Troubleshooting Getting started

This page covers what can go wrong while you create your account, verify your email and connect Telegram, plus the wait messages that any page can show. Find the message you see, or the thing that is not working.

Problems with signing in, passwords and two-factor codes are on Troubleshooting signing in and passwords. Problems with your account page, referrals, the menus and the app are on Troubleshooting your account and the website.

Creating your account

These messages appear on the Create your account form at https://onflowads.com/signup, usually just above the Create account button. None of them charges you anything.

"Please fix the highlighted fields and try again."

  • Where you see it:

The sign-up form (website), as a banner after you press Create account. A line under each marked box says what is wrong: the box's name followed by "is required.", "Enter a valid email address.", "Must be at least 8 characters." or "Values do not match." The age-and-terms box has no line of its own.

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan.

  • Why it happens:

A box is empty, the email address is not complete, the password is shorter than 8 characters, the two passwords differ, or the age-and-terms box is not ticked.

  • How to fix it:

Correct each marked box, and tick the age-and-terms box if it is empty. A line disappears as you fix its box. Then press Create account again. Nothing was sent, so no account exists yet.

"Please enter your name."

  • Where you see it:

The sign-up form (website), after you press Create account.

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan.

  • Why it happens:

The Full name box holds more than 200 characters, or nothing that can be shown as a name. An empty box is caught earlier, with the line "Full name is required."

  • How to fix it:

Type an ordinary name of up to 200 characters and press Create account again. No account was created by the failed attempt.

"Please enter a valid email address."

  • Where you see it:

The sign-up form (website). The same line can appear wherever the website asks for an email address.

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan.

  • Why it happens:

The address is not a complete email address, or it is not one that can receive mail.

  • How to fix it:

Type an address you can open right now, such as [email protected], and check it for typing mistakes. Your verification code is sent there.

"Choose a password 8-20 characters long."

  • Where you see it:

The sign-up form (website), after you press Create account. The other lines in this family are "Password needs a lowercase letter.", "Password needs an uppercase letter.", "Password needs a number.", "Password needs a symbol (e.g. ! ? # …).", "Password can't contain spaces.", "That password is too common — please pick another." and "Password can't contain your email name."

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan.

  • Why it happens:

The form itself only checks the length and that both boxes match. The full password rules are checked when you press the button, and the message names the one rule your password missed.

  • How to fix it:

Change the password so it meets the named rule, type it in both boxes, and press Create account again. A password that passes has 8 to 20 characters, a lowercase letter, an uppercase letter, a number and a symbol. It has no spaces, is not a common password, and does not contain the first part of your email address.

Signed out — the sign-up form after a password was refused The form stays filled in, so you only change the password. 1 The message names the exact rule that was missed. 2 The Password box is the one to change; type the same new password in Confirm password too.

"Please accept the Terms and Privacy Policy to continue."

  • Where you see it:

The sign-up form (website), after you press Create account.

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan.

  • Why it happens:

The box "I am 18 or older and I agree to the Terms and Privacy Policy." is not ticked.

  • How to fix it:

Tick the box and press Create account again. The box for product news and offers is separate and stays optional.

"An account with that email already exists. Try signing in."

  • Where you see it:

The sign-up form (website), after you press Create account.

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan.

  • Why it happens:

That email address already has an Onflow Ads account. It can also be a sign-up that was started some time ago and never finished.

  • How to fix it:

Open the sign-in page and sign in with that address. If its email was never verified, signing in sends a fresh code. If you forgot the password, press Forgot password?. If you first joined with Google, Apple or Telegram, use that button instead. Nothing changed on the existing account.

"This email address belonged to an Onflow Ads account that has been deleted, so it can't open a new one here. Please contact [email protected] from this address."

  • Where you see it:

The sign-up form (website). The sign-in page shows the same sentence as a banner after Continue with Google or Continue with Apple.

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan.

  • Why it happens:

The address was the sign-in email of an account that its owner deleted.

  • How to fix it:

Email [email protected] from that address and say you want to use it again. Or sign up with a different address. No account was created.

