Troubleshooting Boost orders

This page covers everything that can go wrong from the moment you press Launch boost to the end of an order's life. Find the message you see, or the thing that is not working.

Two sibling pages cover the rest of Boost:

Placing an orderโ€‹

These messages appear in the Order summary on the Start a boost page, just above the Launch boost button, after you press it. Unless a card says otherwise, nothing was charged and no order was created.

Lite plan โ€” an order refused because the balance is too low The Start a boost page after Launch boost was refused. 1 The message in the Order summary names the missing amount and carries the Top up your wallet link. 2 The wallet strip: Balance and Boost credit together did not cover the Total. The message looks the same on every plan.

  • Where you see it: Start a boost, in the Order summary, after pressing Launch boost.
  • Plans affected: Every plan.
  • Why it happens: The Link field is empty, so there is nothing to deliver to.
  • How to fix it: Paste the link that the hint under Link asks for, then press Launch boost again. The hint names the kind of link the service wants, for example "Paste the link to the post." or "Paste your channel link."

"Enter a quantity between minimum and maximum."โ€‹

  • Where you see it: Start a boost, in the Order summary. Two variants mean the same thing: "Quantity must be between minimum and maximum for this service." and "Enter a valid quantity."
  • Plans affected: Every plan.
  • Why it happens: The Quantity field is empty, is not a whole number, or is outside the range this service sells. The range belongs to the service and can change over time.
  • How to fix it: Read the hint under Quantity, type a whole number inside that range, and launch again. The page never changes your number for you.
  • Where you see it: Start a boost, in the Order summary.
  • Plans affected: Every plan.
  • Why it happens: You chose a Telegram members, subscribers or joins service and pasted the channel's public link. This kind of service needs an invite link.
  • How to fix it: In Telegram, open your channel's settings, create an invite link, and paste that link into Link. Then press Launch boost again.

"This service needs a direct post link โ€” not a profile or channel link."โ€‹

  • Where you see it: Start a boost, in the Order summary. The message includes an example link for the platform.
  • Plans affected: Every plan.
  • Why it happens: The service works on one post (views, likes, reactions, comments, shares, saves or plays), and the link you pasted points to a whole channel or profile.
  • How to fix it: Open the post itself, copy its own link, and paste it into Link.
  • Where you see it: Start a boost, in the Order summary.
  • Plans affected: Every plan.
  • Why it happens: The link belongs to a different site from the one this service delivers to.
  • How to fix it: Paste a link from the platform the message names. If the link is right and the service is wrong, pick the service for that link's platform instead.
  • Where you see it: Start a boost, in the Order summary. The same family includes "Enter the link or @username to boost.", "That link contains invalid characters.", "Paste a web link that starts with https://." and "That link is too long."
  • Plans affected: Every plan.
  • Why it happens: The link is empty or too short, carries hidden characters picked up while copying, is not a web link, is far longer than a real link, or does not match the shape this service needs.
  • How to fix it: Delete the field's contents, copy the link again straight from the app or browser, and paste it. Match the shape shown in the hint under Link.

"You're the missing amount short for this order. Top up and your order will still be here."โ€‹

  • Where you see it: Start a boost, in the Order summary, followed by the link Top up your wallet. A cart line can show it as its reason. A shorter variant reads "You don't have enough to cover that order."
  • Plans affected: Every plan.
  • Why it happens: Your Boost credit and wallet Balance together do not cover the Total.
  • How to fix it:
    1. Press Top up your wallet and add at least the missing amount. Adding funds has the steps.
    2. Return to Start a boost in the same browser tab. Your service, link, quantity and options are filled in again.
    3. Press Launch boost.

"You just placed this exact boost โ€” check your Orders. If you meant to order it again, try once more in a moment."โ€‹

  • Where you see it: Start a boost, in the Order summary, or as the reason on a cart line.
  • Plans affected: Every plan.
  • Why it happens: You ordered the same boost moments ago. The second order is stopped in case it was an accidental double press.
  • How to fix it: Open the Orders page and confirm the first order is there. If you do want a second one, wait a little and press Launch boost again.

