AI across Onflow Ads
Onflow Ads has AI writing and image generation built into the places where you write. Paid Promotions, Cross-Promotion and the Subscriber Exchange all compose the same thing — a Telegram post — in the same composer panel, and that panel carries the same AI popup. Learn the dialog once and you have learned it in all three. Around it sit a few single-purpose helpers, each a button inside the thing you are already making, where it can read the campaign, the partner channel or the channel's own posting rules.
Where the AI buttons are
Every AI control on Onflow Ads is in this table. If a button is not listed here, it is not an AI feature.
The shared AI popup — one dialog, three doors
The button opens the same dialog everywhere. Its label, its heading and the tabs it offers are the only things that change, because each engine hands it the endpoints it has.
| Where | The button | Tabs you get | Cost |
|---|---|---|---|
| Paid Promotions → Book a placement | Draft with AI | Generate, Image | 1 text action per generation; 1 image per image |
| Cross-Promotion → a campaign | Write with AI | Generate, Refine, Image | The same |
| Subscriber Exchange → ad builder | Write my ad with AI | Generate, Image | The same |
A Cross-Promotion Blitz post, and the post you write when claiming a Blitz slot, use the same composer panel with no AI button at all — they are the two writing surfaces in the product with no AI in them.
The single-purpose buttons
| Where | Control | What it does | Cost |
|---|---|---|---|
| Paid Promotions → Book a placement | Fix to pass | Rewrites your post to clear the pre-flight failures | 1 text action, or free if nothing needs fixing |
| Paid Promotions → Book a placement | Run the compliance check | Advisory read of your creative against the channel's rules | Free |
| Paid Promotions → Book a placement | Generate image with AI | Draws an ad photo into a media slot from your post text | 1 image |
| Paid Promotions → Cart | Check overlap | Flags basket channels that likely share an audience | 1 text action, and free when nothing overlaps |
| Paid Promotions → Orders, proof trail | What does this prove? | Explains a delivery proof archive in plain language | 1 text action |
| Subscriber Exchange → ad builder | Targeting copilot | Reads your targeting and advises on reach versus precision | 1 text action; the pool counts are free |
| Cross-Promotion → Create, scheduling step | Best day to go live | Picks a go-live date from your channel's busiest posting weekdays | 1 text action, refunded if it falls back |
| Cross-Promotion → Discover | Find my best matches | Shortlists 2–4 partners from the channels already on your screen | 1 text action |
| Cross-Promotion → Discover, quiet-listing banner | Redraft my blurb with AI | Rewrites your directory pitch line from your channel's own profile | 1 text action |
Two allowances, not one
AI is measured in actions, not money. Nothing on this page touches your wallet.
- Text actions — every AI button that writes or reads words. Every plan gets some, including Free.
- AI images — the popup's Image tab and the one remaining 🎨 button, in the Paid Promotions booking wizard. Master and Ultimate only.
Each allowance is capped on two windows at once, a daily one and a monthly one, and a generation is blocked the moment either window is full. The full ladder, the reset times and the reliability effects are in AI quotas and limits.
What never costs you anything
- A content-policy decline. The check runs before anything is generated.
- A failure of any kind — an outage, an empty result, an image the platform cannot use. The reserved action is handed back and the message says so.
- Run the compliance check, always.
- Check overlap when your basket has no overlapping channels.
- Fix to pass when your post already passes the pre-flight.
- The pool counts behind Targeting copilot, which come back whether or not the AI half runs.
- Reading your meter, and reading the lock panel the Image tab draws when your plan does not include images.
Every published number in this section is the shipped default. The team can raise or lower any plan's four AI numbers at runtime, so if the meter in the composer disagrees with a table here, the meter is right.
Nothing is applied until you approve it
Everything that comes out of the popup — every draft and every image, on all three engines — lands in its Preview and changes nothing in your post until you press Apply to my post. Close the dialog instead and your post is exactly as you left it.
Exactly two controls write straight into the page, and both are in the Paid Promotions booking wizard: Fix to pass replaces your post text with its rewrite, and Generate image with AI drops a picture into a media slot. Neither has a preview or an undo. (Run the compliance check writes nothing at all — it only adds a row to the pre-flight list, and only when it found something.) Even those two only fill a draft you then edit and submit yourself. No AI output is published anywhere without you saving it.
The composer holds 33 characters back
The counter under the post box reads used / usable, and the usable figure is lower than Telegram's own limit: 33 characters are held back for the advertisement via onflowads.com line the platform adds under the placements it delivers. The composer prints the reason underneath the counter.
On a cross-promotion and in the exchange the reserve is always taken, because the channel that will host the ad is not known while you are writing. On a Paid Promotions booking it is, so the reserve is taken only when that channel's plan does not remove the line — book a Plus-or-better channel and you get the full 1,024 characters.
Either way, the model is not told about the reserve. An applied draft can land over the counter; trim it before you submit. See what the line is and whose plan removes it.
AI in the Telegram bot
Every AI button you can press is on the Onflow Ads website. The bot runs AI only for our own moderators, on their review cards — it never touches your allowance, and nothing you do in Telegram can spend an AI action.
Start here
The AI composer popup
The one AI dialog shared by all three engines — its tabs, its meters, its lock panel, and the approval step that keeps AI out of your post until you say so.
Choosing the right AI helper
A one-minute decision guide — which AI button to press for which job, on which engine, and which ones cost you nothing.
Drafting a post from a brief
The Generate tab of the shared AI popup — how it differs on each of the three engines, and how to write a brief it can use.
Refining copy you already have
The Refine tab — tighter wording, better grammar, a sharper hook and a clear call to action, with a hard rule against inventing anything that was not in your original.
Generating ad images
AI image generation on Master and Ultimate — the two ways to make a picture, what each one does with it, and the conditions that must all be true.
AI in the booking composer
The AI controls in the Paid Promotions booking wizard as one workflow — draft against the channel's rules, fix the pre-flight, run the mandatory compliance check over Telegram's limits and the channel's rules in one pass, and draw the picture.
AI helpers across Onflow Ads
Every AI button that is not the composer — the cart overlap check, the delivery-proof explainer, the exchange targeting copilot and the three Cross-Promotion planning helpers — with what each costs.
AI quotas and limits
The AI allowance on every plan, the two windows and when they reset, how reliability raises or shrinks it, the burst limits, and every wall you can hit.
What powers the AI
Which engine writes your copy, why images can be unavailable while text works, how a suggestion is grounded in real numbers, and what is recorded about a generation.
Content rules for AI
What the Onflow Ads AI refuses to generate, which buttons the check runs on, what a decline costs, what a flag means, and how to rephrase a legitimate brief.
