Your dashboard by role

Available on every plan

The dashboards follow your role, not your plan: every plan gets the dashboards of its role.

Your role shapes the Telegram dashboard. Four tools have a separate dashboard for each role; three flows are the same for everyone. The sidebar of the Telegram dashboard groups them: your role's tools under Your tools, the shared ones under Shared flows.

Menus, empty states, plan offers, notifications, emails, the bot's welcome and the AI support agent follow the same split: an advertiser is never offered an owner-only action, and the other way round.

Paid Promotions has no side picker of its own any more: your account role is your side. An Advertiser opens the advertiser home with the Marketplace and the cart (Paid Promotions for advertisers); a Channel owner opens Your desk (Paid Promotions for channel owners). An account without a role that opens Paid Promotions is taken to the role page first.

Pulse

The bar at the top of Pulse holds your role's pages.

Advertisers ask other channels' audiences: write a poll and let Pulse match the channels to your targeting, or pick the channels yourself in the catalogue; run Test before you buy headline tests; read reports; and run Brand Lift studies.

Channel owners earn by hosting polls: opt your channels in and set fees, topics and limits under Settings, answer offers under Offers, see when each payout lands, and poll your own audience.

Elite plan Β· Channel owner β€” the Pulse home The bar holds the owner's pages: Owner polls, Offers and Settings. The tiles count the offers waiting for an answer and the polls left this month for your own channels. There is no Pick channels and no Brand Lift studies: those are for advertisers.

An advertiser who hosted polls before choosing the Advertiser role still finds those offers under Offers, read-only:

Elite plan Β· Advertiser β€” poll offers from before the role, read-only The note at the top says why nothing new can be accepted. An offer still waiting can only be declined; running and completed polls are paid on their usual dates, and the earnings totals stay visible.

Onflow Verified

Channel owners see each of their channels' scores and what pulls a score down, and can appeal (Your channels' scores). Advertisers buy dated audit reports on the channels they consider booking. A page with items from the other role shows them read-only: an audit report a channel owner bought before choosing the role stays readable.

Brand Safety Shield

Advertisers keep Brand Safety profiles, scan a channel before booking and see what the live watch paused (Brand Safety Shield). Channel owners see whether each of their listed channels carries the brand-safe tag, and, where something was flagged, when, in which posts and why (Brand Safety for channel owners).

Elite plan Β· Channel owner β€” your channels' brand-safe status 1 A channel without the tag, and why. 2 What was flagged and why: the date, the kind of check, the categories and links to the posts. The brand that scanned is never named, and its own keywords are shown only as a general label.

Shared flows

Cross-Promotion, the Subscriber Exchange and Syndicate are channel to channel on both sides. Their dashboards are the same whichever role you hold, and your role never limits them.

Items from the other role

If your account had anything on the other side before you chose your role, or before our team corrected it:

  • it finishes normally: orders run, polls close, payouts are paid and refunds are made under the rules they started with;
  • it stays visible, read-only, with a one-line note saying why;
  • notifications and emails about it still reach you;
  • you cannot start anything new there; an action that would start something is refused with a message that says which role it belongs to (messages).