"This email address was used on an Onflow Ads account that was deleted less than 48 hours ago."

  • Where you see it:

The sign-up form (website). The message continues: "To protect that deletion, it can't open a new account until the date and time shown. Please try again after that."

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan.

  • Why it happens:

An account with this address was deleted very recently, and the address cannot be reused straight away.

  • How to fix it:

Wait until the date and time in the message, then sign up again. If you did not delete an account yourself, write to [email protected] from that address.

"New accounts are paused right now. If you already have an Onflow Ads account, you can still sign in."

  • Where you see it:

The sign-up form (website), after you press Create account.

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan.

  • Why it happens:

Sign-ups by email are paused for the moment. Existing accounts are not affected.

  • How to fix it:

Try again later. If you already have an account, sign in as usual. No account was created by this attempt.

"Too many attempts. Please try again in a few hours."

  • Where you see it:

The sign-up form (website), after you press Create account.

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan.

  • Why it happens:

Too many wrong codes were entered earlier, and the lock that followed is still running. A different message, "Too many attempts. Please try again in an hour.", means sign-up was tried too many times in a short while; it has its own card under "Limits and messages you can meet on any page".

  • How to fix it:

Wait for the lock to end, then sign up again. Signing up again sooner does not shorten it. See Account limits and lockouts.

"We couldn't create your account just now. Please try again."

  • Where you see it:

The sign-up form (website), after you press Create account.

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan.

  • Why it happens:

A rare fault on our side stopped the account from being saved. Nothing was created.

  • How to fix it:

Press Create account again. If it repeats several times, contact support and say what time it happened.

"Your account is saved, but we couldn't email your code just now. Tap “Resend code” on the next screen to try again."

  • Where you see it:

The sign-up form (website), as a green message just before the page moves to Check your email.

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan.

  • Why it happens:

Your account was created, but the email with the 6-digit code could not be sent at that moment.

  • How to fix it:

On Check your email, press Resend code. You can do this straight away. Then enter the code from the new email. Do not sign up a second time.

"Network error — please check your connection and try again."

  • Where you see it:

The sign-up form (website). You may see "Something went wrong. Please try again." instead.

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan.

  • Why it happens:

Your browser could not reach the website, or the answer did not arrive in a readable form.

  • How to fix it:

Check your connection and press Create account again. If you are then told the address already exists, the first attempt did go through: sign in with that address instead.

The Continue with Google, Log in with Telegram or Continue with Apple button is missing

  • Where you see it:

Under "or" on the sign-up form and the sign-in page (website).

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan.

  • Why it happens:

Each button appears only while that way of signing in is offered. A button can also be missing because the page did not load fully.

  • How to fix it:

Reload the page once. If the button is still missing, use the form or another button that is showing. You can create the account with email and connect Telegram afterwards.

Opening the sign-up page takes you to Your launchpad

  • Where you see it:

The website, when you open https://onflowads.com/signup.

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan.

  • Why it happens:

You are already signed in on this browser, so there is nothing to sign up for.

  • How to fix it:

Carry on from the launchpad. To create an account for someone else, open the account menu and sign out first. One person keeps one account.

"This device has an unpaid balance of the amount owed on another Onflow Ads account."

  • Where you see it:

The website, on a new account, the first time you try to start something such as a booking, a campaign or a Boost order.

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan.

  • Why it happens:

Another Onflow Ads account owes money, and opening a new account does not clear what is owed. The message goes on to say so.

  • How to fix it:

Sign in to the account that owes the balance and top up its wallet; everything then opens on both accounts. If you think the message is wrong, contact support, who can review and reverse it. Nothing was charged to the new account. Owing money explains how a negative balance is cleared.

Verifying your email

These problems belong to the Check your email screen, where you type the 6-digit code after signing up. For the normal steps, see Verifying your email.

Check your email sends you back to sign-up as soon as it opens

  • Where you see it:

The website, when you open the code screen. Behind it is the message "No verification is in progress. Please start again.", which most browsers never show.

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan.

