Troubleshooting Boost

This page covers problems you can meet before an order exists and around your account: opening Boost, the Overview page, the price pages, the order form, coupons, Boost credit, referrals and notifications. Find the message you see, or the thing that is not working.

Two other pages cover the rest of Boost:

Opening Boost and loading a page

These problems can appear on any Boost page of the website. In every one of them nothing is charged and nothing is ordered.

Boost opens the sign-in page instead

  • Where you see it:

Any Boost dashboard page on the website. The browser shows the sign-in page instead of Boost.

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan.

  • Why it happens:

You are not signed in, or you were signed out since your last visit. Nothing on your account changed.

  • How to fix it:

Sign in. You land on the Boost page you asked for. If you cannot sign in, see Signing in.

Boost opens the email verification page

  • Where you see it:

Any Boost dashboard page on the website. The browser shows the email verification page instead of Boost.

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan.

  • Why it happens:

The email address on your account is not verified yet. Boost opens only for a verified address.

  • How to fix it:

Verify your email address, then open Boost again. The steps are on Verifying your email.

"Connect your Telegram to continue."

  • Where you see it:

Boost β†’ Start a boost, in the Order summary, and Cart, under the cart lines, when you ask for a price, launch a boost or place the cart from a tab that was already open. When you open a Boost page fresh, you land on the connect-Telegram screen instead.

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan.

  • Why it happens:

Your account is not connected to Telegram yet. If the account was created through Telegram and has no email address of its own, the sentence reads "Add your email address to continue." Nothing was charged and nothing was placed.

  • How to fix it:

Finish the step the screen asks for, then return to Boost. The page you wanted reopens. See Connecting your Telegram. Refill, Cancel and Report a problem on orders you already have keep working in the meantime.

"Boost is unavailable right now"

  • Where you see it:

A notice at the top of every Boost page. It continues: "New orders, Auto-Boost rules and top-ups can't be placed until it is back. Your existing orders are safe and carry on once it returns." If you press a button anyway, the line under the form reads "Boost is paused for a short while. Nothing was charged. Your existing orders are safe and carry on once it is back."

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan.

  • Why it happens:

Boost is temporarily unavailable for everyone. Nothing was charged. Orders already running keep their place and carry on when Boost returns.

  • How to fix it:

Wait. The notice disappears on its own when Boost is back, and you can order again. You do not need to contact support.

"We couldn't load this just now. Nothing has changed on your account β€” this page tries again on its own."

  • Where you see it:

In place of a list on Boost β†’ Overview, Orders or Start a boost. On Start a boost the wording is "We couldn't load the boosters" with "Nothing was ordered or charged. This page tries again on its own." Balance and Boost credit show a dash.

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan.

  • Why it happens:

The page could not load your account details when it opened, usually because of a weak connection or a short interruption. The page shows a dash instead of a figure it cannot confirm.

  • How to fix it:

Wait a moment, or reload the page. If the dashes stay, check your balance on the Wallet page. Your money and orders are unaffected.

  • Where you see it:

As a line of text on the page after you press a button on a Boost page other than Overview. On Start a boost the line is in the Order summary. Before that, Start a boost can read "No boosters available right now", Orders can look empty and the balances can show a dash.

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan.

  • Why it happens:

You were signed out, for example in another tab, while this Boost page stayed open. Nothing was charged or placed.

  • How to fix it:

Reload the page and sign in again. Then repeat what you were doing.

"You appear to be offline. Check your connection and try again."

  • Where you see it:

As a line of text on any Boost page, after you press a button. On Start a boost the line is in the Order summary.

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan.

  • Why it happens:

Your request did not get through because the connection dropped. The page cannot tell whether an order you had just launched was received.

  • How to fix it:
    1. Restore your connection.
    2. If you were placing an order or a cart, open Orders and look for it first.
    3. If it is not there, press the same button again without changing anything in the order. A repeat of the same order is recognised and is not charged twice.

"Too many attempts. Please wait a minute and try again."

  • Where you see it:

As a line of text on the Boost pages, after any of these: asking for a price, trying coupons, launching a boost, placing a cart, Export CSV, Refill, Cancel or Report a problem.

