Boost credit and referrals
Boost credit is a second balance, separate from your wallet cash. It is spent before cash on every boost, it can never be withdrawn, and it is where several different platform rewards land — including the referral programme.
What boost credit is
| Property | The rule |
|---|---|
| What it buys | Boost orders, and nothing else. It cannot pay for a plan, a marketplace booking or anything outside Boost |
| When it is spent | Always first. Every boost takes boost credit up to the full charge, then wallet cash for the remainder |
| Whether it can be withdrawn | No. It is non-withdrawable by design, and no refund path ever converts it into cash |
| Whether it expires | No |
| Its ledger reference | Each movement carries an OFBT-… reference |
Wallet cash movements are OFT-… lines in your wallet Activity. Boost credit movements are OFBT-… lines on the boost-credit ledger. The prefix alone tells you which pocket moved, which matters when one order produces a line in both.
Where you can see your balance
The Boost credit figure in the wallet strip, at the top of every Boost page.
Every credit movement is recorded with a source label and its own OFBT- reference. To find out where a particular amount came from, or to reconcile a balance you do not recognise, contact support with the date and the amount and they will read it back to you.
For the cash side of the same order, your wallet Activity list shows every line in full.
Where boost credit comes from
The label in the second column is what the ledger records against that line — which is the wording support will read back to you.
| Source | Ledger label | When it happens |
|---|---|---|
| A deposit bonus on a qualifying top-up | Deposit bonus | When the top-up settles. See Deposit bonuses |
| Discounts you earned beyond the 15% cap | Discount rebate | Once the order is accepted by a provider |
| Referral commission on a referred member's top-up | Referral commission | When their deposit settles |
| A referred member's deposit being refunded | Referral commission reversed | The commission is clawed back |
| A delivery guarantee the provider would not honour with a refill | Guarantee make-good | On a protection sweep. See Refills |
| A fully refunded order that had earned a rebate | Rebate reversed | With the refund, never taking your balance below zero |
| Spending it on a boost | Spent on a boost | At checkout |
| The credit half of a refund | Boost refund | When the order settles or is cancelled |
The Referral Programme
The referral programme is not a Boost feature — it pays on deposits, not on boosts — but it pays into boost credit, which is why it lives on this page.
How it works
- Your code is permanent. Every account has one, of the form
OFRF-###-####, minted by the platform and never changed. - Your link is
https://onflowads.com/i/YOUR-CODE. Opening it sets an attribution cookie and lands the visitor on the homepage. A stale code, a typo or a platform hiccup still lands them on the homepage — a shared link never shows an error. - Binding happens once, at signup, from that cookie. It works with any sign-in method.
- The binding is permanent. Once someone is yours, they stay yours.
- You earn 5% of every top-up they pay, for as long as they keep topping up, credited to you as non-withdrawable boost credit.
- An unconverted click stays attributable for 90 days. That is how long the visitor has to get from your link to a signup; the binding that follows has no expiry.
Where to find it
Open https://onflowads.com/account/referrals — in your account section, and nowhere else. The page states the rule in its own words: Share your link. Anyone who signs up through it is yours for life — and every time they top up their wallet, you earn a share of it as boost credit.
It carries your link with a Copy button, your referral ID with its own copy control, one-press share buttons for Telegram, WhatsApp, X and Gmail, and a funnel showing clicks, signups and earnings. Its figures are served from a snapshot up to 15 minutes old, and the page says so.
If the Onflow Ads team has attached a partner link to your account, that link's own figures appear on the same page.
It is taken from the link, not from a code you type in afterwards. If you signed up without using someone's link, you cannot be attributed to them later.
Only a settled top-up — a real crypto or UPI payment that became balance — pays commission. A promotional bonus does not. An admin adjustment does not. Credit moving between pockets does not. And neither does anything your referral spends: the programme pays on what they pay Onflow Ads, not on what they buy with it. A referred member who spends $10,000 of an existing balance on boosts earns you nothing.
How credit behaves on a refund
- The credit half of a refunded order comes back as credit, labelled Boost refund.
- The cash half comes back as cash — and the promotional share of it comes back locked, not withdrawable.
- If the order had earned a Discount rebate, a full refund reverses it, clamped so your balance can never go negative.
The principle is that a refund restores your balances exactly as they were before the order. Spending credit and cancelling is never a route to withdrawable money.
If something goes wrong
| What you see | What it means | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| The Boost credit figure changed and you do not know why | An order spent it, a refund returned it, or a grant landed | Your wallet Activity covers the cash side; contact support with the date and amount for the credit side |
| A boost charged your wallet when you had credit | Credit is spent first, so the wallet only paid the remainder | Check the charge sub-line on the order row — it shows the split |
| You cannot withdraw your boost credit | Correct, and permanent | See Withdrawing earnings |
| A referral signed up but you earned nothing | They have not made a settled top-up yet. The programme pays on deposits, not on activity | Nothing to do; commission arrives with their first top-up |
| Your referrals page shows fewer signups than you expected | Someone opened your link, waited more than 90 days, then signed up — the attribution cookie had expired | Ask them to sign up soon after opening the link |
| The referrals page figures look behind | It is served from a snapshot up to 15 minutes old, and says so | Wait and reload |
| A Referral commission reversed line appeared | A referred member's deposit was refunded, so the commission was clawed back | Nothing to do; this is the programme working correctly |