"Order Order ID couldn't be placed โ€” no provider accepted it. You were refunded in full."โ€‹

  • Where you see it: Start a boost, in the Order summary. If part of the order was paid from your wallet balance, a Refund issued notification arrives as well.
  • Plans affected: Every plan.
  • Why it happens: The order was charged, but no provider could take it. The whole charge went straight back to the balances it came from, and a coupon used on it can be used again. The order stays on Orders under Needs attention, with the refunded amount beside its charge.
  • How to fix it: Check that the link is correct and public, then try again later or choose a similar service. You owe nothing.

"Order Order ID couldn't be placed โ€” the provider didn't answer in time. You were refunded in full."โ€‹

  • Where you see it: Start a boost, in the Order summary.
  • Plans affected: Every plan.
  • Why it happens: The provider gave no clear answer, so the order was stopped and the whole charge was returned.
  • How to fix it: Wait a few minutes, then place the order again. You owe nothing for the refunded order. If anything about it looks wrong later, quote its Order ID to support.

"Order Order ID took too long to place and was automatically refunded โ€” please try again."โ€‹

  • Where you see it: Start a boost, in the Order summary.
  • Plans affected: Every plan.
  • Why it happens: Placing the order took longer than it should, and the automatic refund ran first. The whole charge is back in your balances.
  • How to fix it: Place the order again. It is a new order with a new Order ID.

"Order Order ID wasn't placed: Boost is paused for a short while. Please try again shortly. You were refunded in full."โ€‹

  • Where you see it: Start a boost, in the Order summary.
  • Plans affected: Every plan.
  • Why it happens: Boost became unavailable while your order was being placed. The charge was undone in the same moment.
  • How to fix it: Wait until the notice "Boost is unavailable right now" at the top of the Boost pages has gone, then launch again. Orders you already have are safe.

"Order Order ID was already placed for this request but couldn't be delivered and was refunded. Place it again as a new order."โ€‹

  • Where you see it: Start a boost, in the Order summary.
  • Plans affected: Every plan.
  • Why it happens: You pressed Launch boost again, without changing anything, after that same order had failed and been refunded. Nothing new was charged.
  • How to fix it: Press Launch boost once more. After this message the page starts a fresh order.

"Please verify your email before placing an order."โ€‹

  • Where you see it: Start a boost, in the Order summary.
  • Plans affected: Every plan.
  • Why it happens: The email address on your account has not been confirmed yet. Orders need a verified email.
  • How to fix it: Confirm your address by following Verify your email, then return to Start a boost and launch again.

"Your wallet is amount overdrawn. Top up to clear it and your account unlocks โ€” every credit, including anything you earn, comes straight off the balance first."โ€‹

  • Where you see it: Start a boost, in the Order summary, and the Cart page when you place a cart. A later variant says the time to clear the amount has passed and names what to top up.
  • Plans affected: Every plan.
  • Why it happens: Your wallet balance is below zero. No new order can start until it is cleared, and Boost credit cannot be used in the meantime.
  • How to fix it: Top up at least the amount in the message. Owing money explains what an overdrawn wallet means and how it is cleared.

"This device has an unpaid balance of amount on another Onflow Ads account."โ€‹

  • Where you see it: Start a boost and Cart. The message goes on to tell you to sign in to the account that owes the amount and top up, and says that everything here then unlocks.
  • Plans affected: Every plan.
  • Why it happens: Another Onflow Ads account owes money, and a new account does not clear what is owed. Ordering stays locked here until that amount is paid.
  • How to fix it: Sign in to the account that owes the amount and top it up. If you believe the message is wrong, contact support and quote it in full. The message itself says the block is reversible.

"Couldn't place that order."โ€‹

  • Where you see it: Start a boost, in the Order summary. Related lines are "Boost isn't set up yet. Please try again later." and "That order was already placed."
  • Plans affected: Every plan.
  • Why it happens: The request was refused without a specific reason, Boost had a temporary problem, or a double press meant your first press already placed the order.
  • How to fix it: Open Orders first to see whether the order exists. If it does not, launch it again.