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan.

  • Why it happens:

You repeated the same action many times in a short while. The action was refused, and nothing was charged or changed.

  • How to fix it:

Stop pressing, wait, then try once. If the message returns, wait longer before the next try.

"Something went wrong on our side and this did not go through. Nothing was changed. Quote the reference if you tell us about it."

  • Where you see it:

As a line of text on any Boost page, after you press a button. On Start a boost the line is in the Order summary. Three related messages mean the same kind of problem: "The site is busy right now and this did not go through. Please try again in a moment.", "Something went wrong. Please try again." and a sentence that begins "This feature is temporarily unavailable".

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan.

  • Why it happens:

The website had a problem or a very busy moment. Your action did not go through and nothing was changed on your account.

  • How to fix it:

Try again after a moment. If the sentence with a reference keeps coming back, copy the reference it quotes and send it to support at onflowads.com/support with what you were doing.

The "checked" time keeps counting and the figures look old

  • Where you see it:

Boost β†’ Overview and Orders, in the wallet strip, next to Balance and Boost credit. The label reads "monitor live Β· checked" followed by a time that keeps growing.

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan.

  • Why it happens:

The page refreshes its figures on its own while you look at it. Refreshing pauses while the tab is in the background, and it can also stop when the connection is poor. The numbers on screen may then be out of date.

  • How to fix it:

Click into the tab. It refreshes at once. If the time keeps growing, reload the page.

  • Where you see it:

As a line of text or a notice on any Boost page (website). The sentence is short and names what is missing or no longer there, for example a service, a link, a quantity, a message, an order or a rule.

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan.

  • Why it happens:

The page was out of date when you pressed the button. It had been open for a long time or in two tabs, a button was pressed twice, or you followed a saved link to something that has since changed. The action was refused. Nothing was charged and nothing was changed.

  • How to fix it:

Reload the page so it shows today's state, fill in the form again and press the button once. If the same sentence returns on a fresh page, copy it word for word and send it to support at onflowads.com/support.

The Overview page

The Boost Overview page shows your balances, your channel's figures and the boosts being delivered. Most of these cards describe an empty or unexpected figure, not a fault with your account.

"no history yet"

  • Where you see it:

Boost β†’ Overview, on a channel tile (Members, Avg views, Reactions or Shares), where the change over time would be.

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan.

  • Why it happens:

A tile needs readings from at least two different days before it can show a change. A reading is taken on a day you open Boost, so a new channel has none to compare.

  • How to fix it:

Open Boost on two different days and the change line appears. You can order boosts without it.

"Add your channel to see it here"

  • Where you see it:

Boost β†’ Overview, as a card in place of the channel tiles. It continues: "Connect a Telegram channel to unlock live Members, Views, Reactions and Shares tiles, 14-day history and the growth projection. You can still boost any post link without one."

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan.

  • Why it happens:

No channel is connected to your account, so there are no channel figures to show. Ordering still works for any link.

  • How to fix it:

Press Add channel and enter your channel's public username or link. See Adding a channel. You can also skip this step and boost a link straight away.

  • Where you see it:

Boost β†’ Overview, in the Add a Telegram channel dialog, after pressing Add channel. The dialog stays open. Its own note reads: "Enter the public @username or the t.me link. We check the bot's access and your real reach."

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan.

  • Why it happens:

The Channel field was empty. Other refusals in the same dialog explain themselves: "Enter a public Telegram link, e.g. https://t.me/yourchannel.", "That channel isn't public, or it doesn't exist. Only public Telegram channels can be listed.", "You've already added that channel.", "We couldn't reach Telegram from our server right now. Please try again in a moment." and a request to add the bot to the channel as an administrator. If no reason is given, the line reads "Couldn't add that channel." No channel was added.

  • How to fix it:

Enter the public @username or link of your channel and follow the sentence shown. Every add-a-channel message is explained on Adding a channel.

"Nothing in flight. Boosts you order appear here while they deliver."

  • Where you see it:

Boost β†’ Overview, in the In flight panel. The Delivery feed panel has its own empty line: "No delivery activity yet. Completed runs and payouts show up here."

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan.