  • Why it happens:

This browser has no verification under way. You are on a different device or browser, you left the step open too long, the browser's saved site data was cleared, or the email is already verified.

  • How to fix it:

Open the sign-in page and sign in with your email and password. If the email is not verified yet, a fresh code is sent and Check your email opens again. Your account still exists; do not create another.

"We couldn’t email your code yet, or it has expired. Tap “Resend code” to get a new one."

  • Where you see it:

Check your email (website). The line above the box reads "There’s no active code for your partly hidden address right now."

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan.

  • Why it happens:

The code email could not be sent, or the code ran out while the screen was still open.

  • How to fix it:

Press Resend code and type the code from the newest email. Older codes no longer work.

"Enter the 6-digit code from your email."

  • Where you see it:

Check your email (website), after you press Verify & continue.

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan.

  • Why it happens:

The box holds fewer than six digits. It accepts digits only, so letters and spaces are dropped as you type.

  • How to fix it:

Type all six digits from the email. This message does not use up one of your tries.

"Incorrect code. Number attempts left."

  • Where you see it:

Check your email (website). On the last try it reads "Incorrect code. 1 attempt left."

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan.

  • Why it happens:

The digits do not match the newest code that was sent. Each wrong code uses one try.

  • How to fix it:

Read the newest email again; an older code stops working as soon as you resend. If you are not sure which email is newest, press Resend code and wait for it instead of guessing.

"That code expired. Tap “Resend code” to get a new one."

  • Where you see it:

Check your email (website), after you enter a code.

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan.

  • Why it happens:

A code works for a limited time. The email says how long it lasts.

  • How to fix it:

Press Resend code and enter the new code soon after it arrives. No try was used, and your verification is still open.

"Too many incorrect codes. For your security this is locked for 6 hours."

  • Where you see it:

Check your email and every other code screen (website). The box and the buttons stop working.

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan.

  • Why it happens:

Every allowed try for this code was used with a wrong code, so code entry is locked for a while.

  • How to fix it:

Wait for the lock to end, then sign in with your email and password to receive a fresh code. Starting over does not shorten the lock, and support cannot lift it early. Your account, money and data are untouched.

The code box and both buttons turn grey on Check your email

  • Where you see it:

Check your email (website), together with "Too many attempts. Please wait a minute and try again."

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan.

  • Why it happens:

Too many tries arrived in a short time. This is a short pause, not the long lock.

  • How to fix it:

Wait as the message says, reload the page, then enter the code once.

"That code has already been used."

  • Where you see it:

Check your email and other code screens (website).

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan.

  • Why it happens:

The same correct code was sent twice, for example by a double tap. The first one worked.

  • How to fix it:

Reload the page. You are normally through already; if the sign-in page opens, sign in.

"Your verification session expired. Please sign up again."

  • Where you see it:

Check your email (website). After a few seconds the page returns to the sign-up form.

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan.

  • Why it happens:

The step was left open too long, or it was started in another browser.

  • How to fix it:

Sign in with your email and password. A fresh code is sent and the code screen opens again. Your account still exists; only this verification ended.

"This sign-up was started again with a different password, so this code no longer works. Please sign up again."

  • Where you see it:

Check your email (website), after you enter a code.

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan.

  • Why it happens:

The sign-up form was sent a second time for the same address. Only the newest form's code and password count.

  • How to fix it:

Use the code from the newest email, in the browser where you filled in the form last. Or sign up once more and finish in one go. The account keeps the password from the newest form.

"Email verified — sign in again to finish with your authenticator code."

  • Where you see it:

Check your email (website), after a correct code. You may see "Email verified! Please sign in to continue." instead.

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan.

  • Why it happens:

Your email is verified, but you are not signed in yet. Either two-factor authentication is already on for the account, or the website could not sign you in at that moment.

  • How to fix it:

Open the sign-in page and sign in. If the page asks for it, enter the code from your authenticator app.

"Please wait numbers before requesting another code."

  • Where you see it:

Check your email (website), after pressing Resend code. While you wait, the link is grey and reads "You can resend in numbers".

