Account FAQ and Troubleshooting

The questions that come up most often while getting into an Onflow Ads account. Each answer links to the page with the full detail.

Signing up and verifying

The verification email never arrived. What now?

  1. Wait a minute β€” mail can lag.
  2. Check spam, junk and promotions.
  3. Press Resend code (available every 60 seconds, up to 4 times).
  4. If you may have mistyped the address, press Start over and sign up again with the correct one.

Only 6 codes go to one address per hour, so requesting a seventh produces nothing β€” check spam before you keep pressing. Full detail: Verifying Your Email.

My code says it expired.

Codes are valid for 10 minutes. Press Resend code and use the newest email β€” a resend voids the previous code.

"Too many incorrect codes… locked for 6 hours."

Two counters can trigger this: 5 wrong tries on one code, or 10 wrong tries against your address inside an hour. It locks both your address and your network for 6 hours, it silences new codes from password reset and every other flow, and it cannot be shortened β€” not by signing up again, not by a private window, not by support. See Limits and Lockouts.

It says an account with my email already exists.

That address is registered and verified. Sign in, or reset the password. If you originally joined through Telegram, Google or Apple, use that button instead β€” it lands in the same account.

I closed the verification page. Is my sign-up lost?

No. Within the 30-minute window, returning to https://onflowads.com/verify in the same browser resumes it. If it has closed, sign up again with the same email and password: your details are refreshed, a new code is sent, and no second account is made.

Why won't it accept my email address?

Aside from an invalid address, one domain is refused outright: anything ending in @tg.onflowads.com. That is the reserved placeholder domain the site mints for Telegram-created accounts, and it has no inbox.

The connection step

I verified my email but the dashboard still won't open.

You have one step left. Every account created since 24 August 2026 must be reachable before an engine opens: an email signup links the Telegram bot, and a Telegram sign-in adds a real email address. Press Open dashboard, then Open Telegram and connect, and press Start in the bot. Full walkthrough: Connecting Your Account.

What can I still do while that step is outstanding?

Your account page including its Wallet tab, the platform launchpad, the Referral Programme, the public pages, the legal pages and the help widget. You can also read your existing campaigns and orders, and finish or cancel anything you are already a party to. What is blocked is starting something new.

I need support but the support page redirects me.

The support page sits under the Telegram dashboard, so it redirects with the rest β€” but support itself is never blocked. Use the floating help widget on any open page, or https://onflowads.com/contact.

The connection link is single-use and lives for 10 minutes. Go back to the website and press the button again for a fresh one.

My Telegram is linked but the bot never messages me.

Linked and reachable are two different things: Telegram forbids a bot from opening a conversation until you press Start in it. Your account page will be showing the amber card β€” "Your Telegram is linked, but the bot can't message you yet" β€” with an Open the bot button. One press fixes it permanently.

No. One Telegram pairs with one Onflow Ads account, enforced in the database, and there is no unlink control on the site. Changing a pairing is a support request: the team can unlink a Telegram for you when there is good reason β€” see If the team changes your sign-in details.

Signing in

"Incorrect email or password."

The combination did not match. Check for typos, and that you are using the address currently on the account. The same message is returned for an unknown address, so it will not tell you which of the two is wrong. Use Forgot password? if needed.

I signed up with Telegram and I'm asked for a password.

Accounts created through Log in with Telegram have no password anyone has seen. Press Log in with Telegram instead of filling in the form. Once you have attached a real email, you can set a password if you want one.

The Telegram sign-in says my session expired.

The round trip is bounded at about 10 minutes. Press Log in with Telegram again and confirm without a long pause. Full detail: Signing In with Telegram.

The Telegram, Google or Apple button isn't on my sign-in page.

Those buttons appear only while that method is switched on for the site. Use email and password meanwhile.

If I sign in with Google, do I get a second account?

Only if the Google address differs from the one on your Onflow Ads account. Google and Apple match you by email address: the same address lands you in the same account, and a different address creates a separate one with its own wallet. See Signing In with Google or Apple.

"Your account is suspended until [date]." / "Your account has been suspended."

The first is a timed suspension β€” it lifts by itself, and the first sign-in attempt after that date reactivates the account. The second is a ban, on every sign-in route, with every live session ended. Contact support with your OFA ID.

I get a blank page that just says "Forbidden."

That is a network-level block on your IP address, applied before any sign-in is attempted. It is not about your account and it carries no explanation on purpose. Try another network, and contact support from it.

