Appeals and reviews of a score
If you think your channel's Onflow Verified score is wrong, you can ask a person to look at it. This page covers who can appeal, how, and what each outcome means.
Every channel owner can appeal a score of their own channel, on every plan, and every appeal is reviewed by a person.
When to appealβ
Appeal when a part of the score rests on something that did not happen the way it was recorded. For example, a placement was counted as removed early when Telegram removed the post, or a placement the advertiser cancelled was counted against you. Say which placement and what happened.
A low score is not by itself a reason to appeal. If the list under your score names fixes, those are the way to raise it. See Onflow Verified for channel owners.
How to appealβ
- Open the Onflow Verified page and find the channel under Your channels.
- Press Appeal this score on its card.
- Under What is wrong, write what is wrong and which placement it concerns, then press Send the appeal.
Elite plan Β· Channel owner β appealing a score The dialog that opens from Appeal this score. A person on our team reads every appeal.
While an appeal is open the card shows Appeal under review, and a second appeal on the same score cannot be sent.
You are told when the appeal arrives and again when it is decided, on the website and in the bot.
What happens while it is reviewedβ
Our team reads the evidence behind the score. While the review is open the score can be put on hold, which means it stays as it is and is not recalculated until the review ends.
The outcomesβ
- Upheld. Our team then acts on the score: it recalculates it, or sets it for a limited time with a written reason. The badge updates once that is done, and the decision says what was changed.
- Not upheld. The score stands, and the decision says why.
Our team can also put a score on hold, or set it for a limited time with a written reason, after a review of its own. The reason is recorded with the decision.