  • Why it happens:

None of your newest orders is being delivered right now, or there has been no Boost activity yet. The In flight panel shows only a few orders at a time, so an older running order may not appear in it.

  • How to fix it:

Open Orders for the complete list. If you have never ordered, there is nothing to fix.

The Volume rung card shows a dash

  • Where you see it:

Boost β†’ Overview, in the row of three figures, on the Volume rung card.

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan.

  • Why it happens:

The volume level is earned from your lifetime Boost spend. A dash means you have not reached the first level yet, so no volume discount applies. A dash also shows for a moment while the page loads.

  • How to fix it:

Nothing to do. The level name appears on its own once your delivered orders reach the first level. See Boost pricing and discounts.

Boosters available shows 0

  • Where you see it:

Boost β†’ Overview, in the row of three figures, on the Boosters available card.

  • Plans affected:

Every plan. It is more likely on Free.

  • Why it happens:

The figure counts only the services you can order now. It is 0 when no service is on sale at the moment, or when every service in the catalogue is locked for your plan.

  • How to fix it:

Open Start a boost. If it reads "No boosters available right now", come back later. If the cards carry a Locked overlay, press one and use Upgrade, or see Boost limits by plan.

The Volume rung dropped a level

  • Where you see it:

Boost β†’ Overview, on the Volume rung card. The level is lower than before, or back to a dash.

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan.

  • Why it happens:

An order of yours was refunded. Refunded spend no longer counts toward your lifetime Boost spend, so the level can step down. Later orders are priced at the lower level.

  • How to fix it:

Nothing to do. Delivered orders build the level back up.

Public price pages and comparing services

The price pages are open to everyone, signed in or not, and show the same list prices to every plan. A price is not affected by any of these messages.

"Our catalogue is being finalised β€” create an account to be first in."

  • Where you see it:

On the public Boost prices page, where the price list would be. A platform page shows "Our Platform catalogue is being finalised β€” create a free account to be first in."

  • Plans affected:

    Signed out and every plan.

  • Why it happens:

No service is on sale at this moment, either across Boost or for that one platform. Nothing can be ordered there right now.

  • How to fix it:

Come back later. If one platform page is empty, open the full Boost prices page to see the other platforms.

"Couldn't load prices right now. Create an account to browse the full store."

  • Where you see it:

On the public Boost prices page, where the list would be. The page can also stay on "Loading live prices…".

  • Plans affected:

    Signed out and every plan.

  • Why it happens:

The price list did not load, usually because of a connection problem or a short interruption.

  • How to fix it:

Reload the page. If you have an account, you can also sign in and browse the same services in Boost β†’ Start a boost.

A Boost address shows the "page not found" screen

  • Where you see it:

In the browser, after opening or typing the address of a Boost price page that does not exist.

  • Plans affected:

    Signed out and every plan.

  • Why it happens:

The address is not one of the Boost platform pages. It may be mistyped, or copied from an old message.

  • How to fix it:

Open Boost prices and pick the platform from there. To reach your own Boost pages, sign in and open Boost from the dashboard.

  • Where you see it:

In the browser, after following a link to one service's own page. You land on that platform's price page, or on the full Boost prices page.

  • Plans affected:

    Signed out and every plan.

  • Why it happens:

That service is not on sale now. It was withdrawn, is switched off for the moment, or cannot be priced today. It may return later.

  • How to fix it:

Choose a similar service from the page you landed on. See Browsing Boost services and prices.

"No written reviews yet."

  • Where you see it:

On the public Boost prices page, in the reviews panel that opens when you press a service's rating. The panel can also read "Couldn't load reviews right now."

  • Plans affected:

    Signed out and every plan.

  • Why it happens:

Buyers rated the service with stars but none of them wrote a text. The second message means the reviews did not load.

  • How to fix it:

For the first message there is nothing to fix; the star rating still counts. For the second, close the panel and open it again a little later.

The Compare button stays grey

  • Where you see it:

On the public Boost prices page, in the bar that appears after you tick a Compare box. The hint beside it reads "Add one more".

  • Plans affected:

    Signed out and every plan.

  • Why it happens:

A comparison needs at least two services, and only one is ticked.