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan.

  • Why it happens:

There is a short wait between one resend and the next.

  • How to fix it:

Wait for the countdown to finish, then press Resend code. The last code you received still works meanwhile.

"You've requested too many codes. Please sign up again."

  • Where you see it:

Check your email (website), after pressing Resend code. On other code screens the ending is "Please start again."

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan.

  • Why it happens:

Every resend allowed for this verification has been used, so it was closed.

  • How to fix it:

Look in your spam and promotions folders first; the earlier emails may be there. Then sign in with your email and password to start a new verification. Your account is untouched.

"We couldn't resend the email. Please try again shortly."

  • Where you see it:

Check your email and other code screens (website), after pressing Resend code.

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan.

  • Why it happens:

The email could not be sent just now.

  • How to fix it:

Check spam and promotions for the codes already sent; the last one still works. Wait a while before pressing Resend code again. Pressing it repeatedly does not help.

"Too many attempts. Try again in a few hours."

  • Where you see it:

Check your email (website), after pressing Resend code.

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan.

  • Why it happens:

Code entry is locked after too many wrong codes, so no new code is sent.

  • How to fix it:

Wait for the lock to end, then sign in to receive a fresh code. See the card that begins "Too many incorrect codes." above.

"Could not resend. Try again."

  • Where you see it:

Check your email (website). You may see "Network error. Try again." or "Network error — please check your connection and try again." instead.

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan.

  • Why it happens:

Your browser could not reach the website.

  • How to fix it:

Check your connection, then press the button again. Nothing was used up.

No verification email arrives

  • Where you see it:

Your inbox. The subject of the email begins "Your Onflow Ads verification code".

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan.

  • Why it happens:

The email went to spam or promotions, the address was mistyped, your mail service is slow, or the email could not be sent at that moment.

  • How to fix it:
    1. Check every folder, including spam and promotions.
    2. Compare the partly hidden address on Check your email with your own.
    3. Press Resend code once and wait.
    4. If the address is wrong, press Start over beside "Wrong email?" and sign up with the right one.

Signed-in pages keep sending you to Check your email, then to sign-up

  • Where you see it:

The website, whenever you open a page that needs an account.

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan.

  • Why it happens:

You are signed in to an account whose email is not verified, and no verification is under way in this browser.

  • How to fix it:

Open the sign-in page and sign in again with your email and password. A fresh code is emailed and the code screen opens. Nothing is lost.

  • Where you see it:

A website page titled "Link expired", with a Go to sign in button. It opens from a "Verify your Onflow Ads email" message that our team sent you.

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan.

  • Why it happens:

The link works once and for a limited time. It was already used, it is too old, or the account's address has changed since.

  • How to fix it:

Press Go to sign in and try signing in; your email may already be verified. If your password is not accepted, press Forgot password? and set a new one. If the email is still not verified, ask support for a new link.

Connecting Telegram on the website

These problems belong to the Connect Telegram to continue screen and to the Telegram connection card on your account page. The steps are on Connecting Telegram and adding your email.

Every Telegram dashboard page opens "Connect Telegram to continue"

  • Where you see it:

The website, when you press Open dashboard or open any Telegram dashboard page. An account created with Telegram sees "Add your email to continue" instead.

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan.

  • Why it happens:

Nothing is wrong. Your account has one sign-up step left: the one-time connection.

  • How to fix it:

Finish the step on that screen. Until then your launchpad, your account page, the Referral Programme page and the support chat stay open.

"Checking your account…" stays on the screen

  • Where you see it:

The connection screen (website). On your account page the Telegram card shows "Checking…" in the same way.

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan.

  • Why it happens:

The line normally lasts a moment. It stays when the page could not finish loading, often because a content blocker stopped part of it.

  • How to fix it:

Reload the page. If it stays, pause your content blocker for onflowads.com and reload again.

Pressing Open Telegram and connect opens nothing

  • Where you see it:

The connection screen, and Connect Telegram on your account page (website). The line under the button already tells you to tap Start, then Yes, connect it, but no Telegram tab opened.

