Signing In with Google or Apple
Continue with Google and Continue with Apple sit under the "or" divider on both the sign-in page and the sign-up page. Either one both creates an account and signs you in, in a single round trip: there is no form to fill in and no email code to type.
Both buttons are hidden unless that method is currently switched on for the site. If you do not see one, use email and password, or another button that is showing.
Before you start
- A Google account, or an Apple ID, whose email address is verified with that provider.
- Nothing else. You do not need an Onflow Ads account first — one is created if the address is new to us.
Step by step
- Go to https://onflowads.com/signin (or the sign-up page — the buttons behave identically on both).
- Press Continue with Google or Continue with Apple.
- Choose the account at the provider. Google always shows the account picker, so you can pick a different address than the one your browser last used.
- Approve the request. We ask for your name and email address, and nothing else.
- You are returned to Onflow Ads signed in, and land on the platform launchpad at
/dashboard. - The first time, press Open dashboard and finish connecting your account — neither Google nor Apple links a Telegram, so the connection step still applies.
You have about 10 minutes to complete the round trip at the provider. Take longer and the return trip fails with an expired-session message; press the button again.
How your account is matched
Both routes identify you by email address, not by a provider account.
| Situation | What happens |
|---|---|
| No Onflow Ads account uses that address | A new account is created, marked verified, and a welcome email is sent |
| An account already uses that address | You sign in to that account — same wallet, channels, campaigns, plan and OFA ID — and it is marked verified |
| The provider says the address is not verified | The sign-in is refused; nothing is created and nothing is matched |
If you originally signed up with an email and password and then press Continue with Google with that same address, you land in your existing account rather than a second one. The two are the same account with two ways in. This works in both directions and needs no setup.
The match is on the address itself. Signing in with a Google account whose address is not the one on your Onflow Ads account creates a second, separate account with its own wallet and history — not a second door into your first one. Check which address the provider is about to hand over before approving.
What you get, and what you do not
| Thing | Google / Apple account |
|---|---|
| Password | None. The account is created with an unusable random password nobody knows |
| Email verification | Already done — the provider verified the address |
| Session length | 48 hours. There is no Remember me option on these routes |
| Name | Taken from the provider |
| OFA ID and referral code | Minted the moment the account exists, exactly as with any other signup |
| Telegram connection | Not linked — you still complete connecting your account |
You do not need one, but if you want to be able to sign in with a password too, run password reset on your address. It emails you a code and lets you set a password on the account you already have; both routes then work.
Apple includes your name only on the first authorization. If it arrives blank or wrong, re-authorizing will not fix it — Apple will not send it again. Correct it yourself under Account → Profile → Full name on the account page.
What each option shares with us
| Provider | What we ask for | What we receive |
|---|---|---|
openid email profile | Your email address, whether Google considers it verified, and your name | |
| Apple | name email | Your email address, whether Apple considers it verified, and — on the first authorization only — your name |
Your Google or Apple password never reaches Onflow Ads. Neither provider gives us access to your mail, your contacts, your files or anything else.
If something goes wrong
Failures come back to the sign-in page with the message painted above the form.
| Message | What it means | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Google sign-in isn't available right now. | Google sign-in is off, or misconfigured, on our side | Use email and password; the button will return when it is back |
| Apple sign-in isn't available right now. | The same, for Apple | As above |
| Google sign-in was cancelled. / Apple sign-in was cancelled. | You dismissed the provider's screen, or declined | Press the button again and approve |
| Your Google sign-in session expired — please try again. | More than 10 minutes passed, or the round trip lost its anti-forgery token | Press the button again and finish without a long pause |
| Your Apple sign-in session expired — please try again. | The same, for Apple | As above |
| We couldn't verify your Google email. Try another method. | Google reports that address as unverified | Verify the address with Google, or sign up with email and password |
| We couldn't read your Apple email. Try another method. | Apple did not return a usable, verified address — most often because Hide My Email produced an address we could not read | Try again without hiding the address, or sign up with email and password |
| We couldn't complete Google sign-in. Please try again. | The exchange with Google failed part-way | Press the button again. If it repeats, use email and password and tell support |
| We couldn't complete Apple sign-in. Please try again. | The same, for Apple | As above |
| Your account has been suspended. | The account behind that address is banned | Contact support with your OFA ID |
| Your account is suspended. Please try again later. | The account is temporarily suspended | Access returns automatically when the suspension ends |
| The button is not on the page at all | That method is switched off right now | Use email and password, or another visible button |