  • How to fix it:

Tick Compare on a second service. The button becomes active. See Comparing Boost services.

A fifth Compare tick will not stay

  • Where you see it:

On the public Boost prices page. The fifth box unticks itself, and the hint in the compare bar reads "Limit reached".

  • Plans affected:

    Signed out and every plan.

  • Why it happens:

You can compare up to four services at once, and four are already selected.

  • How to fix it:

Untick one of the four, then tick the service you want. Clear empties the whole selection.

The comparison page is not found, or shows fewer services than I chose

  • Where you see it:

On the Compare boost services page, usually after opening a comparison link that was saved or shared earlier.

  • Plans affected:

    Signed out and every plan.

  • Why it happens:

The comparison is rebuilt from today's price list on every visit. A service that has been withdrawn or cannot be priced now is left out. When none of the services is left, the page is not found.

  • How to fix it:

Open Boost prices, tick the services you want to compare today and press Compare again.

The Order button opens Overview, not the service I chose

  • Where you see it:

After pressing Order on the comparison page, Order this boost on a service page, or Open the store on a price page. If you are signed out, you are asked to sign in first.

  • Plans affected:

    Signed out and every plan.

  • Why it happens:

These buttons open the Boost Overview page. The service you were looking at is not carried over.

  • How to fix it:

Open Start a boost and find the service by its name. The Cheapest sort helps when you remember the price.

The calculator figure differs from the Order summary

  • Where you see it:

The Price calculator on the public Boost prices page, compared with the Total in the Order summary on Start a boost.

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan.

  • Why it happens:

The calculator multiplies the list price by the quantity and nothing else. Its own note says so: "Estimated list price. Sign in to see the price you pay at checkout, with volume breaks and any coupon applied." It knows nothing about your discounts or the options you switch on.

  • How to fix it:

Rely on the Total in the Order summary. That is the amount you are charged. See Getting a Boost quote.

The catalogue and order options in Start a boost

The Boost pages never print a plan name. An option your plan does not include is dimmed, and reaching for it shows one notification with an Upgrade button. "Premium" in those notifications means any paid plan; each card below names the real plan.

"No boosters available right now"

  • Where you see it:

Boost β†’ Start a boost, where the service cards would be. It continues: "The catalogue is being set up. Nothing can be ordered until services are published β€” please check back shortly."

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan.

  • Why it happens:

No service is on sale at this moment. The same text can also show when you were signed out while the page stayed open.

  • How to fix it:

Reload the page. If you are asked to sign in, do so. If the message is still there, come back later.

"This service is for Premium members"

  • Where you see it:

Boost β†’ Start a boost, as a notification after you press a service card with a Locked overlay. It continues: "Upgrade to order from the members-only catalogue." If a launch is refused for the same reason, the line in the Order summary reads "This service is for Premium members."

  • Plans affected:

Free, for members-only services. Any plan, for a service that needs a higher plan than yours.

  • Why it happens:

The service is not included in your plan, so the card cannot be selected. Nothing was charged.

  • How to fix it:

Choose a service without the Locked overlay, or press Upgrade to see the plans. Members-only services open on Lite and above; see Boost limits by plan.

"That service is temporarily unavailable."

  • Where you see it:

Boost β†’ Start a boost, in the Order summary. The sentence can end with a short reason in brackets, or read "This service can't be ordered right now."

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan.

  • Why it happens:

The service cannot be priced or ordered at this moment. It is not a problem with your account, and nothing was charged.

  • How to fix it:

Pick a similar service, or try this one again later.

"That service isn't available."

  • Where you see it:

Boost β†’ Start a boost, in the Order summary, or Cart, under the cart lines, when you ask for a price, launch a boost or place a cart line.

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan.

  • Why it happens:

The service was withdrawn while your page was open. Nothing was charged.

  • How to fix it:

Reload the page and choose a service from the current catalogue. A withdrawn service cannot be ordered.

"Priority delivery is a Premium feature"

  • Where you see it:

Boost β†’ Start a boost, as a notification after you press the dimmed Priority delivery switch. It continues: "Upgrade and your boosts go to the front of the queue."

  • Plans affected:

    Free and Lite.