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan.

  • Why it happens:

Your browser blocked the new tab. This is common on phones. Your connection link was made and is waiting.

  • How to fix it:

Tap Telegram didn’t open? Open it here under the button. On the connection screen you can also press Reopen Telegram. Allow pop-ups for onflowads.com so the button works next time.

"Could not start linking. Please try again."

  • Where you see it:

The connection screen and the Telegram card on your account page (website), after pressing the connect button.

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan.

  • Why it happens:

The website could not make a connection link at that moment.

  • How to fix it:

Press the button again. If the message repeats, reload the page first.

"Telegram linking isn't configured yet."

  • Where you see it:

The connection screen and the Telegram card on your account page (website).

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan.

  • Why it happens:

Connecting Telegram is not available on the website at the moment. It is a problem on our side.

  • How to fix it:

Try again later. If it lasts, tell support the time you saw it. Your account is unchanged.

"This account has been deleted."

  • Where you see it:

The connection screen and the Telegram card on your account page (website).

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan.

  • Why it happens:

This browser is still signed in to an account that has since been deleted.

  • How to fix it:

Sign out. A deleted account cannot be used or connected. If you did not ask for the deletion, write to [email protected] from the account's email address.

  • Where you see it:

The connection screen and the Telegram card on your account page (website).

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan.

  • Why it happens:

Your sign-in ended while the page was open.

  • How to fix it:

Sign in again, return to the screen and press the button once more.

"Network error. Please try again."

  • Where you see it:

The connection screen and the Telegram card on your account page (website).

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan.

  • Why it happens:

Your browser could not reach the website.

  • How to fix it:

Check your connection and press the button again. Nothing was changed.

"That Telegram account is already connected to another Onflow Ads account, so it was not connected here. Sign in to that account instead, or write to [email protected] to have the two put together."

  • Where you see it:

The connection screen and the Telegram card on your account page (website). On the connection screen the button changes to Try again; on your account page it stays Connect Telegram. The bot shows "Already connected elsewhere" at the same time.

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan.

  • Why it happens:

The Telegram account that tapped Yes, connect it already belongs to a different Onflow Ads account. Often that is an account you once made with Log in with Telegram. Nothing changed on either account.

  • How to fix it:

    Choose one:

    1. Sign in to the account that already has that Telegram and use it.
    2. Email [email protected] from the account you want to keep, give both User IDs, and ask for the Telegram to be moved.
    3. Press the button again and confirm from a different Telegram account.

Lite plan · the connection step after Telegram refused the link The screen looks the same on every plan. 1 The message says why the Telegram account was not connected and gives the two ways out. 2 The button now reads Try again; press it only after you have decided which Telegram account to use.

The page keeps waiting after you tapped Yes, connect it

  • Where you see it:

The connection screen (website): the spinner beside "In Telegram, tap Start, then Yes, connect it…" does not stop. On your account page the card still says "Not connected yet."

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan.

  • Why it happens:

The bot is still waiting for something. It may be waiting for Yes, connect it, it may have asked you to join the updates channel first, or the link may have run out.

  • How to fix it:

Open the bot chat and do what its last card asks. If the card says "Link expired", go back to the website and press Reopen Telegram for a fresh link. Keep the website tab open and in front; it moves on by itself. If it does not, reload it.

"The bot works once you've joined the updates channel — join it here."

  • Where you see it:

The connection screen (website). Your account page says "One more step: the bot works once you've joined the updates channel — it will remind you in the chat too."

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan.

  • Why it happens:

You have not joined our updates channel yet. Alerts still reach you, but the bot does not answer your own taps until you join.

  • How to fix it:

Join the channel from the link in the message. Then tap I've joined in the bot. The line changes to say the bot is fully unlocked.

"Connect your Telegram to continue."

  • Where you see it:

The website, when you try to start something new: a booking, a cross-promotion, a Boost order, an exchange ad, or adding a channel. An account created with Telegram sees "Add your email address to continue."

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan.

  • Why it happens:

The action was tried before the connection step was finished, often from a tab that was already open.

