About the score
These questions cover what the Onflow Verified score is, and what it can and cannot tell you about a channel.
Does Onflow Verified prove a channel has no bots?
No. It does not detect or count bots, and it does not say anyone's subscribers are real or not. It summarises how ads in the channel were delivered, how readers responded compared with the same ad elsewhere, and how far the ads reached. See How the score works.
Why does my channel read New?
It does not have enough finished placements from enough different advertisers yet. The owner's page says how many more it needs. New says nothing bad about a channel.
Does New push my channel down in a ranking?
No. Where the score helps rank channels, a New channel counts as the middle score of the scored channels it is compared with, so it lands where a typical channel would. See Onflow Verified for channel owners.
Can a plan buy a better score or a higher place?
No. No plan, payment or Onflow Credit is part of a score, and none changes a channel's score or its place in a ranking.
Can a big channel be marked down for its reach?
No. High reach never lowers a score, and each placement is compared with channels of a similar size.
Can I pay to raise my score?
No. No plan, purchase or setting changes a score. Only finished placements in the channel do, as they are delivered.
Is a high score a guarantee for my booking?
No. A score describes what already happened. Each booking is protected by escrow and delivery monitoring, not by the score.

Can I pay for an audit report with Onflow Credit?
Yes. Onflow Credit is used first, and any rest comes from your wallet. The quote shows the split before you confirm. See Onflow Credit.
What if a report fails?
You are refunded automatically to where the money came from, and an included report is not counted.
Can I get an audit report on any channel I name?
Only on channels that are listed or connected on Onflow Ads, because the score is built from placements that ran here.