  • Why it happens:

Priority delivery is available on Plus and above. The switch stays off and nothing is charged.

  • How to fix it:

Order without it, or press Upgrade to see the plans.

"Drip-feed is a Premium feature"

  • Where you see it:

Boost β†’ Start a boost, as a notification after you press the dimmed Drip-feed switch. It continues: "Upgrade to spread a boost over hours or days, so growth looks natural."

  • Plans affected:

    Free.

  • Why it happens:

Drip-feed is available on Lite and above. The switch stays off.

  • How to fix it:

Order the boost in one delivery, or press Upgrade to see the plans.

"This service can't be delivered in batches."

  • Where you see it:

Boost β†’ Start a boost, as a line under the option switches, with Drip-feed dimmed. If you press Launch boost with drip-feed still on, the line in the Order summary reads "This service can't be delivered in batches β€” turn drip-feed off to order it."

  • Plans affected:

    Lite and above.

  • Why it happens:

The service you selected is delivered in one go. Drip-feed is switched off for it. Nothing was charged.

  • How to fix it:

Order it without Drip-feed, or select a service that supports it.

The Refill guarantee switch is missing

  • Where you see it:

Boost β†’ Start a boost, in the Options section. In place of the switch there is a badge that begins "Included" and names a refill guarantee in days.

  • Plans affected:

    Elite, Master and Ultimate.

  • Why it happens:

Your plan already includes a refill guarantee on every order, at no charge. There is nothing extra to buy, so the switch is not shown.

  • How to fix it:

Nothing to do. Every order you place carries the guarantee named on the badge. See Boost refills and delivery protection.

"Close to your order limit"

  • Where you see it:

Boost β†’ Start a boost, as a notification while you set the quantity. It continues: "Upgrade to place larger boosts in one go."

  • Plans affected:

Free, Lite, Plus, Elite and Master.

  • Why it happens:

The Total is near the largest single order your plan allows. It is a notice only; the order can still be placed.

  • How to fix it:

Carry on if this order is the size you want. For a larger purchase, split it into two orders or upgrade. The limit for each plan is on Boost limits by plan.

There is no Projection card

  • Where you see it:

Boost β†’ Start a boost, beside the order form, where a card headed "Projection" can appear.

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan.

  • Why it happens:

The card is drawn only when the link you pasted belongs to one of your connected channels, and that channel has readings from at least two different days. Without a channel, or with a link to something else, it stays hidden.

  • How to fix it:

Nothing needs fixing. The card is an estimate and never affects the order or its price.

The Order summary, prices and coupons

The Total in the Order summary is the amount you are charged. These cards cover a price that will not settle, a coupon that is refused and a price that is not what you expected.

"Estimate β€” confirming price…" does not go away

  • Where you see it:

Boost β†’ Start a boost, as a dimmed row in the Order summary.

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan.

  • Why it happens:

The page asked for the exact price and has not received it yet. The dimmed figure is a rough estimate, not the price.

  • How to fix it:

Change the quantity to ask again. If the row stays, reload the page.

"Couldn't price that just now."

  • Where you see it:

Boost β†’ Start a boost, under the Order summary.

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan.

  • Why it happens:

The price could not be worked out this time, and no reason came back. Nothing was charged.

  • How to fix it:

Change the quantity and change it back, or reload the page. If it keeps happening for one service, choose another.

"This service sells minimum to maximum. The price below is for quantity."

  • Where you see it:

Boost β†’ Start a boost, under the Order summary, after you type a quantity.

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan.

  • Why it happens:

The quantity you typed is outside the range this service sells. The summary shows the price for the nearest quantity it can sell, not for the one you typed. Launch boost refuses the typed quantity.

  • How to fix it:

Type a quantity inside the range shown under the Quantity field, or press one of the quantity chips.

"That coupon code isn't valid."

  • Where you see it:

Boost β†’ Start a boost, in the Coupon section, after pressing Apply.

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan.

  • Why it happens:

There is no active coupon with that code. It may be mistyped or withdrawn. The code is dropped and the price is unchanged.

  • How to fix it:

Check the spelling and press Apply again, or press a coupon under Available to you.