  • How to fix it:

Finish the connection step, reload the tab, then repeat the action. Nothing was created and nothing was charged.

"We couldn’t check your Telegram connection just now."

  • Where you see it:

The Telegram card on your account page (website), with a Try again button.

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan.

  • Why it happens:

The page could not read whether Telegram is connected. It says nothing about the connection itself.

  • How to fix it:

Press Try again. If Telegram was connected before, it still is.

"Your Telegram is linked, but the bot can’t message you yet — open it once and tap Start to switch notifications on."

  • Where you see it:

The Telegram card on your account page (website), with an Open the bot button. The sentence may name your Telegram account. Notification settings show a matching line.

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan.

  • Why it happens:

The account was created with Log in with Telegram and you have never pressed Start in the bot, so the bot cannot send you anything.

  • How to fix it:

Press Open the bot, then press Start in Telegram. If the bot asks, tap Yes, connect it. Nothing on the website is blocked meanwhile.

There is no button to disconnect Telegram

  • Where you see it:

The Telegram card on your account page (website), once Telegram is connected.

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan.

  • Why it happens:

The connection is permanent by design. One Telegram account belongs to one Onflow Ads account.

  • How to fix it:

If you must change the Telegram account, contact support from your sign-in email and give your User ID. When the team removes a connection, every device is signed out and you sign in again.

Connecting Telegram in the bot

These are the cards and pop-ups that @OnflowAdsBot can show while you connect. The bot has no menus: everything starts from a button on the website. See also Connecting your Telegram account to the bot.

"One quick step"

  • Where you see it:

The bot, as a card with Join the channel and I've joined. The card reads "Join our updates channel to use this bot. Your notifications and alerts keep arriving either way." A tap on another bot button answers with the pop-up "Join our updates channel first. One tap, then everything works."

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan.

  • Why it happens:

You pressed Start or a bot button without being a member of our updates channel.

  • How to fix it:

Tap Join the channel, join it, return to the bot and tap I've joined. The bot remembers what you came for a short while, so the "Connect this Telegram?" question follows by itself.

"Not seeing you in the channel yet — join it, then tap again."

  • Where you see it:

The bot, as a pop-up after you tap I've joined.

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan.

  • Why it happens:

I've joined was tapped before you joined, or a moment too soon after.

  • How to fix it:

Check that the channel shows as joined on this same Telegram account, then tap I've joined again.

"One more tap"

  • Where you see it:

The bot, as a card that reads "Tap the button or link you came from once more and it will go through."

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan.

  • Why it happens:

You joined the channel, but too much time had passed for the bot to remember what you came to do.

  • How to fix it:

Go back to the website and press Reopen Telegram, or press the button you used the first time. The bot itself is now unlocked.

  • Where you see it:

The bot, as a card with an Open your account button. It reads "This Telegram connection link has expired or was already used."

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan.

  • Why it happens:

A connection link works once and for a short time. Joining the channel took too long, or an old Telegram tab was used again.

  • How to fix it:

On the website, press Open Telegram and connect, Reopen Telegram or Connect Telegram again, then confirm in the bot straight away. Nothing was connected by the old link.

"Already connected elsewhere"

  • Where you see it:

The bot, as a card with a Contact support button. It reads "This Telegram is already linked to a different Onflow Ads account."

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan.

  • Why it happens:

This Telegram account already belongs to another Onflow Ads account. Nothing changed on either one.

  • How to fix it:

Sign in to the account that already has this Telegram. Or email [email protected] from the account you want to keep, with both User IDs, and ask for the Telegram to be moved.

"Account already linked"

  • Where you see it:

The bot, as a card with a Contact support button. It reads "That Onflow Ads account is already connected to a different Telegram."

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan.

  • Why it happens:

Your Onflow Ads account already has a Telegram connected, and you opened its link from a second Telegram account.

  • How to fix it:

Open the link from the Telegram account that is already connected. To move to another Telegram account, ask support and give your User ID; you cannot change it yourself.

"Could not connect"

  • Where you see it:

The bot, as a card with an Open your account button. It reads "Something went wrong while connecting your Telegram."