I keep getting signed out.

Sessions last about 48 hours, or 30 days with Remember me. Signing in again on the same browser also replaces that browser's session. A password reset, a suspension, or a Telegram-created account attaching its first email ends every session everywhere. See Sessions and Staying Signed In.

Passwords and two-factor

How do I change a password I still know?

Run the password reset flow while signed out. There is no change-password form on the account page, and no endpoint behind one β€” the reset flow is the only path. It will sign you out of every device.

I lost my phone and can't get 2FA codes.

Use a recovery code at the sign-in code prompt; each works once. Once in, go to Account β†’ Security and either Regenerate recovery codes or disable and re-enable 2FA with the new device. With no recovery codes left either, contact support β€” the team can switch two-factor off for an account that is locked out, and emails you when it does (see If the team changes your sign-in details).

My authenticator codes are always "incorrect".

TOTP codes come from the clock. Set your phone's time to automatic/network time β€” even a small drift makes every code fail. Fix it before you spend your 5 attempts.

I started a 2FA setup and lost the QR code.

Press Enable two-factor again. The panel expires after 10 minutes and a restart mints a new secret and a new set of recovery codes, so delete the half-finished entry from your app before scanning the new code.

Account details

Can I change my sign-in email?

Not yourself. Once a sign-in email is set it is permanent from your side: the account page shows it and offers no way to change it, because changing the email is the last step of every account takeover. If you are about to lose that mailbox, write to [email protected] from it while you still can β€” the Onflow Ads team can move a sign-in email for you, with a confirmation link sent to the new address and a notice to the old one. See If the team changes your sign-in details. An account created through Telegram claims its first address on the connection screen.

Can I change my role (Advertiser / Channel Owner)?

No. The Paid Promotions role you enlist as is permanent, enforced by the database β€” "You're already enlisted, and your role can't be changed." Choose carefully.

Can I delete my account myself?

No. There is no self-service deletion on the site; it is a support request.

I have two accounts by mistake β€” can they be merged?

Not by connecting them. Connect Telegram never merges: if the Telegram already has an account of its own β€” even a starter one the bot created β€” the bot says "Already connected elsewhere" and nothing changes. Contact support from the account you want to keep with both OFA IDs. See Connecting Your Account.

Referrals

Where is the referral programme?

One page: https://onflowads.com/account/referrals, opened from the Referrals tab on your account page. Your code and your share link are both on it, and they exist from the moment your account does.

My friend signed up but isn't on my list.

Press the freshness chip on the referral page β€” the figures come from a snapshot up to 15 minutes old. If they are still missing, they most likely reached the site without your link. Attribution is attached silently at signup, from the link itself, and cannot be added afterwards. Full detail: Referral Programme.

A second, named link β€” onflowads.com/ref/your-name β€” that the Onflow Ads team creates and attaches to the account of a member who has agreed to promote the platform. Everyone who joins through it is your referral exactly as with your own link, and its figures appear in a Partner link section of the referral page. You cannot create one yourself. See Partner links.

Can I withdraw what I earn from referrals?

No. Commission is paid as boost credit, which is spendable on Boost Metrics orders and is never withdrawable, at any tier.

General

What's the "User ID: OFA-XXX-XXXX" on my account page?

Your permanent public account ID β€” see Your OFA ID. Quote it whenever you contact support.

What are all the other OF… references I keep seeing?

The same idea applied to everything else. Every order, ticket, campaign, invoice, payout and wallet movement carries its own short reference β€” OFB- for a boost order, OFS- for a support conversation, OFW- for a withdrawal, OFRF- for your referral code, and so on. Your Onflow Ads IDs is the full index.

Can I see my sign-in history?

No. Every authentication event on your account is logged with the time, the IP address and the browser, but the log is for security investigation and only our team can read it. If you suspect someone else has access, reset your password β€” that ends every session at once β€” and turn on two-factor.

Is my data safe?

Passwords are stored only as cryptographic hashes, sessions are held on our servers behind an HttpOnly, Secure cookie, and every authentication event is logged. For everything else, see the Privacy Policy at https://onflowads.com/privacy.

Still stuck?

Use the floating help widget on any page, or the contact page at https://onflowads.com/contact. Include your OFA ID, the ID of whatever is actually broken, and a screenshot of any error message β€” that combination gets the fastest answer. Your Onflow Ads IDs lists them all.