The Launch boost button is grey and does nothingโ€‹

  • Where you see it: Start a boost, straight after pressing the button.
  • Plans affected: Every plan.
  • Why it happens: Your order is being placed. The button is switched off until the answer arrives, so a second press cannot create a second order.
  • How to fix it: Wait for the answer. Do not reload the page. If nothing appears, open Orders and check whether the order is listed.

An order shows Submitting, then Refundedโ€‹

  • Where you see it: The Orders page. The row ends with the sub-line "Refunded in full".
  • Plans affected: Every plan.
  • Why it happens: Placing the order was interrupted after the charge. The order is refunded in full automatically, and a coupon used on it is given back.
  • How to fix it: Wait; it settles by itself. If the row stays on Submitting for a long time, press Report a problem on it.

Plan limits when orderingโ€‹

Boost pages never print a plan name. When an order runs into a limit of your plan, you see a short sentence on the page: in the Order summary on Start a boost, or under the cart lines on Cart. You also see one notification with an Upgrade button that opens the pricing page. Boost limits by plan lists every figure. Locked services and locked options are covered on Troubleshooting Boost, under "This service is for Premium members".

"You have reached your live order limit."โ€‹

  • Where you see it: Start a boost, in the Order summary, or as the reason on a cart line. A notification with the same title adds "Upgrade to run more boosts at the same time."
  • Plans affected: Every plan. On Ultimate the sentence appears without the notification, because no higher plan exists.
  • Why it happens: You already have as many orders in progress as your plan allows at one time.
  • How to fix it: Open Orders, choose the In progress tab, and wait for orders to finish. To run more at once, press Upgrade.

"This boost is over your order limit."โ€‹

  • Where you see it: Start a boost, in the Order summary. The notification adds "Upgrade to place larger boosts in one go."
  • Plans affected: Every plan. On Ultimate the sentence appears without the notification.
  • Why it happens: The Total is higher than the largest single order your plan allows.
  • How to fix it: Lower the quantity, or split the boost into two smaller orders. To place it in one go, press Upgrade.

Cart and mass ordersโ€‹

These cards cover the Cart page, the Mass order dialog and the Add to cart button on Start a boost. Each cart line is placed as its own order, so one refused line never undoes the others.

  • Where you see it: Start a boost, in the Order summary, after pressing Add to cart.
  • Plans affected: Every plan.
  • Why it happens: The Link field is empty. A line needs a link before it can join the cart.
  • How to fix it: Paste the link, then press Add to cart again. The page confirms with "Added to cart."

"Your cart is empty. Add a service from the catalogue to batch several boosts into one order."โ€‹

  • Where you see it: The Cart page.
  • Plans affected: Every plan.
  • Why it happens: The cart has no lines. A cart lives in one browser tab only. It is empty after you close that tab, on another device, and after a cart has been placed.
  • How to fix it: Add the lines again. If you use Mass order, keep your rows in a text file so you can paste them again.

"Remove the unavailable line before placing this order."โ€‹

  • Where you see it: The Cart page. With more than one such line the message says "lines". Each one reads "Service no longer available" with an "unavailable" badge, and Place all boosts is grey.
  • Plans affected: Every plan.
  • Why it happens: A service in your cart was withdrawn, or is no longer open to your account, after you added it.
  • How to fix it: Press Remove on each badged line. Place all boosts becomes available again for the remaining lines.
  • Where you see it: The Cart page. The line itself shows "No link yet โ€” paste it here to place this line." with a field.
  • Plans affected: Every plan.
  • Why it happens: At least one cart line has no link.
  • How to fix it: Paste the link into the field on that line, then click or tab out of the field. Press Place all boosts again.

"Couldn't price this line just now."โ€‹

  • Where you see it: The Cart page, under a line's price. The totals area then reads "One or more lines couldn't be priced, so there is no total to show. Every line is priced by the server when the order is placed."
  • Plans affected: Every plan.
  • Why it happens: The price for that line could not be fetched at that moment. The line can still be placed, and it is priced when you place it.
  • How to fix it: Reload the page. If you want the exact price first, build the same line on Start a boost and read its Order summary.