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan.

  • Why it happens:

A fault stopped the connection from being saved. The link was used up, and your account is not connected.

  • How to fix it:

Start again from the website: open your account and press Connect Telegram. If it repeats, send support your User ID and the time.

"That button has expired."

  • Where you see it:

The bot, as a pop-up after you tap Yes, connect it.

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan.

  • Why it happens:

The card you tapped is an old one and its button no longer works.

  • How to fix it:

Go to the website and press the connect button again for a fresh card. Nothing was connected by the old one.

"This button has retired. Manage everything on the Onflow Ads website."

  • Where you see it:

The bot, as a pop-up after you tap a button on an old bot message.

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan.

  • Why it happens:

The button belongs to a menu the bot no longer has.

  • How to fix it:

Do the task on the website instead. Your account is unchanged by the tap.

"Slow down a little and try again in a moment."

  • Where you see it:

The bot, as a pop-up on a button. Typed messages may get no reply at all, and a second tap on a button that is already working answers "Already on it."

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan.

  • Why it happens:

Many taps or messages reached the bot in a very short time, so the extra ones were dropped.

  • How to fix it:

Wait a moment, then tap once. Nothing was changed by the dropped taps.

The bot answers "Welcome to Onflow Ads" instead of "Connect this Telegram?"

  • Where you see it:

The bot, after you press Start.

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan.

  • Why it happens:

You opened the bot by searching for it or by typing /start. Only the website's connect button carries your connection with it.

  • How to fix it:

Go to the website, press Open Telegram and connect and let that button open Telegram. The question then appears.

"Connect this Telegram?" names an account that is not yours

  • Where you see it:

The bot. The card shows a partly hidden email address that you do not recognise.

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan.

  • Why it happens:

Someone sent you their own connection link.

  • How to fix it:

Ignore the message and do not tap Yes, connect it. If you already tapped it, your Telegram now belongs to that other account. Write to [email protected] straight away; only the team can move it.

"Account restricted"

  • Where you see it:

The bot, as a card with a Contact support button. It gives the reason, most often "Your account has been suspended."

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan.

  • Why it happens:

The Onflow Ads account connected to this Telegram is suspended or banned. The bot does nothing for the account while that stands.

  • How to fix it:

Open the website to see the details. If you think it is a mistake, contact support with your User ID. Appealing a penalty or a decision explains how to ask for a review.

Limits and messages you can meet on any page

Account actions such as signing up, entering codes and connecting can be tried only so often, and the page tells you when to wait. None of these messages takes money, deletes anything or changes your plan. Account limits and lockouts has the background.

"Too many attempts. Please wait a minute and try again."

  • Where you see it:

Any form on the website: sign-in, code entry, resending a code, the two-factor step.

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan.

  • Why it happens:

Too many tries arrived in a short time. This is a short pause; it sets no long lock.

  • How to fix it:

Stop pressing the button, wait as the message says, then try once. The attempt that was refused saved nothing.

"Too many attempts. Please wait a few minutes and try again."

  • Where you see it:

The connection screen and the Telegram card on your account page, after pressing the connect button. Also after pressing Send me a code when adding an email address (website).

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan.

  • Why it happens:

The button was pressed many times in a short period. No new link or code was made.

  • How to fix it:

Use the Telegram tab that is already open, or the code you already received; they still work until they run out. Otherwise wait as the message says, then press once.

"Too many attempts. Please try again in an hour."

  • Where you see it:

The sign-up form, the first and last steps of a password reset, saving your name, Sign out other devices and turning on two-factor authentication (website).

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan.

  • Why it happens:

That action was used too many times in a short while.

  • How to fix it:

Wait as the message says, then try once. The refused attempt saved nothing.

"Too many attempts. For your security this is locked for a few hours."

  • Where you see it:

Any code screen on the website, when you enter a code while a lock is running.

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan.

  • Why it happens:

Code entry was locked earlier, with the message that begins "Too many incorrect codes." Trying again does not start a new lock; the first one continues.