"That coupon isn't active yet."

  • Where you see it:

Boost β†’ Start a boost, in the Coupon section, after pressing Apply.

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan.

  • Why it happens:

The coupon has a start date that has not arrived. The price is unchanged.

  • How to fix it:

Use the coupon from its start date, or order now without it.

"That coupon has expired."

  • Where you see it:

Boost β†’ Start a boost, in the Coupon section, after pressing Apply.

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan.

  • Why it happens:

The coupon's end date has passed. The price is unchanged.

  • How to fix it:

Order without it, or use a coupon under Available to you if one is listed.

"That coupon has been fully redeemed."

  • Where you see it:

Boost β†’ Start a boost, in the Coupon section after pressing Apply, or in the Order summary after pressing Launch boost.

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan.

  • Why it happens:

All uses of the coupon are taken. The last one can be taken between the moment the price was shown and the moment you launch. In that case the whole order is stopped: nothing is charged and no order is created.

  • How to fix it:

Clear the Have a code? field, press Apply to remove the coupon, then press Launch boost again.

"That coupon only applies to Platform boosts."

  • Where you see it:

Boost β†’ Start a boost, in the Coupon section, after pressing Apply. The message names the platform.

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan.

  • Why it happens:

The coupon is limited to one platform, and the service you selected is for another.

  • How to fix it:

Use the coupon on a service for the platform it names, or order this service without it.

"That coupon needs an order of at least amount."

  • Where you see it:

Boost β†’ Start a boost, in the Coupon section, after pressing Apply. The message states the amount.

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan.

  • Why it happens:

The coupon has a minimum order value, and this order's price is below it.

  • How to fix it:

Raise the quantity until the price reaches the amount in the message, then press Apply again.

"You've already used that coupon."

  • Where you see it:

Boost β†’ Start a boost, in the Coupon section after pressing Apply. It can also appear after pressing Launch boost, with nothing charged.

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan.

  • Why it happens:

Your account has used this coupon as many times as it allows.

  • How to fix it:

Clear the code, press Apply, and order without it.

"That coupon is for a first order only."

  • Where you see it:

Boost β†’ Start a boost, in the Coupon section after pressing Apply. It can also appear after pressing Launch boost, with nothing charged.

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan.

  • Why it happens:

The coupon is for a first Boost order, and your account already has one. An order that could not be placed and was refunded in full does not count as a first order.

  • How to fix it:

Clear the code, press Apply, and order without it.

"You've tried a lot of different coupon codes. Try again in an hour."

  • Where you see it:

Boost β†’ Start a boost, in the Coupon section, after pressing Apply.

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan.

  • Why it happens:

Many different codes were entered in a short time, so new codes are not accepted for a while. Ordering without a code still works.

  • How to fix it:

Wait as the message says, then enter the correct code once. In the meantime you can press a coupon listed under Available to you.

"Coupons aren't available right now."

  • Where you see it:

Boost β†’ Start a boost, in the Coupon section, after pressing Apply. A refusal with no reason reads "That coupon wasn't accepted."

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan.

  • Why it happens:

Coupons could not be checked at this moment. No coupon was applied and the price is unchanged.

  • How to fix it:

Press Apply again after a moment, or order without the coupon.

There is no Available to you list

  • Where you see it:

Boost β†’ Start a boost, in the Coupon section, above Have a code?.

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan.

  • Why it happens:

The list shows only coupons you can use on this exact order. It is hidden when none fits: wrong platform, order too small, already used, or no saving on this order.

  • How to fix it:

If you were given a code, type it under Have a code? and press Apply. It may still work.

The discount line ends "off at most"

  • Where you see it:

Boost β†’ Start a boost, on the discount row of the Order summary. The row can also end "(the rest comes back as boost credit)".

  • Plans affected:

Every plan. It is more likely on Elite, Master and Ultimate, with a high volume level or with a cart discount.

  • Why it happens:

Your plan, volume and cart discounts are added together, and their sum is limited. The row shows the percentage that came off the price.

  • How to fix it:

Nothing to do. When part of the discount could not come off the price, look for the Boost credit earned row in the same summary. See Boost pricing and discounts.