"Estimate โ€” the server prices this line at checkout"โ€‹

  • Where you see it: The Cart page, under each line's price, with no Estimated total below the list.
  • Plans affected: Every plan. Only Lite and above can place a cart this long in one go.
  • Why it happens: The cart is long. Line prices are shown as estimates and each line gets its exact price when it is placed. Nothing is wrong.
  • How to fix it: Add up the estimates yourself and compare the sum with your Balance and Boost credit before pressing Place all boosts.

"N of M rows ready โ€” bad rows are skipped, never guessed"โ€‹

  • Where you see it: The Mass order dialog on the Cart page. With no good row at all, the Add lines to cart button stays grey.
  • Plans affected: Every plan.
  • Why it happens: Some rows cannot be read. A row is skipped when its service number is not in your Service numbers list, its link is empty, its quantity is not above zero, or its parts are not separated correctly. The dialog does not say which rows.
  • How to fix it: Open Service numbers in the dialog and check each row against it. Write one order per line as service number | link | quantity. The dialog's own note reads: "Bad rows are skipped, never guessed. If one order cannot carry every row, you are told when you place it and nothing is charged."

"Too many boosts for one order."โ€‹

  • Where you see it: The Cart page, after pressing Place all boosts. The notification adds "Upgrade to place more boosts at once."
  • Plans affected: Every plan. On Ultimate the sentence appears without the notification.
  • Why it happens: The cart holds more lines than your plan allows in one go. This is checked only when you place the cart, so nothing was placed or charged and the cart is intact.
  • How to fix it: Remove some lines and place the rest in a second cart. Boost limits by plan shows how many lines each plan allows. To place more at once, press Upgrade.

"N placed. Still in your cart โ€” service: reason"โ€‹

  • Where you see it: The Cart page, after pressing Place all boosts. Each line that stayed is listed with its own reason.
  • Plans affected: Every plan.
  • Why it happens: Some lines were placed and some were refused. The most common reasons are a balance that ran out part-way, a line that repeats one you placed moments ago, and a link in the wrong shape. Placed lines are charged and running. Refused lines cost nothing.
  • How to fix it: Fix what each reason names; every reason has its own card under "Placing an order" above. Then press Place all boosts again. The placed orders are on the Orders page.

"None of those boosts could be placed โ€” nothing was charged."โ€‹

  • Where you see it: The Cart page, after pressing Place all boosts. Sometimes the first line's own reason is shown instead.
  • Plans affected: Every plan.
  • Why it happens: Every line in the cart was refused. The cart is untouched.
  • How to fix it: Read the reason shown, fix it using its card on this page, and press Place all boosts again.

"Couldn't place those boosts."โ€‹

  • Where you see it: The Cart page. Related lines are "Add at least one item to order." and, as a line's reason, "This item couldn't be placed." or "Malformed item."
  • Plans affected: Every plan.
  • Why it happens: The request to place the cart did not go through, or one line failed without a clear reason.
  • How to fix it: Press Place all boosts again; a line that was already placed is not charged twice. Then open Orders to confirm what was placed. If one line keeps failing, remove it and build it again on Start a boost.

The cart discount is missing from the line pricesโ€‹

  • Where you see it: The Cart page and, afterwards, the charges on the Orders page.
  • Plans affected: Free does not have the cart discount. Lite and above get it only in the cases below.
  • Why it happens: The discount applies when at least two lines are placed together. A single line does not qualify. It also drops away when refusals leave fewer than two lines to place, for example a wrong link, a repeated line, or a balance that covers one line only.
  • How to fix it: Before placing, check that the cart has at least two valid, different lines and that your balances cover them together. Boost pricing and discounts explains every discount.

Tracking, exporting and reportingโ€‹

These cards cover the Orders page: the tabs, the order rows, Export CSV and the Report a problem dialog.

"No orders in this view yet. Boosts you place show up here with live progress."โ€‹

  • Where you see it: The Orders page. A variant reads "None of the orders loaded so far are in this view. Show older orders to look further back."
  • Plans affected: Every plan.
  • Why it happens: The tab you chose has no order among those loaded so far. The page loads your newest orders first. An order that stopped short or was refunded is under Needs attention, not Completed.
  • How to fix it: Switch to the All tab, then press Show older orders to look further back.