  • How to fix it:

Wait for the lock to end, then start the step again. Nobody can shorten it, and starting over sooner makes no difference. Your money, campaigns and data are untouched.

"This feature is temporarily unavailable. Please try again shortly."

  • Where you see it:

Any form on the website. The sentence can carry a few extra words in the middle; it means the same.

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan.

  • Why it happens:

Part of the website is unavailable for a moment. Nothing was saved or changed.

  • How to fix it:

Wait a minute and press the button again. If it lasts, contact support and say which page you were on.

"The site is busy right now and this did not go through. Please try again in a moment."

  • Where you see it:

    Any form on the website.

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan.

  • Why it happens:

The website was handling too much at that instant. Nothing was saved.

  • How to fix it:

Try again shortly. You do not need to reload the page or type everything again.

"Something went wrong on our side and this did not go through. Nothing was changed. Quote the reference shown if you tell us about it."

  • Where you see it:

    Any form on the website.

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan.

  • Why it happens:

An unexpected fault on our side. As the message says, nothing was changed.

  • How to fix it:

Try once more. If it repeats, send support the reference shown in the message, the page you were on and the time.

"A number, date or piece of text in this request is not one we can use (too large, or not a real date), so it did not go through."

  • Where you see it:

Any form on the website, after you press its button.

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan.

  • Why it happens:

Something typed into the form is too large or too long, or is a date that does not exist.

  • How to fix it:

Check each number, date and long piece of text in the form, correct it and send the form again. Nothing was saved.

"This request came from another website, so it was blocked. Reload the page and try again."

  • Where you see it:

    Any form on the website.

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan.

  • Why it happens:

The form was sent from an old copy of the page, or from a copy shown inside another site or app.

  • How to fix it:

Open the page directly on onflowads.com, reload it and repeat the action. Nothing was saved by the blocked attempt.

"The security check did not load"

  • Where you see it:

The security check row above the button on the sign-up, sign-in and password reset forms (website), with a Try again button. The row can also read "The security check could not start", "This browser cannot run the security check", "The security check did not pass" or "The security check is unavailable". It may end with a code in brackets.

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan.

  • Why it happens:

The check, shown as Onflow Security, could not run in your browser or did not pass. The form cannot be sent until the row reads "Browser verified".

  • How to fix it:

Follow the sentence in the row, then press Try again:

    1. "did not load": check your connection and pause any content blocker for this page.
    2. "could not start": set your device's date and time to automatic.
    3. "cannot run": update your browser, or open the page in another one.
    4. "did not pass": try again; if it repeats, switch networks or turn off your VPN.
    5. "is unavailable": the problem is on our side; try again shortly.

"Please complete the security check and try again."

  • Where you see it:

The sign-up, sign-in and password reset forms (website). You may see "The security check didn't pass. Please try again." instead. On a page without the row, the check opens as a small window titled "Onflow Security check" with a Cancel button.

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan.

  • Why it happens:

The form was sent before the check had finished, or the check did not pass.

  • How to fix it:

Wait until the row reads "Browser verified". If a box "Confirm you are human" appears, tick it. Then send the form again. Nothing was saved by the first attempt.

A short message that no troubleshooting page lists

  • Where you see it:

Any page of the website, as a short line under a button or in a notice. It usually follows a page that was left open for a long time, a button pressed twice, or an old link.

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan.

  • Why it happens:

The page you acted on no longer matched your account as it is now. For example, the change had already been saved from another tab, or the step you were on had already finished. The website refused the repeat and changed nothing.

  • How to fix it:

Reload the page so it shows your account as it is now, then repeat the action once. If you were signed out meanwhile, sign in first. If the same line returns, copy it word for word and send it to support with the page you were on and the time.

You meet "Too many attempts" without having tried anything

  • Where you see it:

Any form on the website, on your first try.

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan.

  • Why it happens:

On shared Wi-Fi or a mobile network, someone else on the same network may have caused it.

  • How to fix it:

Wait as the message says, then try once. No plan removes these limits, and support cannot lift one early.