A coupon took off less than its face value

  • Where you see it:

Boost β†’ Start a boost, on the discount row of the Order summary, after a coupon was applied.

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan.

  • Why it happens:

A percentage coupon can carry a maximum saving, shown on its card as "up to" an amount. Discounts also cannot take a service below its lowest selling price. The row shows what was taken off.

  • How to fix it:

Nothing to do. The Total is the amount you are charged.

The Total is higher than the public price

  • Where you see it:

Boost β†’ Start a boost, in the Order summary, compared with the price on the public price pages for the same quantity.

  • Plans affected:

Every plan. Priority delivery is available on Plus and above. The Refill guarantee switch is shown on Free, Lite and Plus.

  • Why it happens:

An option that carries a charge is switched on. Priority delivery and Refill guarantee each add their own row to the summary.

  • How to fix it:

Switch off the option you do not need. The row disappears and the Total drops.

My price differs from someone else's or from last time

  • Where you see it:

Boost β†’ Start a boost, on a service card or in the Order summary.

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan.

  • Why it happens:

Your price is personal. It follows your plan's discount, your volume level and, where one has been agreed for your account, a negotiated rate. It also follows today's price list, which changes over time.

  • How to fix it:

Read the Order summary before you press Launch boost. The public price pages show the list price everyone shares.

Boost credit and the Referral Programme

Boost credit is a second balance that buys Boost orders only. The Referral Programme pays into it. Both work the same on every plan; the full description is on Boost credit and referrals.

Boost credit cannot be withdrawn

  • Where you see it:

On the Wallet page, where the balance is labelled Boost Credits, and on the Referral Programme page.

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan.

  • Why it happens:

Boost credit is made to be spent on Boost orders. It cannot be turned into cash.

  • How to fix it:

Spend it on boosts. It is used automatically, before your wallet balance, on every order you place.

The wallet was charged although I had Boost credit

  • Where you see it:

Boost β†’ Orders, on the order's row, and in your wallet activity.

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan.

  • Why it happens:

Your Boost credit covered only part of the Total. Boost credit is used first and the wallet pays the rest. The order's row shows both parts.

  • How to fix it:

Nothing was charged twice. Before you launch, the Paid from boost credit row in the Order summary shows how much the credit covers.

My Boost credit changed and I cannot find a statement

  • Where you see it:

The Boost credit figure in the wallet strip of any Boost page.

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan.

  • Why it happens:

There is no separate statement page. The figure moves when an order spends credit, a refund returns it, or a reward arrives or is taken back. Every movement is recorded with a label.

  • How to fix it:
    1. Read the Delivery feed on Boost β†’ Overview for the newest movements.
    2. For a fuller list, ask Onflow AI in the support chat for your Boost credit.
    3. For an older movement, contact support with its date and amount.

"Rebate reversed"

  • Where you see it:

As the label of a Boost credit movement, in the Delivery feed on Boost β†’ Overview.

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan.

  • Why it happens:

An order that earned you Boost credit through the Boost credit earned row was later refunded, in part or in full. The matching share of that credit was taken back. Your credit never goes below zero because of it.

  • How to fix it:

Nothing to do. The refund for the order itself is separate; see Boost cancellations and refunds.

A referral signed up but I earned nothing

  • Where you see it:

On the Referral Programme page. The person is listed under Your referrals. While nobody has earned you anything yet, Commission history reads "No commission yet. You earn the moment one of your referrals tops up their wallet."

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan.

  • Why it happens:

You earn when a referral pays for a top-up and that payment settles. Signing up alone earns nothing. Promotional credit, deposit bonuses and adjustments made by our team are not payments, so they earn nothing either.

  • How to fix it:

Nothing to do. Your commission arrives as Boost credit when their first top-up settles.

A referral is marked Under review

  • Where you see it:

On the Referral Programme page, in the Status column of your referrals. A note under the table says of such a referral: "It stays yours, but nothing it pays earns you credit until a person has looked at it."

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan.

  • Why it happens:

The referral is on hold until a member of our team has reviewed it. No commission is paid while the hold stands. Referring yourself is not a referral.