"Couldn't load older orders."โ€‹

  • Where you see it: The Orders page, under the list, after pressing Show older orders. Related lines are "Orders are unavailable right now." and "Please sign in."
  • Plans affected: Every plan.
  • Why it happens: The request for the next batch of orders failed. The orders already on the page stay there.
  • How to fix it: Press Show older orders again. If it repeats, reload the page, and sign in again if you are asked to.

An order shows Partially delivered, Canceled, Refunded or Errorโ€‹

  • Where you see it: The Orders page, under the Needs attention tab, with "amount refunded" on the row. You also receive a notification.
  • Plans affected: Every plan.
  • Why it happens: Delivery stopped short, the order was cancelled, or it failed. What was delivered is kept and paid for. The undelivered share was refunded automatically to the balances that paid. Refunded means nothing arrived and the whole charge came back. Error means no provider accepted the order when you launched it, and the whole charge came back, or the order failed after part of it arrived.
  • How to fix it: You do not need to do anything about the money. To get the missing part, place a new boost. If the refund looks wrong, press Report a problem on the row.

The delivered count does not moveโ€‹

  • Where you see it: The Orders page, in the "delivered of ordered" figure on a row that is still in progress.
  • Plans affected: Every plan.
  • Why it happens: Some services start slowly, drip-feed spreads delivery out on purpose, and a provider can have a queue. The order is still live and nothing is lost. An order that never finishes is settled as failed, and you are refunded for what did not arrive.
  • How to fix it: Wait. If the count has not moved for several days, press Report a problem on the row.

"The provider kept reporting an error, so the order was settled as failed"โ€‹

  • Where you see it: The Delivery feed on the Boost Overview page, as a line for that order. On the Orders page the order reads Error, or Refunded when nothing had arrived.
  • Plans affected: Every plan.
  • Why it happens: The provider stopped giving a usable answer about the order for a long time, so the order was closed. What had arrived is kept and paid for. The share that did not arrive was refunded automatically to the balances that paid.
  • How to fix it: You do not need to do anything about the money. To get the missing part, place a new boost, with another service if this one failed twice. If the refund looks wrong, press Report a problem on the row.

"CSV export is a Premium feature"โ€‹

  • Where you see it: A notification after pressing the dimmed Export CSV button on the Orders page. It adds "Upgrade to download every order as a spreadsheet." The button's tooltip reads "CSV export is not available on this account."
  • Plans affected: Free.
  • Why it happens: Order export is included from Lite upwards. On Free nothing is downloaded.
  • How to fix it: Press Upgrade to see the plans, or read your orders on the page with Show older orders.

The export download fails part-wayโ€‹

  • Where you see it: Your browser's download list, after pressing Export CSV. The Orders page shows no message.
  • Plans affected: Lite and above.
  • Why it happens: The download was interrupted before it finished. You never receive a shortened file; an interrupted export produces no file at all.
  • How to fix it: Wait a moment and press Export CSV again. A weak connection is the usual cause, so try a steadier one for a long order history.

"Tell us what went wrong."โ€‹

  • Where you see it: The Report a problem dialog on the Orders page, after pressing Send report.
  • Plans affected: Every plan.
  • Why it happens: The What happened? box is empty, so there is nothing to send.
  • How to fix it: Describe the problem in a sentence or two, then press Send report. The order's details are attached for you.

"Support access for this account has been restricted. If you believe this is a mistake, email the support address."โ€‹

  • Where you see it: The Report a problem dialog, after pressing Send report.
  • Plans affected: Every plan.
  • Why it happens: Support access has been restricted on this account, so no ticket was created.
  • How to fix it: Email the address shown in the message. Include the Order ID and what went wrong.

