.
Scoresβ
These cards cover a score that is missing, lower than you expected, or not moving. No plan changes a score, so the fixes are the same on every plan.
My channel still reads Onflow Verified Β· Newβ
-
Where you see it:
On your Onflow Verified page and your channel's public page, where the badge shows no number.
-
Plans affected:
Every plan.
-
Why it happens:
The channel does not yet have enough finished placements from enough different advertisers for a number to be fair.
-
How to fix it:
Read the progress line on your Onflow Verified page: it says how many more placements, and from how many more advertisers, the channel needs. Accept bookings from different advertisers and run each ad for its full window.
My score dropped after a placementβ
-
Where you see it:
On your Onflow Verified page, the day after a placement finished.
-
Plans affected:
Every plan.
-
Why it happens:
The placement was not delivered in full, for example it came down early, was edited, or lost a sold pin. Recent placements count more than old ones.
-
How to fix it:
Read the list under the score; it names what happened. Keep later ads up for their whole window and leave them as published. If the placement was recorded wrongly, appeal it: see Appeals and reviews of a score.
Reach delivered shows no valueβ
-
Where you see it:
On your Onflow Verified page, where the reach part has no bar.
-
Plans affected:
Every plan.
-
Why it happens:
Reach is measured against the views of your channel's own recent posts at the same age. If too few of your recent posts could be read, or too few placements could be compared with them, this part has no value yet. Post fingerprints has no effect on it.
-
How to fix it:
Keep the channel public and posting, and keep taking placements. The part fills in on its own once enough placements can be compared; until then the score is made from the other parts and this one is not counted.
Audit reportsβ
These cards cover buying an Onflow Verified audit report and paying for it with your plan or Onflow Credit.
The quote asks me to pay although my plan includes reportsβ
-
Where you see it:
In the audit report quote, which shows a price instead of an included report.
-
Plans affected:
Plus, Elite and Master.
-
Why it happens:
You have used every report your plan includes this calendar month.
-
How to fix it:
Pay for this one, with Onflow Credit first, or wait for the 1st of the month. See Onflow Verified for advertisers.
My audit report failedβ
-
Where you see it:
In your list of audit reports, where the report shows as failed.
-
Plans affected:
Every plan.
-
Why it happens:
The report could not be produced.
-
How to fix it:
Nothing to do: the money went back to where it came from, and an included report was not counted. You can order the report again.