  • How to fix it:

If the referral is a different person, contact support at onflowads.com/support and say so. A person reviews it.

"Sign-ups that did not count"

  • Where you see it:

On the Referral Programme page, as a card that appears only when it has something to list. It begins: "A programme rule stopped these referrals from counting."

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan.

  • Why it happens:

Someone signed up through your link, and a rule of the programme stopped the sign-up from counting. The Signed up figure did not move and nothing is earned from that person. They keep their own account.

  • How to fix it:

Read the reason on the card. Where a review is possible, the card offers a contact support link; use it and give the details it asks for.

"Referral commission reversed"

  • Where you see it:

As the label of a Boost credit movement, in the Delivery feed on Boost β†’ Overview and in the Boost credit card that Onflow AI shows in the support chat.

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan.

  • Why it happens:

A top-up made by one of your referrals was refunded. The commission that top-up paid you was taken back with it.

  • How to fix it:

Nothing to do. Commissions from their other top-ups are not affected.

The referral figures look behind

  • Where you see it:

On the Referral Programme page, next to the chip that reads "Updated" followed by a time.

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan.

  • Why it happens:

The page shows figures from a recent snapshot, not a live count. A new sign-up or commission appears straight away; other figures follow with the next update. The page states how often that is.

  • How to fix it:

Press the chip to refresh, or look again a little later. If the chip reads "Couldn't load β€” tap to retry", press it.

  • Where you see it:

On the Referral Programme page, when Signed up is lower than Link clicks.

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan.

  • Why it happens:

A click becomes a referral only when that person creates a new account after opening your link, within the period your Referral Programme page states. People who only look, who already have an account, or who sign up after that period are not counted. A referral cannot be added afterwards.

  • How to fix it:

Ask people to sign up soon after opening your link. The Referral Programme page states the period that counts.

Notifications and the Telegram bot

Boost is run on the website. The bot @OnflowAdsBot brings the website's notifications about your orders into your Telegram chat, and it has no Boost menu of its own.

No Telegram message or email arrived about my order

  • Where you see it:

In Telegram or in your inbox, after an order finished, stopped short or was refunded.

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan.

  • Why it happens:

The order itself is unaffected. A Telegram message needs a connected Telegram account and a bot you have started. Messages also follow your notification settings: the Orders or Payments row may be switched off, or Email frequency may be set to a digest. The "Wallet charged" notice is never emailed; it arrives in Telegram and in the bell on the website only.

  • How to fix it:
    1. Open Boost β†’ Orders to see the order's real state. The bell on the website always has the notice.
    2. Open Notifications, choose Settings, and check the Orders and Payments rows and Email frequency.
    3. For Telegram messages, connect your Telegram and send /start to the bot. See Starting the bot.

The bot answers "Welcome to Onflow Ads" when I try to use Boost

  • Where you see it:

In your chat with @OnflowAdsBot, after sending a message to order, track or refill a boost. The reply carries one button, Open Onflow Ads.

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan.

  • Why it happens:

Boost cannot be browsed, ordered, tracked, refilled or cancelled in the bot. The bot answers any such message with its welcome card.

  • How to fix it:

Press Open Onflow Ads and use the Boost pages on the website.

"This button has retired. Manage everything on the Onflow Ads website."

  • Where you see it:

As a pop-up in your chat with @OnflowAdsBot, after pressing a button on an old bot message.

  • Plans affected:

    Every plan.

  • Why it happens:

The button belongs to an earlier version of the bot that is no longer in use. Nothing happened when you pressed it.

  • How to fix it:

Open Boost on the website and carry on there.

Still stuck?

The fastest way to reach support is onflowads.com/support. It opens the support chat whether you are signed in or not. For a problem with one order, press Report a problem on that order's row in Boost β†’ Orders.

Include these four things so the first reply can be an answer:

  • What you were doing, and on which page.
  • The exact message you saw, word for word.
  • The ID shown on screen: the Order ID on the order's row, which looks like OFB-000-0000, or the ID on an Auto-Boost rule or API key. Never send the API key itself.
  • The time it happened.

Every way to reach the team is on Help and support.

These pages cover the neighbouring problems and the short answers to common Boost questions.