"Couldn't send that report."โ€‹

  • Where you see it: The Report a problem dialog. Related lines are "Order not found." and "We couldn't find your account email โ€” please contact support directly."
  • Plans affected: Every plan.
  • Why it happens: The report did not go through, the order does not belong to the account you are signed in to, or the account has no email address on file. No ticket was created.
  • How to fix it: Press Send report again. If it still fails, open https://onflowads.com/support and quote the Order ID from the row.
  • Where you see it: The Orders page. A row shows the service, the counts, the charge and the Order ID only.
  • Plans affected: Every plan. Free also has no export.
  • Why it happens: The link is not part of the order row.
  • How to fix it: On Lite and above, press Export CSV; the file lists the link and quantity of every order. On Free, keep your own note of links when you order.

Refills and delivery protectionโ€‹

A refill tops an order back up after the count drops. These cards cover the Refill button on the Orders page and the automatic protection on orders that carry a guarantee. A refill is free. Boost refills and delivery protection explains what is covered.

There is no Refill button on my orderโ€‹

  • Where you see it: The Orders page, on the order's row.
  • Plans affected: Every plan.
  • Why it happens: The button appears only when the service includes refills and the order is Completed or Partially delivered. An order still in progress, or one on a service without refills, has no button.
  • How to fix it: Wait until the order finishes. Before you buy next time, look for the refill window shown for the service in Start a boost.

"This service doesn't include a refill."โ€‹

  • Where you see it: A notice on the Orders page after pressing Refill.
  • Plans affected: Every plan.
  • Why it happens: The service stopped including refills after the button was shown on your page. Nothing was requested and nothing was charged.
  • How to fix it: Nothing can be done for this order. For the next one, choose a service that shows a refill window in Start a boost.

"You can request a refill once the order has finished delivering."โ€‹

  • Where you see it: A notice on the Orders page after pressing Refill.
  • Plans affected: Every plan.
  • Why it happens: The order is still being delivered. A refill can only start on a finished order.
  • How to fix it: Wait until the row reads Completed or Partially delivered, then press Refill.

"The N-day refill window for this order has closed."โ€‹

  • Where you see it: A notice on the Orders page after pressing Refill. The button can still be on the row after the window ends.
  • Plans affected: Every plan.
  • Why it happens: More days have passed since the order completed than its refill window allows. The order is no longer covered.
  • How to fix it: Place a new boost. If you want longer cover next time, Boost refills and delivery protection shows what each plan includes.

"A refill for this order was just requested."โ€‹

  • Where you see it: A notice on the Orders page after pressing Refill a second time.
  • Plans affected: Every plan.
  • Why it happens: You pressed Refill twice in quick succession. The first request stands and no second one was sent.
  • How to fix it: Nothing. Give the provider time to top the order back up.

"The provider couldn't start a refill right now. Please try again later."โ€‹

  • Where you see it: A notice on the Orders page after pressing Refill. Variants are "The provider couldn't start a refill: the provider's reason" and "Couldn't start a refill."
  • Plans affected: Every plan.
  • Why it happens: The provider refused the refill or could not be reached. No refill started and nothing was charged.
  • How to fix it: Try again later. If the count stays down, press Report a problem on the row. An order with a guarantee is still protected automatically.

"This order can't be refilled."โ€‹

  • Where you see it: A notice on the Orders page after pressing Refill.
  • Plans affected: Every plan.
  • Why it happens: The order never reached a provider, so there is nothing for a refill to act on.
  • How to fix it: Press Report a problem on the row and say that the refill was refused with this message.

The count dropped and nothing happened by itselfโ€‹

  • Where you see it: On your own channel or profile, after an order finished.
  • Plans affected: Free, Lite and Plus, when the order was placed without the Refill guarantee option. Every plan once the order's refill window has closed.
  • Why it happens: Automatic protection applies only to a Completed order that carries a guarantee and is still inside its window. Elite, Master and Ultimate include a guarantee on every order. On Free, Lite and Plus you add it with the Refill guarantee option when ordering.
  • How to fix it: If the row has a Refill button, press it. If it has none, the drop is not covered.

The guarantee credit is smaller than I expected, or did not come a second timeโ€‹

  • Where you see it: Your Boost credit, and the Delivery feed on the Boost Overview page, as "Delivery guarantee: amount boost credit for the part that dropped".
  • Plans affected: Orders with a guarantee: Elite, Master and Ultimate, and any plan when the Refill guarantee option was bought.
  • Why it happens: The credit matches the share of the order that dropped, not the whole charge. It is paid once per order, as Boost credit, when the provider cannot refill a covered order.
  • How to fix it: Nothing is missing. For a further drop on the same order, press Refill while the window is open. Boost credit cannot be withdrawn, but it pays for any boost.

