3 September 2026 — the website decides
The second release of the day finishes the executor cut-over: the Telegram bot now records what it sees and decides nothing at all. Three engines moved, and one policy changed.
Subscriber Exchange — strikes, grace and suspensions
- The bot records a breach; the website rules on it. When a hosted placement is pulled early, the bot is demoted, or a channel cannot carry its placement, the bot writes one breach record naming the placement. The website reads it and decides — in the same order and with the same numbers as before — whether your plan's grace excuses it, whether it opens a new episode or joins one already counted, the strike, the 6-hour cooldown, and the 7-day suspension of every channel at three strikes. The bot never touches a strike count, a cooldown or a grace pass again.
- A forgiven removal never reaches your ledger. The reliability price for an early removal is held by the website until it has ruled; a removal your grace covers, or one that joined an episode already priced, is closed without ever being applied.
- The messages come from the website. The host's and the advertiser's Telegram messages about a removal are sent once the ruling is made, and say what was recorded and applied on onflowads.com.
Auto-Boost — run by the website
- The bot only sees the post. Watching a channel needs the bot's Telegram session, so that stays with the bot: it records each new post it finds. Everything a rule spends or decides — claiming the pool, placing the order through the same route a manual order takes, warning under a fifth of the monthly fee, pausing on an empty pool, renewing from the wallet on the renewal date or early when a post cannot be covered, expiring, refunding a short delivery — is done by the website within about a minute and a half.
- No post is boosted twice, however many times the bot reports it; a post the provider refuses is retried up to three times, then skipped; a post older than 48 hours is never boosted.
- New notifications: Auto-Boost renewed, Auto-Boost expired and Auto-Boost budget running low, alongside the existing Auto-Boost paused.
- Failing services switch themselves off. A service whose orders fail at a critical rate over 24 hours is disabled by the website and the team is told, so a broken supplier stops draining pools in refunds.
Paid Promotions — one engine
- The bot's own, older Paid Promotions engine — its wallet, its orders, its reliability shadow, its AI flags and its emails — is deleted. Paid Promotions runs entirely on the website. In Telegram the bot still shows you a booked post with Get the post here and counts the joins your campaign links bring.
Marketing email is now opt-in
- Nothing is sent unless you asked for it. Creating an account no longer subscribes you to product news. The sign-up form and the top-up checkout carry an unticked, optional Send me product news and offers by email box; your notification settings carry the same toggle. A blank box is never read as a yes, and a later blank box never cancels an earlier yes.
- Every such email still carries a one-click unsubscribe that works without signing in. Account, order and payment messages are unaffected.
- The Terms (§23.2) and the Privacy Policy (§10, §19.2) now describe marketing email as consent-based.
