Refills and delivery protection

Delivered counts sometimes fall. Followers unfollow, a platform prunes accounts, views are re-audited. A refill asks the provider to put the shortfall back โ€” at no extra charge โ€” and on a protected order the platform asks for you, automatically, without being told.

Before you startโ€‹

  • The order must have finished delivering. Refills apply to Completed and Partial orders only.
  • The service must be refill-eligible. This is a property of the service, set in the catalogue, not something you choose at checkout.
  • The window must still be open. An order's window is its own recorded guarantee period, or 30 days when it has none.

Requesting a refill by handโ€‹

  1. Open Orders at https://onflowads.com/telegram/dashboard/boost/orders.
  2. Find the settled order. If it can be refilled, the row carries a Refill button. If it does not, it cannot โ€” see the table below for why.
  3. Press Refill. The request goes straight to the provider.
  4. On success the page reloads its state. The button does not change, tick or confirm โ€” the absence of an error is the confirmation.

The topped-up units arrive on the provider's own schedule and are not billed to you.

Manual refills are limited to 20 per hour.

Automatic protectionโ€‹

An order qualifies for automatic protection when it is Completed and carries either a guarantee window or auto-refill. From then on, a sweep looks after it for you.

BehaviourThe exact rule
How often the sweep runsRoughly hourly, across every completed order still inside its protection window
How often one order is looked atAt most once every six hours. A claim stamp on each order means two sweeps can never act on it at the same time
How often one order can be refilledOnce every six hours while a drop can still be measured, and once every 7 days when it cannot โ€” which is the ordinary case, explained below
How many automatic refills an order can ever get30, over the whole life of the order
How long protection lastsThe order's own recorded guarantee days; if it has none, 30 days from completion
Where you see itThe Guaranteed tab on the Orders page, which collects the orders protection has actually acted on. Individual automatic refills are not itemised
Protection is continuous, not scheduled

It is an hourly pass over every eligible order for the whole window, so there is no check date to wait for. If you want to know the state of an order today, look at the count on the platform itself.

Why an unprompted refill is weekly, not six-hourly

Every pass asks the provider what is left on the order, and a measured drop is topped up on the six-hour cadence. But protection only ever looks at orders the provider has already marked Completed, and a completed order reports nothing outstanding for ever after โ€” so most of the time there is no drop to measure, only the possibility of one. Those unprompted requests go out once a week.

The alternative was worse: four blind requests a day against a lifetime allowance of 30 spends the whole allowance in about a week and a half of a 30-, 60- or 90-day window, leaving the rest of the window uncovered. Weekly keeps even the longest window we sell inside the allowance, and still asks often enough that a real drop is made up within a week of happening. Pressing Refill yourself is not held to that clock โ€” the request goes to the provider at once โ€” but it does restart it, so the next unprompted request comes a week after your own.

Guarantee windows by planโ€‹

Elite, Master and Ultimate include a delivery guarantee on every order that member places, at no extra cost. It is recorded on the order automatically.

PlanIncluded guarantee
Freeโ€”
Liteโ€”
Plusโ€”
Elite30 days
Master60 days
Ultimate90 days

An order takes whichever window is longer: the one your plan includes, or the one you bought as an add-on.

You are never charged for a window your plan already includes

The Refill guarantee toggle in the order composer only appears when it can actually sell you something. On Elite, Master and Ultimate the composer hides it and shows a plain statement instead โ€” Included ยท 30-day refill guarantee, with your own plan's number โ€” because the window is already on every order you place.

The paid add-on ladder is 30 days at +8%, 60 days at +12% and 90 days at +18%, charged on the list price. The composer only ever offers the 30-day option; the longer two are reachable only through the Boost API.

The percentage is only added when the window you ask for is longer than the one your plan includes. Ask for one that is the same length or shorter and it is priced at zero โ€” on the composer and on the Boost API alike โ€” and the order still records the longer of the two windows. So:

The guarantee make-goodโ€‹

When the provider will not or cannot refill a genuine drop, an order carrying a real guarantee is compensated in boost credit instead. The rule is narrow and worth knowing exactly.

It pays only when all of these are true on the same protection tick:

  • the order is inside its protection window;
  • the order carries a recorded guarantee of more than zero days;
  • the provider refused or failed the refill on that tick โ€” a successful refill means no make-good;
  • a re-poll measures a real regression: the current delivered count is below the highest count that order ever reached;
  • no make-good has ever been paid on that order before.

The amount is the dropped share of what you paid:

make-good = charge ร— dropped รท highest-delivered, capped at the full charge

So an order charged $10.00 whose delivered peak was 5,000 and which has fallen to 4,000 pays back $2.00 in boost credit.

A make-good is paid once per order, ever

The stamp that records the payment is permanent. A second drop on the same order, however large, is not compensated again โ€” though the automatic refill attempts continue for the rest of the window. A make-good also never changes the order's status: it stays Completed.

The credit lands as non-withdrawable boost credit, labelled Guarantee make-good on the boost-credit ledger. It can be spent on any future boost; it cannot be withdrawn.

From the support chat

Ask the assistant to refill my boost order and it proposes the refill on an eligible order and runs it after you say yes โ€” under exactly the refill window described here. What the assistant can do for you has the full list and the confirmation rule.