A guaranteed order is not under the Guaranteed tabโ€‹

  • Where you see it: The Orders page.
  • Plans affected: Every plan.
  • Why it happens: The Guaranteed tab lists orders on which guarantee credit has been paid. It does not list every order that carries a guarantee.
  • How to fix it: Look under Completed. The order moves to Guaranteed only if credit is paid on it.

Cancelling an orderโ€‹

You cancel from the order's row on the Orders page. Cancelling is free, and anything undelivered is refunded once the provider confirms. Boost cancellations and refunds has the steps.

There is no Cancel button on my orderโ€‹

  • Where you see it: The Orders page, on the order's row.
  • Plans affected: Every plan.
  • Why it happens: The button appears only while an order is still being delivered and only on services that allow cancelling. A finished order, or one on a service that cannot be cancelled, has no button.
  • How to fix it: Let the order finish; anything undelivered is refunded automatically. If it must be stopped, press Report a problem on the row.

"This service doesn't support cancellation."โ€‹

  • Where you see it: In the support chat, when you ask the assistant to cancel an order. The Orders page hides the button instead. A related line is "This order can't be cancelled."
  • Plans affected: Every plan.
  • Why it happens: The order's service cannot be cancelled once it has started, or the order never reached a provider. Nothing changed and nothing was refunded.
  • How to fix it: Let the order run to its end. If you see "This order can't be cancelled." on the Orders page, press Report a problem on the row and quote the Order ID.

"This order can no longer be cancelled."โ€‹

  • Where you see it: The Orders page after pressing Cancel, usually on a page that has been open for a while.
  • Plans affected: Every plan.
  • Why it happens: The order finished before your cancel arrived. Any refund due was already paid automatically.
  • How to fix it: Reload Orders and read the row's status and the line under its charge.

"A cancellation for this order was just requested. Anything undelivered is refunded as soon as the provider confirms."โ€‹

  • Where you see it: A notice on the Orders page after pressing Cancel again, or from a second tab.
  • Plans affected: Every plan.
  • Why it happens: Your first cancel request is already recorded. Nothing extra was sent.
  • How to fix it: Wait. Do not keep pressing Cancel; it does not speed the provider up.

"The provider couldn't cancel this order right now. Please try again later."โ€‹

  • Where you see it: A notice on the Orders page after pressing Cancel. A variant reads "The provider couldn't cancel this order: the provider's reason".
  • Plans affected: Every plan.
  • Why it happens: The provider refused the cancel or could not be reached. The order keeps running and nothing was refunded.
  • How to fix it: Try again later. If it keeps failing, press Report a problem on the row.

"Boost is paused for a short while. Please try again shortly."โ€‹

  • Where you see it: A notice on the Orders page after pressing Cancel or Refill. After Refill it can read "Boost is paused for a short while. Nothing was charged. Your existing orders are safe and carry on once it is back."
  • Plans affected: Every plan.
  • Why it happens: Boost is temporarily unavailable. Nothing was sent and the order is unchanged.
  • How to fix it: Try again once the notice "Boost is unavailable right now" has gone from the top of the page. Your orders carry on when Boost is back.

The order still reads In progress after I cancelledโ€‹

  • Where you see it: The Orders page. The row can also read Submitted.
  • Plans affected: Every plan.
  • Why it happens: The status changes only when the provider confirms the cancel. Delivery can continue until then, and you pay for what arrives.
  • How to fix it: Wait. The page refreshes itself while it is open. When the provider confirms, the row reads Canceled, or Refunded if nothing was delivered.

"Couldn't cancel that order."โ€‹

  • Where you see it: The Orders page after pressing Cancel.
  • Plans affected: Every plan.
  • Why it happens: The request failed without a reason. Usually nothing happened.
  • How to fix it: Reload Orders, check the row's status, and press Cancel once more if the button is still there.

