6 September 2026 — hands-off delivery, campaign reports

One promise, kept by machinery: no ad on Onflow Ads is published or taken down by a human any more. The bot posts every accepted placement at its agreed moment and removes it the moment its run ends — and because people are now out of the delivery loop, this release also opens a proper door for telling us when a campaign goes wrong, and gives our own team precise tools to act on it.

  • The bot publishes every accepted booking. The auto-post opt-in is gone; there is nothing to opt into. At the window open the bot posts the exact booked creative, pins it where the pin extra was bought, records the live link, the message id (every message of an album) and a frozen copy of the agreed creative into the signed proof archive — all in the same transaction.
  • The bot removes the post when the booked in-feed duration ends. It takes a final metrics reading for the delivery report first, then deletes the post (all of it, for an album) and tells both parties the run finished. Owners never delete anything.
  • "Mark posted" is retired. There is no link to paste and no delivered button; the endpoint answers every caller that delivery is automatic.
  • Delete Messages is now a required bot right in every engine, because a channel where the bot cannot delete cannot honour a booking's end. A failure to remove is retried, explained, and never read as the owner's breach unless they caused the rights loss.
  • Publishing failures follow the established doctrine: rights problems are the owner's to fix (with retries for as long as the window is open), platform-shaped failures are ours, and an unattributable failure goes to a human — never priced against anyone automatically.

Report a campaign

  • Every running campaign now carries a Report button — Paid Promotions bookings (both sides), cross-promotions, exchange campaigns and Boost orders. Pick a category, describe what happened in your own words (that is your testimony), and attach screenshots: the one surface on the platform that accepts uploads as evidence.
  • Each report gets its own OFRP- Onflow ID and an emailed acknowledgement. You can add more evidence and replies to an open report from the same page.
  • A human reads it against our own record of the campaign — the proof archive, the monitor's trail, the delivery clocks. Your evidence is shown to our team and never to the party you reported.
  • Our team can now stop any campaign or order by its Onflow ID — ending the run with the bot taking live posts down — with or without a Reliability penalty, with the money outcome the reviewer decides (refund what was not delivered, release, or hold), and can hold a specific payout in place while a report is open. Every such act is recorded, the parties are told, and replies reach you by email to whichever parties the reviewer addresses.

Subscriber Exchange

  • The ad builder works again end to end — a page bug made steps 3 and 4 (audience and delivery) unreachable, so no new exchange ad could be submitted from the dashboard. Fixed.
  • Your channel finally has a profile. A new Profile & controls panel on every enrolled channel sets its topics, language and country — what makes it matchable by targeted ads — and the host controls: topics you refuse, a weekly ad cap, and quiet hours. Language and country targeting on ads can now actually match channels.
  • Click counts are real. Taps on an exchange ad's buttons now land on the placement's own ledger, so reports, DMs and charts show the numbers the redirect actually counted.
  • One-off boosts buy one cycle. Extra placements bought with credits and the paid delivery tiers apply to the cycle they were bought for, exactly as sold — not silently to every cycle for the life of the ad.
  • The Delivery Floor make-good now pays only for genuinely closed cycles of live campaigns, a cancelled ad can no longer race one last placement out the door, and the AI image tool's picture reaches your draft instead of vanishing after the unit was spent.

Boost

  • Auto-Boost can be armed from its own page — pick a service, point it at your public channel, fund the pool, and top it up or toggle auto-renew per rule. A paused rule now says why it paused.
  • A supplier's "refunded" answer now refunds you. Orders a panel refunded or partially delivered without a count no longer settle as "Refunded $0.00"; every refund path also re-locks the promotional share of the money, and a refund that hits an infrastructure error is retried and flagged to our team instead of being silently dropped.
  • The cart applies the 10% bundle discount automatically on two or more items (as the tier ladder always promised), and drip-feed lines in a cart are actually placed as drip-feed.
  • Developer corner: the webhook signing secret is now shown (once) when you add a webhook, new webhooks can subscribe to order.error, and a partly-refunded failure reaches integrations that only subscribed to refund events. The quick-start example uses the correct action: "add".
  • The hub's add-channel dialog works again, and "delivered this week" counts settled orders whose supplier omitted the remains field.
  • The Terms, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy now describe automatic publication and removal, the report door (Terms §7.10) and the stop-by-ID powers (Terms §16.3).
  • The owner guide's delivery pages were rewritten around the new contract: your whole job is keeping the bot an admin with Post Messages and Delete Messages, and respecting the quiet window.
