Your OFA ID
Every Onflow Ads account has one short, permanent, human-friendly identifier: the OFA ID. It looks like this:
OFA-204-7831
The letters OFA, then a group of three digits and a group of four — always the same shape, short enough to read out loud or paste into a chat. It is one of a whole family of Onflow Ads references built the same way; Your Onflow Ads IDs is the index of the rest.
What it is for
- Support. Quote it when you contact us and we can find your account instantly, without you posting your email address in public. It is the first thing to include in any support message, along with a screenshot. When the problem is about one specific thing — an order, a payout, a ticket — quote that thing's own ID too.
- One identity everywhere. You have one account and it has one OFA ID. However you sign in — email, Telegram, Google, Apple — there is the same one account behind it, with the same wallet, channels, plan and history.
It is safe to share. Knowing your OFA ID does not let anyone sign in as you, message you, or see your email, balance or anything else. It identifies you the way a ticket number identifies a ticket, and nothing more.
Where to find it
-
Sign in and open https://onflowads.com/account.
-
Look under your name and email at the top of the page. It reads User ID: OFA-XXX-XXXX, in a monospace face, with the note "This is the ID our support team asks for."
-
Or, signed in, ask the support chat "what is my OFA ID?" — the assistant reads it from your account, never from this guide, and shows it in a card.
The Telegram bot never displays your OFA ID. It notifies you, delivers what the website arranged, and links you back to the website for anything to do with your account. If you signed in through Telegram and need your ID, open the account page in a browser — it is the same account either way, so it is the same ID.
Your other ID: the referral code
Your account carries a second public reference, and the two are worth telling apart:
OFA-204-7831 | OFRF-204-7831 | |
|---|---|---|
| What it names | Your account | Your referral link |
| Where it is shown | User ID on the account page | Your referral ID on /account/referrals |
| Quote it for | Anything about your account, sign-in or plan | A referral that was not credited |
| Meant to be published | Only to support | Yes — that is its entire purpose |
They are two IDs on one account, not alternatives. Neither replaces the other, and the digits after the prefix are not related.
The rules behind it
| Rule | Detail |
|---|---|
| Assigned | Automatically, by the database, the instant your account row exists — whichever way the account was created |
| Format | OFA- followed by a group of three digits and a group of four |
| Random | The digits are drawn at random. The ID encodes nothing — not your sign-up date, your email, your Telegram id or your plan |
| Permanent | It never changes, whatever you change about the account |
| Unique | No two accounts can share one. It is unique across every kind of reference on the platform, not just accounts |
| Not editable | There is no way to choose or customise it, and no need: it is an identifier, not a username |
If something goes wrong
| What you see | What it means | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| The User ID line is missing from your account page | A display hiccup. Your ID exists and has not changed | Refresh the page, or check again shortly |
Someone quotes you an OFA- you do not recognise | It is somebody else's account — most likely a referred member on your Referral Programme tables | Nothing to do; those tables show a referred member's OFA ID and nothing else about them, on purpose |
| You have two OFA IDs | You have two accounts | See below |
FAQ
Is my OFA ID the same as my Telegram ID? No. Your Telegram ID belongs to Telegram; the OFA ID belongs to your Onflow Ads account. If you sign in with Telegram the two are linked, but the OFA ID is what Onflow Ads uses.
I think I have ended up with two accounts — one from email, one from Telegram. That happens if you signed up by email once and later started fresh through Telegram: two accounts, two OFA IDs, two separate wallets and histories. Pressing Connect Telegram will not join them — the bot answers "Already connected elsewhere" and changes nothing, because a connect link is never treated as consent to fold one account into another. Contact support from the account you want to keep and quote both OFA IDs; see Connecting Your Account.
Can support ask me for more than my OFA ID? Support may ask you to confirm details only you would know, but will never ask for your password or two-factor codes. The OFA ID is all you need to volunteer.