Refundsโ€‹

Boost refunds are automatic. You pay for what was delivered, and the undelivered share goes back to the balance it came from. Where a refund lands covers refunds across the whole platform.

The refund is smaller than I expectedโ€‹

  • Where you see it: The Orders page, in the line "Paid only for what was delivered ยท amount refunded" under the charge.
  • Plans affected: Every plan.
  • Why it happens: Delivery carried on between your cancel and the provider's confirmation. Delivered units are paid for, so only the undelivered share came back.
  • How to fix it: Compare the "delivered of ordered" figure on the row with the refund. If the two do not agree, press Report a problem.

"Refund under review by our team"โ€‹

  • Where you see it: The Delivery feed on the Boost Overview page, as a line for that order.
  • Plans affected: Every plan.
  • Why it happens: The order ended with a refund due, and the refund could not be paid automatically. It is owed to you and our team has been alerted.
  • How to fix it: You do not need to do anything. The product gives no time for this. If you would rather not wait, contact support with the Order ID.

A refund came back as two amountsโ€‹

  • Where you see it: Your wallet history and your Boost credit.
  • Plans affected: Every plan.
  • Why it happens: The order was paid partly with Boost credit and partly from your wallet. Each balance is repaid in the proportion it paid. The Boost credit part is labelled "Boost refund".
  • How to fix it: Add the two amounts together. The "amount refunded" figure on the order's row is the total.

Refunded money cannot be withdrawnโ€‹

  • Where you see it: The Wallet page, after a Boost refund.
  • Plans affected: Every plan.
  • Why it happens: Part of the order was paid from balance that could not be withdrawn in the first place, such as a bonus. That part returns exactly as it was. Boost credit also returns as Boost credit.
  • How to fix it: Nothing is lost. The money can be spent anywhere on the platform. Where a refund lands explains the balance types.

A delivery proof page is a public page that shows what one finished order delivered, with no price and no buyer. Boost delivery proof pages describes it in full.

  • Where you see it: The Orders page, on the order's row.
  • Plans affected: Every plan.
  • Why it happens: Only a Completed or Partially delivered order has a proof page, so an order in any other status never carries the button. A finished order's row can also be without it.
  • How to fix it: If your finished order has no button, press Report a problem on that row and tell support the button is missing, with the Order ID shown on the row. The dashboard has no other place to copy the link.
  • Where you see it: In the browser, when you or someone else opens a proof link.
  • Plans affected: Every plan, and visitors who are not signed in.
  • Why it happens: The link was cut short while copying, or it is the Order ID alone without the rest of the link. The same screen appears when the order is not finished or ended as Refunded, Canceled or Error, because there is no delivery to show.
  • How to fix it: Copy the whole link again and paste it without trimming anything. Check on Orders that the order reads Completed or Partially delivered.
  • Where you see it: On the proof page, in place of the link that was boosted.
  • Plans affected: Every plan.
  • Why it happens: The order was delivered to an invite link. An invite link is never published, so that anyone who opens the proof page cannot use it to join.
  • How to fix it: Nothing. This is how the page protects your invite link. The rest of the page is complete.

The Count tile is missing, or the page shows Partially deliveredโ€‹

  • Where you see it: On the proof page.
  • Plans affected: Every plan.
  • Why it happens: The Count tile appears only when a starting count was recorded for the order. Partially delivered means fewer units arrived than were ordered. Ordered and Delivered are exact in both cases, and the page never mentions money.
  • How to fix it: Nothing. Share the page as it is; the Delivered tile is the figure to rely on.

Still stuck?โ€‹

For a problem with one order, press Report a problem on its row on the Orders page. This is the best route, because the report carries the order's details for you. You get a reference to quote if you follow up.

For anything else, open https://onflowads.com/support. It opens the support chat whether you are signed in or not. Include:

  • what you were doing, and on which page;
  • the exact message you saw;
  • the Order ID shown on the row (it looks like OFB-000-0000);
  • the time it happened.

Help and support lists every way to reach us.

These pages cover the tasks behind the cards above, and the two other Boost troubleshooting pages.
