Ratings
Ratings are the community's memory. After every completed swap each side can leave a one-to-five-star rating, and those stars roll up into the average every future member sees before committing to a partner.
Before you startโ
- The campaign must have reached Completed. A cancelled, expired or failed campaign has no rating box.
- You must be one of the two participants. Nobody outside the swap can rate either side.
- You get one rating per campaign, per side, and it is final once submitted.
Step by stepโ
- Open the completed campaign at
/telegram/dashboard/cross-promotion/campaign/YOUR-CODEand scroll to Rate your partner under the results โ "How was working with them? This helps the next member decide." - Tap 1 to 5 stars. They fill in as you tap.
- Optionally write a note of up to 300 characters in the Add a note (optional) field.
- Press Submit rating.
The box is then replaced by "You rated your partner" with your stars.
There is no edit and no delete. Rate once you have seen the full run and the results โ not the moment the posts go up. If you rate in haste, that is the number that follows your partner around the directory.
Where your rating goesโ
Your stars feed your partner's public track record โ the trust signals every member sees at the moment of decision:
- The Before you commit panel on the join page.
- Every card in the partner directory.
- Partnership request cards, and the open-campaign page.
There it appears as โ
average (count) โ for example โ
4.6 (12) โ alongside the completed and dropped counts and the reliability percentage.
A partner with no completed swaps shows "New partner ยท no completed swaps yet" rather than a fake score. Individual notes are not published as public reviews; the community signal is the star average and the count.
The stars measure what a partner was like to work with. The completed / dropped counts and the reliability percentage measure whether they finish what they start, and they are computed from campaign outcomes, not from opinions. A partner can have a perfect delivery record and mediocre stars, or the reverse โ read both.
Being rated yourselfโ
Everything above applies symmetrically. Your partners rate you after each completed swap, and your average follows your channel across the directory, requests, the board and the join page. The way to a strong rating is unglamorous: confirm promptly, write a post worth carrying, review on time, and let the campaign run its full course.
No paid feature touches ratings or track records. Placement products buy position in a list and nothing else โ see Rules and fairness. The only way the number moves is by swapping well.
If something goes wrongโ
| What you see | What it means | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| No rating box on the campaign | The campaign has not reached Completed. | Ratings open only after a run finishes. A campaign that never ran has nothing to rate. |
| "You can rate your partner once the campaign has finished." | You submitted before completion. | Wait for the run to end and the status to read Completed. |
| "You've already rated this campaign." | One rating per side; you already left yours. | Nothing to do โ ratings are final. |
| "Pick a rating from 1 to 5 stars." | No stars were tapped. | Tap a star before submitting. |
| A rating you consider unfair | Ratings are one member's honest opinion and generally stand. | If it breaks the rules โ harassment, extortion โ contact support from your dashboard. |
Rate my last swap 5 stars because it was great leaves the rating from the chat, after a yes. What the assistant can do for you has the full list and the confirmation rule.
